Update: They came back and fixed the security system sensor. They subcontract the staining and those guys came back and put another coat of stain on the door. Krasivas guys are pretty good. The subcontractor guys that did the staining needed me to point out all the spots that they missed. They are okay, but when they say they are done, you have to have a close look. They were done about 3 times when I came and found areas that were completely missed. They eventually got them and it looks much better now, but they do need some supervision since they seem to miss a lot of details.All and all I am much happier with it now.Update: Owner has contacted us and is now coming over to check it out. Ill keep this updated.The door was a decent quality but the install left a lot to be desired. First of all, the old door had a built in security system sensor. When they replaced the frame, they didnt preserve the wires that came from the wall and fish them through the new frame or anything. They just framed over them so now we cant put a new sensor in the door/frame. Also, the stain job was awful. There are lots of spaces that they missed with stain, especially around hinges or any harder to reach spots. It was overall blotchy and somehow they even managed to smear stain on an adjacent wall. For the price we paid, I expected a better job. We contacted the company several times. Each time they said they would look into it or send someone to inspect it but they never got back to us. Its been months (maybe over a year) and they havent responded to any of our complaints.

Wonderful to work with. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and professional. All of our questions were answered during the initial consultation to where we felt comfortable. The installation process came sooner than expected and we were thrilled! The gentlemen who were installing the windows were very considerate and meticulous with their work, making sure everything was done correctly. We had a very positive experience with Krasiva Windows, from the salesperson through the installation. Our home was built in 1994 and the old aluminum frame windows and patio door were not energy efficient by today’s standards. The Krasiva estimate we received from Nick was informative and reasonable in price given the high-quality product and the excellent energy ratings. We replaced all the large windows and the three-panel patio door. The installation crew (Richard and Adam) completed the job in four days as estimated. They did excellent work, from carefully removing the blinds, to removing the old windows, installing the new windows, and sealing and trimming the edges, and replacing the blinds. They were very conscientious and had impressive attention to details, including matching the existing stucco texture seamlessly around the newly installed patio door. We highly recommend Krasiva Windows.

I am once again revising my review. All of the positives outweigh the single negative experience that I had. I will say this, the owner - Greg - really went above and beyond to bring me around and restore my respect for the company. I originally had the windows/slider in the back replaced a few years ago. The products used are well above par and the technicians were very friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. This year I had the front of the house done and Im happy to be able to say the same about the product and technicians! And the warranty is especially generous! What really impresses me is the pride that Greg and the technicians take in their business and workmanship. Greg really communicated and worked with me to make sure that I would end up a very satisfied customer...and I am! I wish the entire Krasiva team many more years of success!

Buying new windows turned out to much more of an adventure than we anticipated. The difference for us turned out to simply be the quality of the product. We loved every aspect of their windows. Their sales representative did a great job demonstrating the multiple features of the windows. We were given an installation date of May because of the number of jobs already scheduled before us, but much to our surprise, the windows arrived and were actually installed in April.Unsure of what to expect we were concerned about the installation of the windows. The two men that did the installation were very courteous and polite, but even more importantly, were extremely hardworking, meticulous and diligent. They took great care of our house, wrapping things in plastic, cleaning up each area as they worked around our house replacing all of our windows. They picked up everything outside and did their best to leave everything as they found it when they started. When they were gone we had little more than our typical weekly housecleaning and our home was back in shape.While we have only had our new windows for a few weeks, we love the finished product. Everything about the new windows has made a noticeable difference to our home inside and out. We cant wait to see the difference they will make in our summer utility costs. Obviously, we highly recommend you consider using Krasiva for your home as well.

My house was built in the early 1980s and had single pane windows with no real insulation. Even in the winter when the sun light hit the living room window and my office window, the house would warm up and feel stuffy. In the evenings, the office would feel like a sauna even in winter. I noticed this more while working from home during the Pandemic. The double pane windows with the Argon gas were the windows that were chosen, as well as a new sliding door with a built-in doggy door. As a result, when the installers came and installed them, it was an immediate difference in all the rooms, especially in the office. It used to hover around 83 degrees in the evenings with blinds and black out curtains. Now with just the blinds the temperature stays in the low to mid 70s consistently. The AC doesnt turn on constantly anymore. The installers were very nice and cleaned any mess they left behind. They also made sure to put back everything including the blinds. Overall, Im thrilled to see the differences with their product, and I look forward to seeing how they hold up in the 110+ degree temperatures in the Metro.

