I purchased a Spray Gun that said like new. Asked to test it and they said i couldnt test it there so i got it home and it wouldnt work. Took it back and said sorry not our problem. Terrible customer service. I get this industry is as-is but at least let the customers test there product.

Marvin and Kyle helped me get all my items loaded in a timely manner, staff was friendly and items were in great condition. Alex helped me in the store and answered all my questions. I will be back!

I had a wonderful experience in their store today. I bought a Hampton bay patio love seat on auction and came to pick it up. The guys were very helpful and loaded my car for me. The girls upfront were friendly and attentive. The transaction was very quick and painless. I got home and had some difficulty assembling the love seat and I texted Kyle and he was helpful with assisting me. Overall it was a great experience and I will be returning!

Love going into this store for all of my home shopping! I have found everything from mirrors and towels to tools and cleaning products. Every time I go in, I am greeted with a smile and navigated to what I am looking for. You can also just browse around the store. Everything is heavily discounted and most of the time brand new! I highly recommend this place if you are working on your house or yard! Great customer service as well.

Shady. Sold me a pressure washer and said if it doesnt work bring it back and get my money refunded. Didnt offer to give me a receipt even after I asked for one. It didnt work. They started to say that there is no refunds. That thats not how it works. I told them they would be refunding me my money. They did. Buyers be ware.

I was about to go to Home Depot to get some tools but my friend told me to check this place out first. They have a great selection for 40-60% off the exact same items at Home Depot. Ive gone back now 6+ times to get bathroom vanities, ceiling fans, faucets, light switches, and much more. Highly recommend this place before going to a big box store!

Great people and half price on most of the stuff

Bought a riding mower through them from Auction Nation for 320. The following day owner texted me telling me they sold it on offer up the next morning after the auction ended despite having already charged me for it. Mower was listed for 900 on their offer up two months ago. Very shady company and will not bid on their auctions again. Still waiting on refund.....

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, I opened an already open box to check the threading size of a light which was not mention on the box and I closed it the same way, but the guy came and told me YOU ARE BUYING IT, I said did I destroyed the box or the item and he said no just leave and you are not allowed to come back????It looks like he fought with someone before me or he worked a lot or something. But I will never go to this store again and also I will never recommend their business to anyone.NOTE: There is no 0 Star option that is why I give 1 star other wise they are not even worth of 1 star.

Awesome experience here! I didnt get my tool cabinet I was after but I got a shop vac for a great deal and the people that run the place are super nice and helpful!!! I will drive all the way out here from tolleson whenever I need something for sure! Awesome people here!

Don’t buy here, simple as that. They advertised a piece of equipment for a specific price. When messaging with them, they had raised the price and would not honor the original listed price. After telling them, the employee basically just laughed about it and essentially said, “so what.” Not a reputable business, spend your money somewhere else.

Wasnt sure what to expect.. found this place after eating at the Tamale Store. Front door was locked, but went around back. Greeted by a guy named Alex. He showed me around and explained the place to me.Ended up buying a few things, and have been back several times. Their inventory seems to change by the week. Place is usually a mess, but Alex is great at helping you locate what youre looking for.

Freakin awesome! I got a couple of fans for my pet salon and things for my house (sump pump, safety box) etc.. .. there is a guy there “not sure if he is the owner” that is freakin awesome and always gives me a great deal man and he has the cutest and shyest dog. I will shop here for all my tool and home improvement needs. I 💯 recommend this place.

Such a hidden gem! Ive gotten stuff here thats at Home Depot but for waaay cheaper just because theres like a dent in the box or something small like that. Definitely check it out if youre looking for anything you would go to Lowes or HD for, chances are this place has it (or at least something similar) for a great deal!
