I have to send a big shout out to Elio and his staff there. I have been using the same embroidery people for 10 years for my companies apparel. But unfortunately they don’t do everything and sadly I was very disappointed because they were not able to accommodate my needs. But I’m very glad that I found Ruby’s Hat Sales Elio because he was able to get creative and made it happen for me. Not only was he able to manipulate the stitching but he was also able to have it ready for me the next day. Very professional people and easy to work with. Thank you Elio for a job well done.
