The cost of high quality is well justified with Abbott Granite. Abbott Granite delivered on all expectations, and on schedule. Highly recommend Abbott Granite.
I wish I could give this company a Zero star review. We had three big nice slabs of granite we had picked out for our new house. The fabricators did an absolute terrible job. Now we have the edge of our granite all around our kitchen looking like a zebra. I explained to Rusty that this was unacceptable and he came out and said I don’t disagree with you that it doesn’t look right but we can’t redo it. I don’t think I should be paying for this granite but I guess that’s how the process works. Please please save yourself and do not go with this company unless you like poor work. It makes sense why this company only has 2 start reviews and i don’t know why such a big company like Taylor Morrison would use this piss poor company. But then again Taylor Morrison is piss poor all the way up to there VP of contraction.
Pros:seams hide well in quartz counter top; workers showed up when scheduled & job completed on timeCons:new counter top installed too tight to stove, much closer than old counter top. when I saw this I told them I would be replacing the stove at a later date and I was concerned it might be a problem. they told me it would be fine since stoves were standard size. well when i went to replace the stove later the new stove would not fit. I had to pay $225 to have them come back and trim counter top down. new stove now fits, but lots of dust from cutting the counter. I thought they would put up a clear plastic dust tent like a lot of construction projects i have been around, but they seemed to think running a shop vac while cutting is sufficient -- shop vac only captured fraction of the dust. hope that dust is not a health hazard in my home. we cleaned it up best we could.
