The service here is beyond quality. You feel like your doing business with friends. The price is affordable and they work with you. If they can not work with you they give great recommendation for to still win at the end of the day. They try there hardest to make you feel comfortable with any purchase and or pawn.

No parking whatsoever, very cramped and cluttered, very unhelpful staff not interested one bit in what youre looking for. Everytime I saw a price tag I had to do a double take since everything is SOOO expensive. Theres a million other pawn shops in the area, avoid this one!

As a 50 year old male and professional musician it would probably be an understatement to say Ive been to and worked with a number of pawn shops in cities all over the country. Since my live shows have been put on hiatus for the last year due to Covid-19 I have definitely at times needed some help and quick cash. I can say wholeheartedly that Alpha Pawn is hands down the best pawn shop I have ever dealt with. A great shop with great products but more than that, they are the absolute greatest staff I have ever dealt with! Bought an engagement ring for a fair price, everything for sale was reasonably marked!

Two shops before alpha hit me with the standard 50% of all your items value and your lucky to get that approach. Alpha offered me $50 more. Now to some of you your saying its just $50... And you would be right. But when your already taking considerably less than what you paid that $50 is the difference between a reasonable pawn and you got totally screwed. I did $50 better and got the amount I needed to consider selling.I have been in quite a few pawn shops in my life and this is the first time I have ever actually pawned something. I told them my bottom dollar out the door and they met it. They didnt laugh they just looked things over and agreed getting where I was coming from. They give you about 10% more than most shops. So if you have a good value sellable item you can expect to do a tad better here than elsewhere.If Im ever in tight and need to sell something you can bet Ill stop at alpha before anywhere else!

It is a very simple deal and the repayment was alot less than I expected. Alpha Pawn is very friendly! I pawned a vehicle on there for just about a week and they were very helpful and the whole process was really easy. The prices on their merchandise is very reasonable and they’re willing to negotiate. I have found some pawn shops over the years to be more like a prison than a pawn shop. Alpha Pawn is not like that. They want you to come back and it shows in their customer service.

It was close to where I lived and I always like to shop in my area, instead of going out of the area.As soon as I walked in the door, I saw the cleanliness of the store and was immediately at ease by the friendly greeting from Dan. I wasnt sure the value of my items, but I had a ball park kind of idea of what the items would fetch if I sold them, instead of pawned them. Dan took a look at my items, and gave me a fair deal. Although Alpha Pawn & Jewelry may be a small shop, and not as newly constructed as some of the major pawn chains, the staff there are absolutely the best I have dealt with. Very reasonable on pawns and also it is a great place to purchase used goods that are in excellent condition. The best part is the prices blow the major pawn shops out of the water!

Pretty small location, not too much inventory in store, I went in on a Sunday and was greeted by an underage child on what he can help me with... seemed a little sketchy, so I walk up to the counter to look for help where Im finally greeted by a older guy who wouldnt even consider giving me more than 60% of spot price on gold.. Ive had other shops lowball me before but he didnt even come close to making me an offer and told me to go to another shop. So I did as he suggested and I suggest the same if you are looking for better prices go somewhere else. One star for the store being semi clean.

I found a car on Craigslist that Alpha Pawn posted. I live 400 miles away. I negotiated a price and we both agreed. I told Sean I will have the car inspected which cost me $250 and then pay for the car.He was very helpful with the inspection, and i received the inspection back the next back from the inspection company.Sean and I had a gentlemans agreement to hold the car until I received the inspection report, he said he would call me if anyone else was serious about purchasing the car. Then he sold the car from under me with out even a courtesy call.Now I am out $250 for the inspection fee, and the opportunity to buy the car.Its not the correct way to do business.Buyers and Pawnees beware. They dont stand by their word.

I purchased a Blu-ray player from them. Got home plugged it in it didnt power up correctly. Called and spoke to them the next morning ask if I could return He said yes. Take it in the shop theyre willing to return except theres a 5% restocking fee. Which means I have to pay for them to take their faulty merchandise back. Doesnt seem quite right
