My bf bought a Smok here for me that stopped working a number of weeks later, and the good people at this shop mailed the defective unit back and provided a new one without hesitation or issues. Ive also bought nicotine juice here and found their prices cheaper than my local store and their customer service excellent. Highly recommend supporting this store.

I bought glass from them and the glass is very cheap the bowl breaks when you heat it up and the owner didnt really want to work with me on a new one which really sucks because the owner is really cool and so is the guy that works there with him but I wouldnt recommend anybody buying glass from them

I had a vape unit stop charging before 2 months passed. They swapped it out for me. I was thinking that they would tell me that I was out out luck since I used it for 7 weeks, but surprised me by replacing it.Great selection ...great prices...good hours

Jason over at this shop was awesome. He sold me a hookah and once I got it home I realized that the stem was wrong. I brought it back 10 minutes before closing time and Jason hooked me up with the hookah that was more expensive but didnt charge me the extra charge. I definitely recommend this shop and Ill be back for sure. He righted the mistake and everyone was happy. Thanks again man.

Smallish place but had a bit of everything any type of smoker might need, glad it was near me when I needed a quick piece... nice friendly service!

Service is alright however prices are way too high. This has now happened to me for multiple products. They are about 20-40% more expensive then other local smoke shops. If prices change Ill go back because its a nice shop and the dude that works there is pretty cool

This place is horrible my boyfriend went in to buy a lighter. The worker tonight at 9pm on a Monday said why are u buying this lighter if uou want no cigarettes. What are you using this lighter for. My boyfriend paused and thought are u serious. So my boyfriend response was for medical reason the man then said I Refused to sell you this lighter
