Awesome place

I usually go to the location by my job however I was off and went to this location due to it being close to my house. I was beyond disappointed from the moment I walked to the time I left. I brought a friend who has never been so they were asking questions about the different choices and add ins which seemd to be a bother to the gentleman and gave very little infor or one word answers. The young lady started to help with our order but kept laughing non stop and we had to repeat our selves due to uncontrollable laughing we had to repeat our selves now I am all for people being happy but it was becoming rude after so long. The gentleman then took over but as we were ordering he would turn the blender on and we had to repeat our selves several times not sure why he would ask a question then as we answered he would turn the blender on which was rude and unprofessional. I totally understand we all have off days but this was just very upsetting. I hope this was just one time thing and they dont treat other customers this way

Was referred to this location by a friend and helped by the store manager Jaime. Very helpful and humble guy. The staff seems to have a good knowledge base to point you in the right direction if you aren’t familiar with the vast supp market. Thanks for hooking my daughter up with a shake Jaime! We’ll be back!

Whoever said this place is wildly inconsistent is right on the money. Sometimes their drinks are sweet and sometimes theyre not. I havent figured out how to specifically order either. Theyre still pretty nice and it is a convenient location.

Always a great experience! Ive been a customer for over 3 years and they are always friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable and honest about their products. The smoothies are always top notch. I have never had a watered down one as others have said and I have split my purchases between this location and the Priest location. What I like most is when I walk in the door, I always feel welcome like Im a friend who just stopped by. A+ for product knowledge and customer service.

One Stop is a great nutrition store, youll find many locations around the Valley. However, not all One Stops are created equal. This location is one of the best. Matt and his staff are incredibly helpful and make amazing shakes.If you have questions and want unbiased educated answers... You need to drop by!

I used to tan there and loved it. Now I keep going back for the shakes. They make really good shakes that I get after almost every work out

Ok smoothies.

They have supplements you cant get anywhere else, in fact, I drive all the way from California to buy them. However on this trip, the representative was very adamant on me purchasing a certain supplement based off my goals and experience. However, after purchasing the supplement and getting back to California, I realized it expired in 2013. This supplement costs $100 and is not one you want to take wrong, let alone if its toxically expired. Be careful while shopping here and check the expiration dates.

I called to see if they stocked a particular product that a coworker suggested they had. When I asked if they had it I got the response of yes which was great. However, when I inquired about the price the worker refused to give it to me over the phone. I was next to shocked.I will now be buying this product online and not supporting my local business. I cant believe that anyone would turn down business because they wont give a price over he phone. I would have even paid more for this product to have it today.Needless to say I will continue to try and support local business. I would suggest anyone looking for quality customer support and product knowledge to go to House of Fitness in the Phoenix area.

When they are open they are wonderful, but the hours they list are not correct, as right now (sunday 430 pm) they arent open and closed at 4. Can you please update your hours?

The only reason that its 3 stars is that if you go there on two different days and get the same drink it will taste different. I like consistency.

Im honestly shocked this place is still around. I went there a few days ago to get some quest bars since Im on keto. To my shock, their selection was very large and my eyes gleed at finding them. Later on going home, I realized the Rocky road packaging was different but I paid no mind with the thought of my head that Quest was switching logos. After eating half, I saw the bar was A YEAR OLD and all the ones with the same logo was the same date. The fact that I came here INSTEAD of going to Walmart which has Quest bars as well. Im upset with myself for supporting this place. I now have had food poisoning and a fever for several days now over this. Funny enough they were bringing more product in, what a joke. How dare you guys not only poison me but God know how many others were also old.

They dont disclose prices over the phone, really? Like Im going to come in and theyre going to close me on a price I wouldnt have paid otherwise. I was expecting to pay more to support local businesses. Congratulations on going out of your way to lose my business one stop, stay classy.

Ill start by saying, I love One Stop Nutrition for what they offer as a company, this review is based strictly off service.The staff at this location is flat out rude. Ive been to 6 valley locations and this is seriously the worst. The minute you walk in, they either roll their eyes at each other or mumble something under thir breathes.Ive taken 3 different coworkers here for lunch shakes and they all had something to say about the employees tones and attitudes, literally every single person Ive taken here.Finally, they water their shakes down at this location. Ive been getting 4-5 shakes per week for the last 6 months and every time I come to this location, they resemble a slushy more than a smoothie and not a single other location has this issue.Save yourself the headache and go to the one up on Priest or the new location on Alma and Elliott. (different owners and hands down the friendliest)

Guy was totally rude. The nutritional shake tasted like water. Ive had it plenty of times before, havent changed the ingredients, the staff there always seems like theyre not interested unless your buying supplements. Not a good experience and I usually like the place. The one on alma school has better staffing. DISAPPOINTING.

I have been shopping at the One Stop in Tukee since Matt opened his doors. First and foremost, their shakes are great. Pre, post, or supplementation, they all taste fantastic. I highly recommend them. Especially post Strawberry Banana. If you are looking for vitamins, protein or supplements, again you will not be disappointed. Dont let the small space fool you. The place is packed with choices. Staff has always been friendly and listened to MY needs. Offering advice and direction for whatever your health needs are. The staff has changed over the years to maintain a high level of nutritional knowledge and experience. And I have to say they have all been really cool people. You dont have to be a bodybuilder or gym rat to get exactly what you need. They have all body types covered. Considering all of the above I now drive from Glendale (passing other One Stops) to this store primarily based on the customer service and selection. Matt and his staff treat me as a person and not just another consumer.

Absoloutley caught off guard by this one stop. I have been to almost every one stop but this location and will never go back. My mate and I got 2 stacks pb&J and not only was iy watery and dis colored but it was banana and peanut butter. Which I am allergic to banana if it wasnt for my mate throwing his out at yhr gym when we got there I may of been extremely harmed. I called in and was told to hold while they grt a shift lead. Long story short approx. 10 minutes go by and nothing. They treated me with disrespect and would of never thought tbis would happen at one stop. Im sorry for the one star rating I give 5 to all other locations you can check but this is so un professional it sucks.

Rude....there is a specific person that works here that should not....I also noticed that this person when mixing the protein shakes puts one less scoop of protein powder then the rest of the valleys locations. Looking at the rest of the reviews I am assuming others agree about this employee.
