This store needs more front desk reps. Everytime I come theres 5 to 10 people waiting. Excellent service and prices but it takes an hour to get a quote.

I sent them a proposal that I received from another company as I have used Window Depot before. I spoke to different ladies that assured me that they would get me there bid back, she never sent it!!! That was at 12:15pm!!! Then at 2:35 I called again and got another lady and she said she would have it to me by 4:00pm!!! That was fake news..Neither gal seemed like they were motivated to help!! I own a Solar Company and from time to time we have clients that need windows!! This is not a place I would go to as there service is deplorable!! Too many other choices to get quotes from so use other vendors and not Window Depot!!!

Love this store but well stop shopping there due to employees bad attitudes. I went to pick up some windows that were prepaid for thinking it would be faster than having them delivered. Boy was I wrong! When I walked in to the place there was 1 kid working, helping someone else. I literally stood in the lobby for 25 mins before I asked one of the many staffers that just kept walking around, to help me. She proceeded to tell me that my po # was for the other store and she couldnt help me. I explained to her that the sale was made at the other store but bc there was so many windows, one store had 5 and this store has 3. So at that point they decided to call the other store and they were put on hold for 15 mins. Once they answer the phone nobody knew what I was talking about and proceeded to take another 10 minutes to figure it out. So if you have time to waist waiting on customer service, by all means, go ahead and take the trip. But if you are in a hurry like everyone else is on this planet, save yourself the drive and have them deliver it to you.

It was a little confusing to get into the showroom but once I asked they told me just to walk in the warehouse to look around. Great prices and quality doors and windows at this place. Took home 6 closet doors that were way better quality and priced at than home depot.

Their cabinets are quality (all plywood construction) and delivered in 2 weeks, at 1/2 cost. All others were 6 weeks out. Talk to Judy she was asking help.

Really bad service they dont give you want you want in the time they say they will give it to you. When they gave me my order it was really bent and out of shape. The employee is a bit on the dumb side. Do Not Recommend!

No single front doors with one sidelight in stock and has to be special ordered. Went to both locations. 43rd Ave location has one person working the counter with 6 people deep in line waiting.

Interesting but not very user friendly. I guess they assume everyone has been there before and know what to expect. When you walk in there are cashiers and a lot of people just standing around not in line. After peeking around the corner I found a warehouse but wasnt sure if I was allowed to roam freely, I did anyway.Thier products are on shelves that you cant take things off of and thier tags provide very little information about the products themselves..I was confused, there were too many people standing at the front to wait to ask how to shop there. There was zero parking available, I already had to wait until someone left before I could park..I probably wont return even though the prices looked affordable -if I was reading them right.

Excellent and prompt service. The quality window we purchased is more than exceptional. We are so satisfied with our window purchase that we will be returning to purchase replacement windows and doors for the remainder of our home. We are also having them assess our kitchen for new cabinets. This business has Veteran employees which quite expectedly adds to the professionalism you will experience. If you are a Veteran, remember to mention it as there is a substantial Veteran discount.

Im giving it one star only because of the wonderful girl who helped me. When I first walked in, there was a woman sitting at a desk right inside the door. She never even picked her head up to greet me. It is not an exaggeration when I tell you I waited for over 30 minutes and not one person spoke to me. Most of the workers there are of spanish speaking They were helping other people that spoke spanish before even helping me, even though I was next in line. Finally, the woman who walked up to the front asked if I had been held. She helped me check to see if they still had the windows I needed. They did. I was then informed that their credit card machine was down and I would have to fill out a credit card authorization so they could call their other location to run the payment. While I was waiting, apparently that other locations phone system went down. At this point I had been standing there for over 45 minutes. They were not able to run my card, or provide me with the windows that I needed because of this. The fact that I went out of my way to get a trailer to attach to my vehicle, solely for the purpose of picking up these windows, was super frustrating! If you are in a rush, I definitely do not recommend going here. Its absolutely not the most welcoming place either. I genuinely felt like I was invisible standing there! They need to work on their customer service skills 100%!

The have a great selection of windows in stock also, the have interior doors and a few exterior doors so, if you need standard size door today, go to this place, homeowner builders, bring your plans and they will calculate doors and windows for you at no charge.

Horrible customer service!! They werent busy, but definitely didnt want to be. I heard them making fun of a customer who had called in with a question. I asked if they sold a specific door, and the first gal couldnt figure out how to look it up, so she called her associate over to help. He acted put out as well. I gave him the measurements. He printed out a sheet with a door larger than the measurements I had given him and told me to have a nice day. I explained the size was wrong. He printed out another sheet - again the wrong size and told me to have a nice day. He obviously just wanted me to leave, so I did. Not only do we need a door - we need windows, but we wont be buying them from The Window Depot thats for sure!

Martin was great. I came in he was so helpful. He was able to get all 9 windows for me and gave me a few tips for installing the windows. I was going to have to wait a week to get the windows but Ezequiel came in and said he could squeeze me in the very next day. This was my first time here and I definitely will be back to finish a remodel I am working on. Great customer service. Im really impressed.

