Very shady. We found them adding mystery charges like shipping when we were picking it up and attempting to charge for items included. Each time they would act like it was a mistake. We bought the Scooter in Sturgis and 4 months later we are still waiting on items included in the deal. Wont respond to emails or voice messages. Sad part is the Scooter has been great and we are looking to buy another one but do not trust them.

Fast scooters customer service very very unhelpful. Product doesnt last has issues. Definitely would not recommend. When I call on brake issues on scooter I purchase was told they were unable to repair fix or order the part for me after paying $2,000 for the scooter. So if youre looking to purchase a electric scooter from these guys Id definitely take a different Avenue.

Middleman flipping a chinese product for massive profits

Please please make the replacement battery packs cheaper then 1200.00...Some of us already spent 3000.00 + for the scooter and now we have to spend a third just to get a extra battery pack...REALLY...I own 3 of these scooters and I wish I would have ready the fine prints and replacement parts. I guess one 3000.00 scooter will go to waste cause I sure in the hell not paying 1200.00 for a battery pack. Thank you PHAT Scooters...I might as well another Flex scooter for the same price as a battery...You guys and girls must be out of your minds for even thinking like this. Wow wow wow. And I’m most upset because now I know I will not be able to ride my scooter

Very cheaply made scooters. You can tell everything is clearly from China. The batteries do not last as long as they claim they do. The staff is friendly for the most part except for the red-head in the back who clearly thinks she knows better than anyone else about everything. I think this company could sell good products but its clearly far down the line for them. There are many other more promising scooter companies on the market right now. I would suggest not wasting your money here.

They take a little getting used too but after ten minutes on one of these you will wonder why you need a car anymore. The most fun you will ever have with a battery operated device.

I was looking at electric golf scooters and came across this site. For the base model golf scooter it is $3500 US. On Alibaba i found the supplier of these scooters and i could buy 1 scooter with a longer life battery for $500. That is with every extra attachment. From phat scooter that would cost me $5000, which is a 1000% mark up. So i messaged them on their website chat and spoke with Tyler. I told him this and he said that Phat Scooter are all 100% american made. So they cost more. I didnt believe this as the spec sheets from China and Phat Scooter were identical. Thats when Tyler told me they order all the parts and assemble the scooters in the USA. When i asked the supplier in China how much it would cost me for just the parts so i could assemble it i was told $120 US if i ordered 1. If i ordered 20 it would be $90. So if it takes 1 factory worker 2 hours to assemble the scooter at $15 per hour the total price they pay for the scooter is $120. Which they sell the base model for $3500. That means this company is making 3000% mark up on their product, when your typical mark up % is as low as 20% and as high as 100%. So the golf scooter should only cost the customer $1200 at the very most. Yet they charge $3500 for the base model golf scooter and with all the bells and whistles it comes to $5000... for something that costs them $120 to build. thats over 4000% mark up on a product, which is absolutely insane!Never support people or businesss like this. these are the absolute worst kind of people and businesss. They buy cheap stuff from China, assemble it in the USA, advertise it as American made and sell it for 4000% more than what they paid for it.I couldnt tell from the website but based on Tyler and his pathetic, moronic attitude and his lying, i would not be surprised if Phat Scooters have a made in the USA sticker on them. Which is an absolute lie. Every single part on this thing is made in China, but its put together by a Mexican guy in a factory in Arizona. Which is fine if they were Charging $500, which is still a 400% mark up, but they are charge $5000... I would rather buy the $500 chinese made and chinese assembled golf scooter delivered to my door. Then i could take the $4500 i saved and buy a sick 400cc dirt bike.I would be surprised if this business is still alive in a year. Absolute scurvy shyster businessmen at this place.

Honestly the service is not that great I been waiting almost 2 months for a scooter had a issue with the first one and still waiting o 2nd one battery on first one was no good still have the scooter in my front yard now Im waiting a month on 2nd one
