Hector sold me a 2002 Dodge Caravan saying the former owner couldnt afford repairs.Day 1 the van died! Also day 2! He said it was battery/electric/lalalalala....Then, when the radiator started hissing on day 4, he ignored my texts about when to come to the shop.I brought it in, he said it would be $400 to fix it and hes giving me a deal. He told me LEMON LAWS dont apply to him, because he is not a dealership!When he realized LEMON LAWS DO APPLY TO HIM: he agreed to fix it.The next day: it wouldnt start, again.It took days to get my money back and he scolded me for signing the title when I bought the vehicle!!I had to pay for registration and he got a clean title!BUYER BEWARE! HE WILL SELL IT AGAIN!
