What a great place to shop for stone. As soon as we walked into The Yard we knew we would have quite a challenge trying to decide among all the beautiful slabs, 1/2 slabs, remnants etc. Almost immediately Monica came up and spent at least 15 minutes answering all our questions. What is really terrific is they work to make you happy rather than imposing their rules on you. When it came time to choose the granite we wanted Jason was more than eager to accommodate us pulling out slabs without complaint. Overall a great experience; why would anyone shop for these products anywhere else?

The yard was recommended to us by another tile and floor company which says a lot about who the yard is.! So off we go to explore another side of our city when we got there the parking lot was rather small so we had to park on the street not a problem you should be aware get there early if you want to park in the lot and then we entered into the Front part of the building where you have someone sitting at a desk waiting to greet you. After they have found out what your needs are they direct you to the second room where they give you a cart a bottle of water and walk you out and explain how things are set up to make it a little easier to find that perfect something… it is out in the open so sunglasses hat required my opinion and off you go searching for treasure they have small slabs medium slabs long slabs it goes on and on from white tones to dark rich colors your eyes will be fascinated by what you see. Everyone is very helpful professional courteous and wanting you to find that very piece of granite or marble or? that you came to get! You can get a exact cut for your project at a reasonable cost ours was small they’re not worried if it’s a small project or a large project. They want you to walk away happy!!! You can also pull them up on the web and preselects colors size and price before you get there so when you come they are ready to show you exactly what you selected from their site. It’s all very organized and a friendly experience. Thank you to all the staff from the front to the back cutting room. Our project is now complete it’s just slightly above budget but well worth it!

The Yard is my absolute favorite place to work with. They provide the best service their clients. I always know my clients will be taken care of. They truly go above and beyond for not only their customers but also fabricators. When we come in we get treated like family and loaded up quickly with any slabs we need to pick up. Great experience at The Yard! This was my first experience picking my own counters for a kitchen remodel. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions and concerns. The selection of granite and quartz was awesome. If you find something you like make sure to secure it quickly. I came back a couple days later and the granite I had my eye on was already gone. But the new stuff they had gotten was even better. Their list of preferred vendors was helpful as well.

Debbie was fabulous. I called to see if they had a remnant I thought I was looking for and not only did she confirm it right away, she sent me a photo before I got there. It was not what I wanted, but I was able to easily go through their product online and narrow down my choices. Debbie helped find and pull the slabs and made my purchase very, very easy. I have one more project that will need stone and will definitely be back for a full slab.

Great selection of different materials to choose from. They also sell 1/2 slabs if you need more than 1 slab but don’t need 2 full slabs. This really helps cut down material cost . Very helpful staff and always a pleasure to work with. You won’t be treated like you do at the other larger stores in town. Highly recommend this place for your next quartz, granite or rock like tops material purchase!

Amazing experience picking out stone for our bathroom vanity! Their website is amazing, as you can pick out slabs you want to see, put them in your cart and then when you go to the site, they will pull them out and let you look at them! So organized, the people were so nice and helpful, and their selection was amazing! Really cool, different pieces of all different kinds of stones, highly recommend!

We have purchased three and a half slabs from the Yard. The experience was great overall. Good selection, friendly staff and no one was pushy. We ended up having a problem with the half slab and the manager was more than helpful in figuring out a solution. Ask for Holly! This was my first time shopping for stone. Holly was not only friendly and professional, she educated me about design, construction, delivery, installation… she really walked me through the whole process of using stone in a residential remodel. She made sure I was looking for the correct materials and she stopped me from making a costly mistake. Not only that but she left me alone to look through their inventory, which was great because I didn’t feel any pressure. While I was looking around, two other friendly employees stopped to ask if I was finding what I needed and if I needed any help. As a matter of fact, I did find what I was looking for, exactly where Holly said I would. Customer service comes in all shapes and sizes, just like a remnant slab of quartz. The Yard is one of the best run businesses I have ever dealt with. They have a photo on their website of every stone slab in their inventory. As soon as we purchased our favorite, it immediately appeared on their website as “unavailable.”Their employees seem to appreciate the efficiencies as well. Each employee we spoke with was friendly & helpful.