We finally got our windows installed and they look great. It is amazing how much cooler our west facing rooms are now. Also, didnt expect how much noise they eliminate as well. The guys who installed them were great - Richard Espinosa along with Adam and Nick. They were very courteous, helpful, and clean. We will definitely request them for the rest of the windows left to be installed in our home. Overall, great installation of great windows!

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. In just a month and a half I have brand new beautiful windows that have been installed perfectly. From the time of the estimate, to the day of installation, every single person from this company has been nothing but friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I think the highlight for me was the day of installation, because when I received the call that my windows were ready I was told installation would normally take three to four days with one crew, so I was promised that two crews would show up to make things go faster before the weather got too hot. The first day only one crew arrived. Now, normally that would be a bad thing, but Nick and his crew (special shout out to Carlos, Scott, Solo, and Larry) were able to complete the job within eight hours and I cant say it enough: Everything was perfect. The crew Krasiva sent blew me away. They treated my house like it was their own, and what I mean by that is they took extra special care when they had to move things, keep from tracking dirt in from outside, and put everything back where it had been before they arrived. The whole crew worked like a symphony together. They joked, they laughed, they measured and measured again, they cleaned up after themselves; they obviously take a lot of pride in their work. I really cant say enough about my opinion of the quality work Krasiva puts into their products either. Every window was beautiful and was exactly what I wanted. Funnily enough, an hour after the crew had finished and left, a small rainstorm blew over my house, and not a leak was found (the old windows however, failed in that department so I was glad my new ones were sealed properly). I recently had the front picture window of my home replaced by Krasiva. I choose them for the job because of the superior quality that they offered. Sales rep John spent the time to explain all of my options and answer all of my questions, and never pressured me toward a decision. They were helpful in submitting request paperwork to my HOA. The day of the install a 3 man crew arrived on time and completed the install. They also answered questions and did an exceptional and complete job. When they left there was no sign that they had even been there except for my awesome new window. From my first contact call to Krasiva to the completion of the job everyone was very helpful and professional. My experience with Krasiva was good in the beginning but has now gone downhill. Perry came to my house back in November 2020 and basically sold me on getting two new windows. I went ahead and placed the order. My initial install was done February 26th. The installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. One of the installers showed me a picture he took with his cell phone of a hairline fracture he discovered on one of the windows. He couldve pretended to not see it but I felt that spoke to the integrity of the company. The installer told me that he would put in an order for a replacement window. I called Krasiva to confirm and the replacement was ordered. I followed up 2 weeks after that and the woman who answered told me they estimated my replacement to arrive the week of April 26th. To my surprise, I got a call from Krasiva last week telling me my replacement window arrived. Thats 3 weeks earlier than estimated! I was so excited! The guy asked if they could install it that weekend, but I had a dentist appointment. So, I scheduled the installation for the following weekend (today). The guy told me the installers would arrive between 8 - 8:30 AM. I woke up early this morning. I cleaned up the area where the window would be installed, put down tarp on the floor. I was ready! When 8:30 came around and no one showed up, I tried to call Krasiva but guess what? Theyre closed on weekends!! So, who do I speak with to find out if the installers are still coming? While on the phone with my mom, I get a voicemail. I listened to it and couldnt believe what I was hearing. The installer, Randall, said he couldnt find my window and left his personal cell number. I immediately called Randall back. He answered and explained that hes been in the warehouse for over an hour searching for my window but cant find it. He says that happens sometimes when the paperwork guy gets the orders mixed up. He then tells me he doesnt believe my window was ever delivered. WHAT!! I asked Randall if he had a phone number for a manager at Krasiva to get it resolved. He tells me no and that he has the same office number, which is closed, so Ill have to wait until Monday. So, Im not getting my replacement window today and theres no one I can speak to, not even Perry - the salesman, to find out who dropped the ball. What I also dont understand is why the installer cant contact ANYONE at Krasiva, especially on a Saturday. And why would you have installers work on a day that the business is closed? Doesnt make any sense, but I do know they wasted my time. I have other windows that need to be replaced but I wanted to test my experience out with this company installing only two windows to determine if I will hire them again. I think not.UPDATE: 4/22/21Had my replacement window installed last Friday. I also received an unexpected visit from the President of the company. Greg was apologetic, genuine and sincere. Hes passionate about the business, his employees and the customers they service. That left a lasting impression on me. The installers were very polite and professional. They even brought in a vacuum to clean up the area where they installed the window. When they finished you couldnt even tell they had been in house. I would recommend Krasiva and will be using their services again.

