Our Garage door broke this morning. I called lifetime and they came out a couple of hours later. Eddie was super helpful and explained what happened and what the solution was to fix it. He took care of the work, waved the consultation fee and after about and hour the door was fixed and he was on his way. I needed some new springs. They were reasonably priced and came with a warranty. Thanks Lifetime for your fast service! Saved the day!

I was very pleased with the response from lifetime. Lou dispatched a tech on Sunday, when other repair companies wanted to come Monday. We chose to replace the entire garage door, including the motor and tracks. The door came three days later, and Eddie installed the unit the following Monday, per our request. Eddie was very friendly, honest, and hard working. Furthermore, Eddie went out of his way to ensure that I was happy. I was in the hospital and the door broke on my sister, being fully open. Eddie cut the cables to close the door. Furthermore, at the installation, Eddie helped me move a few boxes as I was out of the hospital, being sick. We had an appointment for the tech to come in the morning between around 8-10 am. The tech called and said he had completed his job sooner than expected, would I be okay if he came right away (20 minutes). I agreed and rushed home to be thee when he arrived. After I got home I got a call from the office saying he had a garage door emergency with another customer and would be there at the original time. I had to laugh a little, a garage door emergency? The woman on the phone told me there was a elderly woman, in a wheelchair, and this was her only way to exit the house and the garage door was not opening. Ok, I would say that was an emergency. I was a little irritated because I had rushed home to be there for the tech, but an old woman in a wheelchair, ok I can wait. The tech was awesome. He was professional, quick, left no mess, and polite. When I asked him about the old woman in the wheelchair, he could not figure out what I was talking about. He said another job popped up close to where he was so they had him do it first, because it was close, then come to me. So the woman in the office lied. And here is the thing, I have been a business owner, I get it. You could have just told me the truth and I would have totally understood. But your outlandish lie now tells me you cant be trusted. I would definitely use the tech again- if he worked somewhere else. Or, if someone from this business would give me a call and explain why their staff lie when the truth sounds better.

We had the best service from Lifetime Garage Doors! Called on Friday late afternoon with a stuck midway garage door. Ashely at their office was just great! She said shed call us back shortly to let us know if we could get some help from Lifetime. Sure enough, a two man crew was finishing up one job and even though it was after 5 on Friday, they came over. The team called us, gave a twenty minute timeframe and were here. They assessed the problem, we talked of repair vs replacement and we decided to replace the door. When they fixed the door so it would shut, we picked out a door look and color and they were in, ordered and on their way approximately 7pm.We are so pleased with Lifetime, unlike other 24 hour door companies, they were true to their word. Everyone was so pleasant and knew exactly what to do. We get our new door install next week and Im sure the end result will be as good.We highly recommend Lifetime Garage Doors.. Let me just say sometimes you cant honestly review quality of service along with how you feel about services because though the repair person did fair and quality service work, It did not for a second match up with the price I had to pay for something that should have been easy enough to figure out and do in 10 min.Which is exactly the time it only took to tell me the problem, a recommendation, and to apply the solution. LUDICROUS I Tell Ya!!!!

Michael our salesman and technician was very thorough and caring. Great attention to detail. He got our door running and got us a remote that worked on a 35 year old door. Unfortunately Michael isn’t with the company anymore and our door has yet to arrive or be installed. There is a 16 week lead time, we have about 5 weeks left. Hopefully our old door will last that long. And hope the technician sent will be as thoughtful as Michael. I wish him the best. A very dedicated employee. He will do well in the construction industry. (I will update my review when door is installed.)

Woke up Saturday morning looking forward to clearing out the garage. Hit the button to open the door and all kinds of havoc was let loose. Wifes car is trapped, kids bikes are trapped, yard tools trapped; called up Lifetime Garage Doors and they were able to have someone out the same day. Not only was Eddy able to come out to assess the damage on a Saturday but he was 2 hours early!Turns out that one of the springs decided to break in half. Eddy had all the parts on hand to fix everything and was able to do it really quickly. This was my first time calling anyone for a garage door issue so cost isnt something I can really comment on. But after dealing with them the cost isnt going to stop me from calling them back if I have another issue.

500 bucks for 45 min work…No parts just the labor….Egregious pricing and doesn’t apply coupons…Why do people think you hey can charge 500 bucks for 45 min work and the worker was in the area….Had to pay car was stuck in garage. How does it feel to rob people with a Pen? Thieves

Rick who was the service man was very experienced and very capable. He said I didn’t need the coupon because the work done. He put in two springs and two cables and was finished in 36 total minutes and charged me $532.00. I think that is beyond excessive. Check your price estimates .before call these people. That is why they buy themselves to the top of google.

He was polite and clearly understood my problem which could only be resolved with a new opener. The price was fair and he did a clean quick install. I also had a new weather strip installed. Very please with the service and cant think of anything negative to say. I called about 10:30 am and they said a tech could arrive at the house between 12-2. Armand showed up right at noon and as soon as he stepped into the garage he knew what the problem was. Rick was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I had broken a garage door window and decided to get rid of the decorator plastic inserts leaving 4 simple rectangle windows.He came out on time, listened to what I wanted, examined the issue and said he hoped to fix it today. The estimate was for $300 (mostly labor) as the top section of the door must be removed to install the windows. We agreed.He returned an hour later with a piece a replacement glass, but it was too small (measure twice, cut once?). He promised to return the next day to fix things.We received an email at 10:00am stating he would be here within 25 minutes. We waited. At 1:30PM I was actually worried about him. I called the company. They said they would contact him. We received an email that he would be here between 3 and 4pm.He did arrive at that time. He replaced the broken glass, and removed the 3 remaining stylized inserts. Total time was less than 10 minutes.I understand driving time, and time at the glass company waiting for the new piece, but $99 for a small single pane of glass and $200 for labor was way out of the park. I wish our first experience with contractors in Scottsdale could have been better.