Great Customer Service!Went there looking for a small piece of granite/quartz to put on cabinets in laundry room. Annel came out very quickly got my measurements & looked at my layout. She showed me the area I needed to be in & then after I picked what I liked even took the pictures to one of the fabricators to make sure it was going to be enough material. Told me if there was a problem I could be credited & I could pick out something else. VERY HELPFUL. Will definitely go back when I need more.

In the middle of a home remodel - we were looking for a specific material with urgency. Initially not finding what we were looking for, Kyle took the time to show us some new slabs they had just gotten in and they happened to be exactly what we needed. They pulled out 5 slabs for us to choose from and within and hour we were on our way. I cannot wait for these beautiful counters to be installed. Had a great experience here! I had been to a few other places shopping for countertops and was struggling to find something I loved that was in my budget. I was looking primarily at quartz and quartzite, and The Yard had a great selection of beautiful options for both. I was able to get an amazing quartzite that I never thought I’d be able to afford. We decided to shop around at other stone locations and by far, the service we received from The Yard was the best experience, each representative was happy to help and offered many suggestions to help us make a decision. During our 3rd trip, we were greeted by Molly who was just as exceptional as Jennifer and really helped us pin down the option we purchased. I could not be more impressed with the follow up and notifications that our slab was ready for pick up from our fabricator. The level of service, courtesy, friendliness, and help is why I would recommend The Yard to anyone looking for a high quality piece of stone.

Visited The Yard and received excellent assistance from Debbie on locating a remnant to match our existing kitchen granite. Love that this business strives to use all of the granite with minimal waste. We had to wait until our contractor gave us the go ahead on the slab dimensions but when calling back in Victoria assisted with my order over the phone, verify first with visual inspection that the remnant was still onsite. Will be back for our full slab order for our bathrooms & recommending The Yard to anyone who asks.

We had been all over the valley looking for a remnant for a bathroom remodel. We made appointment arrived on time and was greeted by Kyle. Staff were friendly, and most of all efficient. You were able to tour the yard and they had equipment to readily pull your stone and view it quickly. Our appointment was at 9 and we were done by 9:30. Very well run. Nice selection and much more economical than buying a whole slab. If you have a small job, this is the place to go.

This place is phenomenal! Large selection, competitive prices and superb service! While browsing their outdoor stock, we were offered cold water and sun umbrellas! Such a small gesture but makes all the difference under the Arizona sun. You will not find service like this in other slab stores.

They carry different sizes from large slabs to remainder pieces (perfect for smaller projects). You can browse the selection at your leisure and once youve made your choice, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were looking for a specific sized remnant, and all the employees we came into contact with (Jacqueline, Debi, and Victoria) were all very pleasant and helpful in our search for the stone we needed for our project.It was in the high 90s when we were there, and they offered umbrellas so we could shade ourselves and offered us ice cold bottles of water while we searched for the perfect quartz/granite we were looking for. We would definitely recommend The Yard for any of your stone needs you might have.

We visited several countertop material suppliers but none of them impressed us as much as The Yard. They all have pretty much the same thing but The Yard’s slabs were exceptionally beautiful. Each one was clearly labeled with all the information about the stone. It even included the total cost of the slab which was difficult or not possible to figure out at other suppliers. We found their prices to be really good as well. Our salesperson as well as all of the staff were friendly and eager to help. When we found a slab we liked they offered to move the slabs out side by side, which they did, so we could pick the 2 we wanted. If you are looking for material for countertops we highly recommend The Yard.

First we found exactly the quartz we were looking for twice. The larger of the two pieces was a challenge to get home. Everyone was so helpful to get it done. Lawrence loaded our slab then took the time to help us strap it in correctly for the trip home. They had stored if for 30 days for free until we got our plans together. We highly recommend The Yard!
