Stopped in with my wife to get uniforms for Nursing School and was greatly impressed with the place, the prices and staff. My wife and I got everything in one stop. I highly recommend Ace Uniforms for any public servant in the market for uniforms.

Stopped going there. They are rude. The one guy that was helpful and friendly I guess was not the kind of person they want working for them. The people they have there now are rude and obnoxious.

The location seemed pretty busy, with plenty of customers trying on clothes and browsing their selection. But, I was helped out almost immediately by a very sweet older woman and I regret not catching her name. She hurried to the back and quickly found me the two uniform pieces I would need. I tried them on and they were perfect. The woman working the register was equally friendly and I must have only been there for less than 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised and I would recommend that kind of service to anyone. Thanks guys!

Horrible place. used to be good and great customer service back in the days. now, if your not a law enforcement you will get treated rude and get your uniforms done with low quality if you happen to get some custom taper on them.will be going going to the swatmeat next time, quality would not be like the 5.11 but customer service will be WAY better than this place.

This place is great. You would think going into a uniform store would be a bunch crabby people issuing out GI regulation clothing. Not here the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Stephen and Adreean were super great to work with. Showed me all kinds of things that will make my job easier. Guys at Ace uniform here is a shout out to you. This store is amazing! The staff are wonderful! I really appreciate all the help they gave us! They even gave us a catalog! They fit and embroider your uniforms so they fit correctly every time! I cannot say enough!!! We really enjoyed shopping here, even during covid!! Most helpful store I gave been in! Ask about the cute lady that stocks for them. They have such funny stories! Support them! There arent many businesses who make shopping a pleasure these days!

I work with a large union which requires me to purchase law enforcement merchandise. The Ace location at McDowell and 16th Street in Phoenix has been great to work with. Their attention to detail and service, especially with the manager Theresa Ernst has been exceptional. I recommend their services to everyone.

I’ve been to this store many times in my Security career. They are very helpful, they hem your pants...costs a little more if you didn’t buy them there but almost always ready quickly and well done. I’ve never had a bad experience with this store or the employees!

This is far and away the best uniform shop in the Valley. Every time I come here the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a full selection of the gear and uniforms I need for work and Ive never had to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for embroidery or alterations. When you live and work 3 hours away not having to wait all day or have it shipped to you later is important. They have earned a loyal customer here.

I recently got uniforms for work from here and I think this place deserves more great reviews. The staff does all sorts of stuff for all sorts of occasions. Theyre a lovely bunch of people who work hard and who love their jobs and it shows. They have a wide selection of high quality uniforms. Anything from really nice scrubs to official uniforms. They tailor as well as carry all kinds of other things to suit your needs.

First time going and and was immediately helped! Irma was very knowledgable and professional in helping with our entire experience! I am not from the immediate area, but this is now my preferred store; and I am happy to make the trip because of the excellent customer service.

So frustrated with this place. I bought pants from here a week ago that wasnt exactly my size so the guy had them hemmed because they didnt have the 32 size in length. I tried to bring them back to get hemmed again cuz they still arent right and they refused to even when I still wanted to pay for the work. On top of they literally dont carry 10.5 black boots unless u wanna pay $150 plus.

Went in the store, was helped immediately. She pinned my pants for the hem, and then asked if I could wait 20 minutes. I said yes and 20 minutes later I had my patches on, pants hemmed, and I was out the door. Great experience.

I was very impressed with this business! They absolutely went the extra mile to take care of me here and make sure I got exactly what I needed and wanted. They also do tailoring and they do it well. The store is well stocked and very spacious too.

They have a great selection! I went in for my first pair of bottoms for my job and was very happy with their woman’s section that even met my 5’2” needs. Finding short fitted pants is a pain but they hemmed them there complimentary in 15 minutes.

Hands down the best customer service and stock selection any sheepdog (first responder) could ever want. Theres no such thing as no, the store workers are bright, knowledgeable and very pleasant, if they dont know something theyll certainly find out, if the dont have what you need in there wide selection theyll order it but no matter what youll leave the store pleased.

Went to Ace to get fitted for a uniform . They fitted me in 5mins and I was out of there fast with in 30 min. They also have a great selection of uniforms for various law enforcement agencies as well as if your a nurse. I recommend Ace.

Such a wide variety of things. They have same day service for alterations most days. I would call ahead just to be sure. I am pleasantly satisfied with the service.

After reading these reviews, I felt the need to comment, the love fest I read made me gag! My experiance with this group was less than satisfying, they took over 2 weeks for two shirts, then when I got them the person who was tasked with sewing my name and agency on the shirt misspelled my name and it was on the work order. I have not been back!

Contrary to the other reviews posted, my experience here was great. Not sure who helped me but she was very helpful. I came 10 mins prior to closing because of traffic and the lady told me not to worry about closing time. She helped me choose from their shirts and came back to follow up on how the fitment was.

Ive been shopping here for 9 years, but I think they either got new management and/or lazy staff. Staff all around store chit-chatting with each other, but no one cares to help me when I was waiting at the counter for 5 minutes. Then they helped another guy who came in about 3 minutes after me. I feel I was ignored because of my skin color. I will never go here again. I think their agency orders are all they care about and not the local cop that needs to buy occasional uniform items.

Instead of telling customers that you are a month behind on alterations and a tip will get it done in 15 mins, just raise your alterations price or ask for rush fee. Saying you are a month behind doesn’t look good for you, and saying a tip will cut the line and get it done today looks worse.

Bought a pair of duty boots that turned into moccasins after 1 hour of use, soles disintegrated. Should not be selling these boots as they can get someone hurt. They are a bad lot and the public needs to know. I will avoid Ace uniforms from here on out. All fairness, they did refund my money, still these boots should be trashed and not used to make a quick buck.

Overall...less than stellar. One of the main complaints I have is the hours. Even bankers have longer hours than these guys do. Especially through the week. If you work a regular civilian job and are processing with an agency or going through an academy, its difficult to get there during the short hours they are open. I find it somewhat unusual for a retail store.Either open earlier or stay open later...even if its only for a few days per week! Customer service is ok, prices are what you expect from public safety retailers; high. Much better deals to be had on many of the same brands and products if you order online.
