I have been working here for 10+ years. I started fresh out of school and I have learned a lot about the cable manufacturing industry and printed circuit board assembly process. I am happy working here and helping out my coworkers. 😊

This is a great company. They produce quality products and have a great staff.

Very unprofessional staff, rude. Difficult to communicate with. A piece of advise: fire your general manager and customer service manager. Very unprofessional.Not recommend doing business with this people.

Electronic assembly $11.50/hour (cutting and connecting cords). White workers - in a separate room only. Main department: 100% Latino/Hispanic and Black (no one white face at all). At-will agreement. Benefits (401 + dental) after 90 days. Main person has some specific lines in his character. For example: a calm voice usually sounds extremely loud for him, but he is comfortable with noisy environment in his main department. Typical situation, main person: Hush! Hush!, you: But it is load here, employees cry all the time, main person: But what I can do with it?. He is ~ 80 years old. His employees try to help him to save money and fire not appropriate guys (I understand it like they really have some doubts in his mental capacity). A/C, sitting job, coffee (free) and 2 slices of pizza plus coca-cola once per month. Strange company, to say the least. But maybe it is a good match for you. Be the right person (read above).
