Clean hats!

Overpriced, decent selection but not worth the price

Manager there was very helpful and explained everything with getting my hat customized.

My husband is extremely happy with his hat and these prices so 100% five stars I would give a million if I could

Paid $120 for some custom beanies. They had 5 days and most of them came out uncentered. I guess you win some and you lose some, but for the amount I paid I expected some good quality work. This place certainly showed me quality doesnt matter as long as the job gets done.

They don’t open when they say they’re going to open. Waited 20 minutes past their opening time, as posted on the window, and store was still closed.

Very childish, very rude, picked a hat of a foot ball team for my cousin and when throwing it to other employe he drops it and says “ew *the team names*” it was very rude and childish even if it’s a joke and when asking for a hat a rude comment from another employee says “jump for it” don’t know why they thought acting like that was okay especially when a young lady was coming into the store they start cat calling, and to make it worse they were checking her parts such as her “ass” right in front of us they have no repeat and take there job childish, my experience there was awful, only one employee was king and kept a good conversation I didn’t catch his name but he did have a navy blue jersey on and was dark skin he was very nice and took me serious the others not so much I only cought the name of one which was julian and the other who was big and was working at the station were you could customize your hat those two were very rude

Employees here are rude and unprofessional. Talking to friends ignoring the line when trying to pay. When I finally say something, they got upset and made the whole transaction awkward not caring.

Item I wanted wasnt in stock but was able to order in store and get free shipping. The hat came to the store in perfect timing and online services for tracking your product are amazing.

They had a 2 for 1 sale the manager knew about all the hits coming out and the style in desert sky mall

I have been calling since 1030 am and they say they open at 10am. No one has answered their phone in an hour and a half . I just needed to know if they have a hat in stock that they show online . If they did have it I was going to purchase it today, but apparently I have to take my business elsewear. Sorry lids, I have been a customer for awhile but lately it seems like this store is really lacking in customer service. I have purchased a lot of quality goods from you guys and i Hate to see it end but may another store will be willing to give a lil more effort into their customer service.
