Touch of Glass exceeded my expectations on all three occasions that we have used them.Hector and Kelly along with their staff provided good pricing, great workmanship and excellent customer service.

We had an estimate scheduled with Tom for today at 1:00pm. I had called early this morning and left a voicemail asking if it would be possible to move the appointment to 3:00 today and asked him to call me and let me know if that would work for him. I received no call and when we called him at 1:10pm he said he just wasnt planning to come because 3:00 was no good for him and he also didnt want to come now because hed made other plans. Zero communication from this guy; completely unreliable. Look elsewhere for service because this guy isnt interested in providing it.

These guys not only gave me the best price on a unique cut of glass but also made a point of keeping me updated. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable.
