I warn you to not go to the metro by 32st roosevelt or 16st roosevelt a man name Omar is out to scam and doesnt treat customer experience was so bad I moved company and boost mobile was so nice and appreciative the reps at those two location are inexperienced will give you free stuff that as no use to your phone example a free screen protector that doesnt fit your phone attitude and show little interest in the customers needs SO IF YOUR TRYING TO TAKE THAT RISK THE RISK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IS ON YOU BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR SPREAD THE WORD ON THOSE TO METRO LOCATION 32ST ROOSEVELT OR 16ST ROOSEVELT I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD

Upgraded my phones. Was not happy with them. Took them back for an exchange or store credit that was it . Wound up walking out with two phones I didnt want to deal with and an anger level I wish on no one. I guess the guy I talked to was the owner of the store. He was rude obnoxious and could barely understand his English. Overall I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this store location to anyone. There are much more people friendly stores that arent very far from there. Go to any one of those. Avoid the bad service and headache that you will get at this location. Wish I could give it negative stars. Instead of the one star I had to give.

I actually went in the store thinking I was going to have to spend so much money for a new phone! but the Andres and Selena reassured that I was eligible for an upgrade and I didnt even know! I left the store with a new phone under $100 . Very satisfied will be a loyal customer thank you guys! see you soon.

Service here is very poor. I bought two phones here and was not happy with them. Went back about 2hours later to exchange them or get store credit and wound up arguing with the owner. Needless to say that I got neither and am stuck with phones that constantly wont download or update apps. I was literally forced to keep these phones and told to get out. Very very rude and bad service. I gave them 1 star rating if there was anything lower I would have used it. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

The sales associate that I was with today was great I think her name was Serina not sure.... But she did a great job helping me with get in contact with customer service about my payment. Good customer service.

I went into the store to have a phone reactivated that I had on suspension apparently the phone had been put or had been cancelled at the last store I was at and all I wanted was for it to be on suspension Jessie however help me get it all taken care of and everything back in order I was very pleased with the service and I will tell others the phone I had on suspension was a business line and I was very pleased to be able to get that number back.

This is honestly a great store. Very clean, one of the best that I have been to so far and I was satisfied with the young mans help.

This place was already closed before 9pm. Google maps directed me here saying it was open. It was not.
