I hope I don’t get hit by any more rocks on the highway, but if I do I would definitely use Crystal Clear View Glass to replace windshield again. They were very helpful in scheduling an appointment and working with my insurance. The day of the appointment, Alan arrived right on time, was very pleasant, and was able to salvage my parking stickers from my original windshield. Thank you!

I had Crystal Clear View install windows, but have had endless problems. Brandon was helpful in acknowledging the installation problems, but has been unable to fix some of them. Initially, the windows leaked and the insultation was missing from around the frame. That has been fixed. However, the window trim is not flush and continues to fall off. Brandon has sent several people to fix it on many, many occasions. Nothing has worked. I have decided to hire someone else to fix the problem.

We had three glass companies come to our home and give us quotes. Brandon was the most thorough and professional of them all. He made us comfortable that he knew this business well. His price was competitive and they did an excellent job. Dealing with Wendy on the phone was great! She was kind, helpful and knowledgeable.We had mirrors installed on an entire wall in our exercise room.Shower doors on our guest bathroom tub/shower.Shower door and wall on our master bathroom shower.Wall mirror on master bath wall.We would definitely use them again.

Eddie at Crystal Clear View fixed two chips in my windshield. He did an excellent job and also provided my husband and I with excellent car care advice. We just moved to phoenix and needed some local advice on caring for our car in the extreme heat. Overall an excellent experience and we will be returning here for all of our auto glass needs

Crystal Clear View did an awesome job on replacing the HUGE glass window above my Master tub. The quality of service I received from the office staff to the technicians is hard to come by. I would definitely use them again!

EDDIE at Crystal Clear is a“Windshield Magician” and he literally made my chip and crack Disappear!! 👍👍 It was an inch crack on both sides of the chip and I couldn’t even see it when he finished ! With the purchase of an older home, I wanted to replace a few of the existing windows. Brandon was able to come in a timely fashion and suggested various possibilities. I received a quote within a couple of days, and enjoyed visiting the showroom to select decorative glass for one of the replacements. Great, personable staff! The install was completed smoothly and Im loving my new windows. I also received a follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied and to address any issues. (There were none.) Im planning additional work in the future and this is the company I will call.

Juan fixed my windshield, it was in horrible horrible condition. Mu ex smashed my window & shattered it & he fixed it at such a cheap rate. I will never go elsewhere, Great customer service. 10/10 recommend!!!

Edit: Brandon is a very upstanding owner! I was super frustrated with the customer service I had received prior (see below review). He accepted responsibility for his company’s flaws. He called me within hours of issues and took over the job himself coming over on a Saturday to evaluate the needs of the job. He ordered the correct part, had it rushed, and fixed the job in 7 days (coming over again on a Saturday!). He was so nice, courteous, and even entertained my 2 year old son. He went above and beyond my needs with the job professionally and financially. Everyone I dealt with within the company was pleasant and professional and despite the job taking over 2 months to complete, I would recommend him to friends as well as use him and his company again. He really made things right and i appreciate him and his company tremendously.I started a “simple job” with them 2 months ago. Guess what? They have my money from half of the cost of the job and I still don’t have a fixed shower door. They don’t follow through, they don’t call you when they say they will, and then they’ll measure your part wrong so when you take the day off work to get the repair done, they’ll have to “call to reschedule for tomorrow”.. oh ya and then not call you back! AGAIN.Edit: the owner contacted me at midnight the night of the most recent disaster and asked if i would allow him to be his point of contact and “fixer” for the job to make it right. He seems to really care about his company and reputation. I appreciate his communication and his willingness to accept responsibility. I will edit this comment when it is all worked out.

They were very professional & nice. My experience was perfect, I’d definitely recommend them.

By far the worst company when it comes to their customer service AND installation work. We bought a completely new sliding glass door, which needed to be ordered for our frame measurements. They told us that it would take 3 weeks for our door to be delivered to their warehouse, where then wed make an appointment to have it installed. Totally fine and understandable. After the fourth week, we called to ask for an update. Every time we called them, they said they would go check in the warehouse and give us a call back in 20 minute or first thing in the morning. Again, totally fine. However, we never one ever received a phone call from them. So, we called back the next day. The same exact situation happened every single day for two extra weeks. Never received a phone call back for an update. We had no idea if our door was even there or what the situation was because they were terrible at communication.Once we finally received confirmation about our door being in, we then were able to make an appointment for the installation. Youd think that that would have been relief, however, probably even worse than the customer service. They came to install our door, but didnt think to put tarp up while cutting the cement, ect. Our floors, walls, kitchen, EVERYWHERE was covered in thick dust. To make it even better, they didnt even clean up after themselves or even apologize. They also did the worst installation job and our door is crooked and the screen door lock isnt aligned. They were so incredibly lazy.Long story short, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

After experiencing some issues with our balancers that were replaced, Brandon messaged me right away (over the weekend) and set up a time to come Wednesday and fix those. He was able to come sooner (Monday) and completely fixed the windows. They work so well now. GREAT customer service and I highly recommend this company.

Called and had no problem getting an appointment for a shower enclosure measurement. After the measurement I had to call a week later to request a quote. Once I received it I called back to ask for a revision and some electronic photos of framed and unframed enclosures. I was told that it would be sent that day...two weeks later and nothing...concerned about follow-ups with these folks despite the positive reviews.

They were fabulous! Safety aware. Even cleaned the glass they installed!

Crystal Clear View Glass sets a whole new standard when it comes to customer service!During the sale of my house, my home was broken into 2 days before closing. They smashed in a 16x48 window to enter my empty home. I had to have the window repaired or else the Buyer wasnt going to let us close!I called Crystal Clear Glass and since I was in a bind, they moved their own schedule around to accommodate my own, one day in advance. They stayed in contact with me through out the entire process.
