I went there last Saturday to get my son a recorder for school and it was a great experience! The man at the counter was so nice and very helpful! I would definitely go back, I love that you feel like a well cared for customer right when you walk in!!!

The gentleman employee who helped us was very pleasant and very helpful. My 16 year old son was looking to buy a drum set and I really felt like the (Owner?) Employee was really nice and accommodating and answered all of his questions. If he (my son) ever makes a decision, I think we will definitely be returning to Allegro. Thank you.

So often in our day it seems like people are just out to get what they can from others at whatever the cost. The gentleman at the store gave me honest advice and explained the best option for my circumstances. It certainly made my day and increased my faith in the goodness of people.

Friendliest staff! I came all the way from Sacramento for a vacation, but also wanted to try out some instruments while I was in the area, bringing my own instrument along -- as you do when youre on vacation.

Bought a clarinet from them for my daughter. Made payments for 3 years. Never had an issue. Everytime we needed anything for the clarinet or for her classes for the last five years they have been there for us.Great place to get any instrument repaired. Jim always does a great job. 😎

The only reason Im giving this shop five stars is because I go there all the time and get my guitars set-up and they always help me but today I walk in and some guy named Daniel is working in there on his iPad and doesnt even acknowledge that Im there and then is a very rude to me and makes me feel stupid anytime I say anything and then tells me he doesnt know whats wrong with my bass but once I mentioned that I might get it set up he tells me that it can be fixed. He seemed very arrogant and I hope that I never see him again. Too bad for him he just missed out on about $400 worth of business because I was interested in buying a bass amp too. Greet your customers and show some respect.
