I got an honest quote by a knowledgeable representative. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. The door took about a month to get in, which is fine because they told me the lead times. Once they got the door I was scheduled within a week. Removal of my old door and installation of the new track, door and opener took less than 4 hours by one person. Professionals all around.
