Horrible customer service! Save your time and money go somewhere else.

I didnt know anything about hydraulics, but they helped me make a replacement hose for my old Italian car lift and It works perfectly.

Arrived to the store, at the time there was only two employees, one in the counter and one in the office, I asked for a hose to be made and who ever was at the counter said sure just give me a few minutes, and was on the computer for another 15 mins, and walks away. Another customer comes in and employee # 2 comes out of the office and takes his hoses and starts making them right away. No one came out to check if I had been helped already. Just wasted my time waiting around, keep in mind I’m on the clock and have to report my time.

Efficient and knowledgable staff, I went in to get a custom braided brake line for my harley davidson. The employee assisted me in sizing the line and informed me on various options available.. had the custom braided line completed for a good price in under 30 minutes.. will always use them for custom applications
