Picked up these guys from Jim. Was very detail oriented when it came to what i was looking for. I am in love with the selection of different unique mens rings, which is usually difficult to find at other shops. I will continue to check Jims shop before anyone else!

I walked into Luckys for the first time nearly a decade ago. I walked out the door 10 min later knowing that I would never go anywhere else for gold and silver business --ever. Ive brought countless new customers to the shop. After their first visit 100% of them never went anywhere else. Jim is very thorough with what he does. He takes the time to explain anything I ask with extensive knowledge. If he doesnt know the answer, he goes out of his way and looks it up. He shows legitimate concern if Im having a bad day. He takes interest in any chit chat we make. He greets every customer as if hes happy to see them. No matter who is working behind the counter, they are fair and treat everyone respectfully. There is no other place in the Valley that I will ever go. They are very fair in their dealings and purchases, they are not trying to rip anybody off. If they are not interested in your items they will often take the time to direct you to someone who will. I believe that since the owners are the employees they always are beyond helpful and courteous. Plus, they have the coolest stuff in their store!!!

Whats not to love?!?! Every time I get up to a few watches that need batteries, I go in. I can walk around and shop, I love a place where the price can be a little negotiable, its fun for me. I can put quarters in the game and have a ball with that, or I can sit and bs with Jim while he does my watches, because if I may say, he is FINE to chat with! Wink wink. So what more could you want? Plus the jewelry is ALL quality. He doesnt sell junk ever. Even the lower dollar items are quality pieces. Thanks Jim!!

Nice watch service! Other jewelers take a really long time in replacing my battery, and one even damaged my watch. I went in because of signage in front that said they replace batteries for $5 and up. Mine was five bucks on the cabeza, and I was out in three minutes! Thanks. Will be back again.