While my husband and I cannot have our windows done at this time, I felt the need to leave a review about the wonderful experience I had obtaining an estimate. We have been thinking about replacing our single-pane windows, but have heard of how expensive it can be. A representative offered to schedule a no-pressure estimate and I am so glad we accepted. Every employee I spoke to was very kind and professional. Roger came by our home to take measures. He did not pressure us to commit to a purchase and he educated us on windows. He had plenty of samples and was able to answer all of our questions. He was truly such a pleasant man to speak with. The estimate he gave us was very fair, especially for top of the line energy efficient windows. When we are ready, we will DEFINITELY use Krasiva!

We have had windows and sliders done at two homes by Greg and team. We are very happy with the quality and customer service and cost. I had another vender over to give me a quote and got he mad that I asked for one when I told him we had Krasiva as ‘If I was willing to pay up for Krasiva then I would never buy his windows ’... then he gave me quote higher than Krasiva per window for a more builder grade style.Another big piece for me is the stability of the employees. Even though I have had work done over a decade I still see the same people. People like working there enough to stay. We will do more work them over time and I have recommended them to friends.

On Dec 2020, Krasiva replaced three windows of our house, since then i had experienced in first hand all the benefits they went throught in deep and show us on their first visit . After we convinced ourselves tbat we deserve this kind of confortt and protection we decided to invest in these high tech windows. After two weeks they came again and take a detailed measurements of all three windows. A month later they installed them without major problems.Since then, everyday we support our decision due to we had not a nice looking windows but all energy saver and safe.I just have a good things to say about this company...they have develop a high end product by doing a very professional research of our environment, needs, etc; but more important, setting up a team of professionals aligned to the company vision.

My parents are replacing their windows and doors, but when Krasiva came to make the replacement of the windows, they werent measured correctly. It was actually because the window company that put in the old ones (20 yrs ago) didnt do the job correctly, so Kraciva couldnt know that until they actually took out the old windows. We had 8 windows replaced by Krasiva Windows in 8 hours which has made our house quieter and cooler. Krasiva sent two young men who never stopped working, smiling, and answering questions by our neighbors as they installed our windows. They cleaned up after installing each window so there was no mess or sign that they replaced our windows. We were pleased with the product and the work.

We recently had all of the windows of our house and also the sliding glass door replaced by Krasiva Windows and Doors. I was so impressed by the installers and their work. They were very careful to protect the furniture and area surrounding each window. They worked quickly and carefully and cleaned up thoroughly after each installation. I was particularly thankful for the care they took with my piano and the area where my computer desk sat. They were well organized and completed the work in a relatively short time. March of 2012 my wife and I had all of our windows and outside doors replaced by Krasiva. The change was dramatic. The house was much quieter with a lot less air leaks. Utility bills went down.On Oct 2019, one of the patio glass door handle parts cracked and came loose. This door is used more than any other door in the house because3 dogs go in and out and we spend the most time in that part of our yard.I first talked to Ray at Krasiva on Nov 1st. She was amazingly pleasant and efficient. She immediately started a service order to get the handle replaced. Later that week she called to say that the parts would be covered and they were being sent. On Nov 8 Derrick notified me that the handle had been shipped to the store at no charge. Today, Nov 11th, he told us that the handle was in and we could pick it up. Less than 30 minutes after we got the part home I had it installed. The new handles fit and look great. Krasiva and their employees are fantastic! Awesome customer service.