Well honestly I had to buy two Windows to replace one the first one even though I gave the attendant the original work order with the dementions which 50× 44 they converted it to 50×44 when I went to pickup the window and get to job site the window is 10 too small so because I signed off and didnt notice the faded fine print the the window depot I had to buy another window the only reason I took my business to window depot was because customer reference them to me wont make that mistake again my business gos to home depot they can interpret construction prints and have never had any problems with custom orders less the store manager lie and say that he instructed all his tellers to explain what they are doing whether they be converting 5 0 is not mean 50 in any language this experience with the window depot cost me time/money/ and left me standing in a bad light no thank you stick to the people/business associates you know and trust !!@!!!am I the only one?

They were very busy long line and I was disappointed because it didnt have what I needed, a discontinued style, but I usually find what I need there

I called to ask a question and was put on hold for about 15 minutes but did not mind for the reason that they might be busy. I then call back and finally ask my question and the girl hung up. I then call back to speak to a manager and the assistant manager tells me that it is not true that she hung up and that i might have hung up or the call dropped but yet again I heard the phone being hung before disconnecting. They need to work on their customer service a bit more.

Did not deliver as they said they would. Held up our remodel weeks over. They said one thing and I am still waiting for my order with no time frame in sight. My contractor moved on to another job because they couldn’t keep on waiting. I’ve called and they put me on hold and never answer.

This is the second time I am buying windows at Window Depot, and I am always experiencing great value, helpful and friendly service. I ordered windows that were supposed to arrive in two weeks and they arrived earlier. Two years ago I used their location on 45 Ave and Camelback..This month I used their service again and was happy to use their recently opened location on east McDowell Road, since its closer to my central Phoenix location . Robert the sales person who assist me was very helpful and patient . -:). They always help with any questions you may have regarding installation! I compared prices with Home Depot and found Window Depot to be a great value! They also carry doors and granite for very reasonable prices. I will definitely be back !

I was looking to replace a storm damaged window in a hurry and I couldnt depend on Home depot or Lowes for the size I needed. The listing for this store was hard to find for when I done a search for window replacement in Phoenix, most of the results turned up installers with a contact page. But I happened upon this store eventually and read some of the reviews, mainly the negative, because one can tell if that person writing the review has a genuine gripe or is just plain mean and impossible to make happy. I was undeterred and decided to make the drive there.From the moment I got to this location, I was impressed with their selection of window and door products. They had the window size and color I needed right off the shelf and sliding barn door hardware that I may purchase at a later date.Altogether, my complete transaction was handled by three professional, friendly staff, and the guy out the back had me loaded and on my way in a jiffy. If you want a good selection of window and doors, give it a try for yourself. Moreover, if youre handy and kinda have a clue what you want when installing windows and doors by yourself, you wont be disappointed. Ill certainly be back.

Drove an hour to shop for backyard sliding doors. This places customer service is horrible! The store manager needs to be fired as he/she didn’t train the employees on customer service at all!!! Lost my business and went to Home Depot.

Ordered a window to take to Montana for a summer cabin. Was assured the window would be in in 10 to 12 business days. It is now 15 business days and they have No idea when it will be in. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL and deceitful business I have dealt with in many years.

I went to this location on 13Feb2017 to drop off some measurements for a quote was told I would receive them the next day in a email but never received it. went in on 15Feb2017 and all they could tell me is that they did not have the measurements that I had left them and that they could not do nothing about it. also while I was there a few of the employees where bad mouthing a other customer on the phone that no one wanted to help so ill will never be going back to this place that was my experience very poor service and no accountability...

Very disappointing experience. Went hoping to get information about purchasing windows and doors and getting them installed. They were not very busy, but no one helped me. They need much better customer service. I finally left.

I went to window depot, they have large selection to choose from and the staffs are very friendly and helpful, I recommend them to anyone who is looking for Windows and doors, great experience, two thumbs up .

Ordered an in stock window so didnt have to wait. After 2 weeks of Zero communication we finally demanded the window to be delivered. Then it was the wrong size ordered a 8 and received a 6. Although the owner was on vacation the person I spoke with on Saturday was able to confirm they would replace the wrong door with the proper door first thing Monday. Never happened called twice Monday told door would be at my house 8am Tuesday. Its now 1230 called for a 3rd time today to hear someone is heading my way now. Would recommend Window Depot fire their delivery company and make sure they confirm sizes before the customer leaves the store. Hope to see my door today or at least before Christmas at this rate.

We use window depot all the time. They have the best prices around, unfortunately they screw up our orders time after time. Hopefully they get better.

Ordered new doors for my den and paid to have them delivered. My brother was at the house to accept delivery. They delivered the wrong doors from what I saw and ordered. Called back as soon as I got home. Then twice the next day, and 3 times the day after, etc. for the fallowing. After 3 weeks, still nothing was resolved. Im out almost a grand for doors I cant use, and I still need door replacements

Go to home depot, this place sucks order doors they never followed up with us, left us hang and waiting and waiting for a month. Went to home depot next door 43 th ave and camel-back everything was done in two weeks, My wife is happy and we have lifetime replacement on everything!

I was surprised how much stuff this place carries besides just windows. They also have doors of every size French doors sliding doors interior exterior doors door hardware kitchen cabinets trim and lots of other things quality products at a huge discount need I say more.
