I needed 1 pop rivet. Size was greater that any big box store carried. Stopped at RC Fasteners and they immediately had three people searching to see if they had it on hand. They had multiple ones that worked and didnt make me buy a hundred like Grainger would. They really went out of their way, and made nothing on the sale, but I will be back when I need to make a bigger purchase to give my thanks. Great customer service in my book!

I called all over the place here in Phoenix to find some very thin washers to serve as shims for a project I was working on. I was needing a special nut for an ultralight aircraft which I was unable to source at any local hardware store. I googled specialty nuts and bolts and wa rewarded with RC Fasteners. I went to RC looking for nuts and bolts. I found a new friend that helped me find new bolts for the 1991 Miata valve cover. They look nicer and didnt cost $4 a piece like the weak dealership bolts that twisted in half from 10 ft/lb of torque. Thanks RC

If you are finding screws that perfectly match to your equipment, here is definitely the place to look at. I’ve checked Walmart and Target to find exact size of screw and these guys had them.

I needed 2 quarter inch rivets to repair my cqr, I called and Skylar answered the phone and told me he had the piece. I drove over and Rick greeted me with the parts in hand. They took care of me and I will certainly give them all of my business in the future!