From start to finish- the service was excellent! Mike, our salesman, was very open with us on all things that could be done and what costs would look like. He gave us very break we could hope for. The measurements were exact and the fit of the windows and doors was perfect. The installation particularly impressed us as they were the most dependable and punctual construction crew I have ever experienced. They said they would be at our home, ready to work at 8:00 am each morning, and they did just that. There was no window of time for arrival given- they did what they said they would do. Likewise with the care and attention to detail given to the staining of the doors. George is a true craftsman, and met every adjustment we asked of him. The quality of the products is exceptional! I cant say enough good things about my experience. From the sale Guy Gary to the installers it was very professional through the entire process. I want a huge fan for the time it took to get the window but it certainly was worth it. I had a very large window to replace and after at least 4 different companies they were the only ones that could do the window all in one piece. Derrick the project manager kept me right up to date with everything that was going to happen so there were no surprises. The installers were a great team of guys that were professional and you could tell they really liked their job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When I decided to remodel my home, windows were not a priority nor were they in my budget. Always open minded and looking down the rode to possibly replacing windows, I scheduled an appointment with Jerry. I also scheduled appointments with two other well known window replacement companies so I could makes comparisons. Jerry explained everything I needed to make an educated decision, Derrick was great to work with on the scheduling and customer service aspect, Kirk and the install team was prompt, courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I recently had a large kitchen window turned into a sliding glass door, and had the window over the kitchen sink replaced, the window over the front door and side panel replaced, and the two large front bedroom windows replaced. I was so pleased with the difference the windows made in the front bedrooms with noise and cold air, that I decided to have them replace the windows in my bedroom, so they will be coming back when the windows arrive. I have requested that the two men who did the work return to install my bedroom windows. They were professional and personable. Perry, my sales representative also stopped by to check everything out while the men were working. I appreciated the concern the company has that everything is done right. This was not a high pressure sales experience. He presented a quality product and educated us on its benefits.Ordering and Preparation - Final measurements, working with the HOA for approval and getting product to my residence when promised went smoothly. Derek and Stephanie provided timely communication and were always responsive to our inquiries.Installation - We cannot say enough good things about the Krasiva crew installing our new windows. Joe, Kirk and Gavin were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We felt they worked toward an installation that they would have completed in their own homes. They took their time and did things right. Everyone took time to answer my questions and explained how things worked when I didnt understand. Cleanup was like no one was ever there.Product - Now that we have had the 11 large windows (and 1 sliding door) in place for a few weeks, we can tell you that our expectations have been exceeded. We already had builder grade dual pane windows in the home and expected a slight decrease in heat transfer, but the Vision 2500 weather shield product has proven to be more of an improvement. Example – Our master bedroom has a large south facing window in an 8x8 foot alcove. It has always been hot. We had a thermal shade, heavy curtains and an A/C vent right there. With the new window, we have not installed the shade and I have had to partially close the A/C vent to keep the alcove comfortable for my wife (her desk is in this alcove). The curtains and furniture next to two large west facing windows were always warm to the touch. While our max temperatures have only hit 110+ a half dozen times, we have noticed that even in direct afternoon sun, the glass itself is cool to the touch. The new windows even block external noise more effectively.Overall, I would recommend this product and Krasiva to anyone (in fact I already have :-) ).

Great quality windows and doors! Work was done in a very professional manner. Workers were very courteous and we were happy that they cleaned up the area when done. This is our second home that we replaced all the windows and doors with this company. We have noticed a big difference in our heating and cooling. Highly recommend them!

We had all of our windows replaced by Krasiva Windows. Michael was the sales rep, who came out and demonstrated their product. We were so impressed with not just the windows but with Michael. We felt compelled to do business with them. On the install date it was raining and I was sure they would cancel. But they still showed up, and on time! Ready and willing to replace the windows. The installation team was superb. They took care and were patient. As I had two kids running around. One of which, who put their fingers in the silicone and touched all our furniture. They calmly and patiently fixed the silicone and instructed me on how to get the silicone off our furniture. They could have let me deal with fixing the silicone and the mess on my own. But they didnt. They went above and beyond. That is customer service at its finest! We have had our windows a few months now. And I can say, they have helped considerably this winter in keeping the heat in, and the cold out! They even help keep the sounds out! Were excited to see what the Az summers hold for us

Krasiva Windows & Doors installed 21 new windows and 5 new doors in our home, the work was all done in a professional manner and completed on time. All our concerns and questions were handled by Julie or the owner Greg. Each day a crew of six came to our home and worked as a team, 2 workers would remove the old window, 2 workers would come behind them and install the new window, the final 2 would follow and clean up. Everyday the only way you would know any work was done was the new window. Wayne and his crew cleaned everyday and left nothing, they completed 20 windows in 2 1/2 days, widow 21 was a little more difficult. Krasivas crew had to deal with a broken garden window, not something they normally replace, but they took care of the window and it is beautiful. After all the work was completed I called Jack, the recommended painter for the doors, he is also very professional and neat, when he came he matched paint and repainted the replacement stucco around the garden window, at no cost, all payed for by Krasiva Windows. The process was easy, clean and we are very happy with all of the work done. The new windows have reduced noise from outside and look great. I would highly recommend Krasiva Window and Doors. Greg, the owner, is hands on and checks the progress of the work. We havent been through a summer yet with our new windows but know our energy cost will show a savings.Great Company couldnt be happier!

