Couldn’t even give them 1 star but had to so I could be able to post this, the worst customer service I experienced quality of the shirt I had made for my father’s funeral service was the absolute worse my father’s face came out super red and I still had to take it cause u pay before she makes it. I didn’t even get an apology either. If u want awesome customer service and excellent work I highly recommend u go to the indoor swat meet on 67th Ave & Thomas had the exact shirt made their after and I LOVE IT it’s beautiful 😍

Prints were good thy gave me a good price

I moved to Phoenix about two years ago, and own a Candy Buffet Business so I often need T-shirts and other items customized. The customer service is AMAZINGLY AWESOME every time, and I really appreciate how everyone remembers me and are always honest about what can/can’t be done and the expected turn around time. They really do a great job, and it’s very convenient that they also offer quality T-shirts if you don’t provide your own.

This is definitely the best shop to come and customize shirts, the staff is extremely friendly and by far the work they do is excellent. I recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality service on customizing shirts and electronics! I bought a speaker here as well Ive had it for 2 years now and it is in perfect condition and sound great. Best business ever!

Lady got our sizes wrong and I called her to informed her and she was extremely rude about it. Saying that it was our fault and that there was nothing she can do about it. She kept saying oh my god because I would tell her she messed it up and she said she wouldn’t do anything about it she kept blaming us. Saying she would lose money over two shirts when we ordered 7. She was so rude and she she hung up on me.

Extremely unpleasant employees.They dont care about the customers desires, inputs, or concerns. They do what they want and make you pay upfront for something you will absolutely hate.

Skip..... They use illegal software and pirate copyrighted images. They overcharge and are very rude.
