Very helpful staff. It is an older building and somewhat tight inside but the staff more than makes up for the size by knowing where things are and being helpful.

For being a small store it packs a lot of cool stuff! Chains of all sizes, nails by the pound! Locks too. Just about everything you need is probably here. This place has a old time kinda feel to it. I love it.

Im not much into hardware but these guys have a little of everything. Tons of nails, locks and chains of different sizes. Its small but packs a big inventory.

Costumer service was phenomenal

The person at counter was busy with a customer, and was the only one helping customers. Didnt even acknowledge me when I was standing in line, was too busy chatting with the people at the counter. Finally after 20 minutes I get help, she couldnt cut a piece of glass. So she called another employee to come help me, another 10 minutes of waiting. So the employee helping me with the piece of glass didnt seem to know to what he was doing. So it took 30 minutes just to get a piece of glass. I understand if they were busy, but they were not. An hour just to get a piece of glass is ridiculous especially when they are not busy. 1st time at that store and will take my business else where.

Went in to have 3 keys made. Nearly 45 minutes later I finally got my keys. It seemed nobody knew how to make keys. In the end, I got my keys and they worked.

Bad experience the nice lady at central and greenway sent there for some cleaner the lady at Broadway hardware had bad attitude yellef at me said this is my store i dont know why she sends you people here she should mind her buisness i walked put shaking and scared never going tbere or sending anyone there they sorry for a buisness

This was my first time here. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about where the items we needed were.

I have never gone here and walked away empty handed. They are my go to, for finishing a job that I forgot a part or tool to complete.

The worker try and tell me it take a couple of days to mix a gallon of paint them said a couple of hours. I was the only one in the store and Im a painter. So I know it rake no more than 15 mins. Trying to insult my intelligence especially when they have a digital color mixing system. Talk about being lazy. Their lost. So I went to another Ace (19ave & McDowell) and I was in and out in less than 15 mins.