Replacing all the windows in our home was a big deal for us. We were able to connect with Krasiva windows & doors, and it could not have been a more ideal decision, for us to have made. Perry gave us a very detailed explanation on the efficiency and making of the double paned windows. Living in the desert it was very important to us to get the efficiency factor. All of our windows were not a standard size, because of the age of our house, so it did take a little longer to custom make. But it was all worth it. All of the installers did a great job. Everyone was on time, didnt interfere with our goings on, and cleaned up afterwards...yay! Would highly recommend Krasiva!

We recently decided to replace the old original custom sized single-pane windows and 2 glass doors in our home (one standard sliding and one custom sized hinged door). My husband and I had started looking around at pricing with other companies, and during that time an agent with Krasiva came to our door. We are so glad for that bit of kismet.We scheduled to have someone come to our home and provide an estimate and show their product. After researching the company and speaking with agent who came to our home we quickly realized that Krasiva had the window product we were looking for, reasonable prices, and were highly recommended on their customer service as well, which is very important to us. Knowing they were also a local company, and had a window product that was specifically designed to handle Phoenix climate challenges was a major plus as well.We arranged to have them take the job in late November, and within a few days someone from Krasiva was at our home measuring for our specific window and door needs for their fabrication. By late January our windows and doors were fabricated, and we scheduled our installation for February. The crew that came to our home were very professional, friendly, fast and did a wonderful job. They arrived slightly before 8:00 am as scheduled, and were done a little after 2:00 pm, and that includes the cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, and re-installing of our existing blinds. There was even extra unplanned work when dealing with the one custom-sized door, as it was originally a poorly-done do-it-yourself job by the previous owner. The crew knew exactly what to do to deal with the problems encountered by that and have our new door installed correctly. I cant fully express how impressed I was with the crew doing the work.As for the product itself, we already have noticed an immediate and drastic decrease in noise from the streets in our home. Also, weve found that certain areas of our home that had previously felt drafty in the evenings and early mornings in winter were now just as warm as the rest of the house. Those same areas of our home become super-heated in the summer. With these new windows I cant wait to see how well those same areas will do in a couple months, let alone our power bill!

The windows are beautiful and efficient. I had five windows replaced, as well as two new windows constructed by Krasiva. The installers are the best; and the sales personnel pleasant and dedicated to the company.

We recently had a large window installed along with a 3 panel sliding glass door. We couldn’t be happier with the quality or the experience we had with everyone from the gentleman that came to show us the various options we had down to the installers and office staff. They have all been extremely communicative all through the process and the end result is gorgeous. We have neighbors coming by constantly and commenting on how nice the window looks (10 ft x 5 ft on the front of out house facing the street). They have all been very professional in their dealings with me.Now since the windows have been installed, the first thing I have noticed is that its much quieter from outside noises than what it was before. We are more that pleased with our Krasiva Windows, installed March 2018. We moved to Arizona in Jan. 2017, so last year was our first summer in our 40 year old home. The heat inside was terrible, so we kept blinds closed and bought block-out curtains. Since the Krasiva install, we can keep the blinds open. We havent put up the block-out curtains and probably wont. I can stand in front of our windows in full sunlight, without feeling any heat. I love letting the light in but not the heat. Thank you John Peterson for ringing our doorbell to give us the demo that has turned our house, into our home.

1st rate company! Could not be anymore pleased than I am. Education on Windows really amazed me and the closest relationship I had with a window was to clean it. Now I literally think differently. John, my representative,was very thorough and no hard sales pitch . I choose Krisiva for the quality and excellent cutomer service. The installers left my home as they found it and the windows are beautiful. Cant wait to complete all my windows.

I saw their ratings so I wanted them to work on my house. They will only quote you if you have BOTH spouses at the appointment which is impossible for me since my wife cannot make the hours from 9a-8p. Then they said they could do it on weekends if she cant do weeknights/days. From my experience only hard sales pitches requires you to do this. They make it sound like they have to do this because of they are a licensed contractor, dont be fooled. Its not a requirement or law. I understand if thats their policy, and they have a choice to do this, I dont want to be a part of this type of hard ball sales scheme. I am only rating them 3 stars because I have not seen or experienced their work, but I believe part of ratings should reflect the soft skills of a company not just the project itself.

I had 14 new windows replaced in my home last week by KRASIVA WINDOWS & DOORS. The 6 man crew was fantastic!! They went right to work and did the most wonderful job, this crew knows what teamwork is all about. They removed all my shutters, replaced the windows and put the shutters back up.I never realized what a process it is to replace windows. The crew was on time, cleaned and vacuumed each area and even washed the windows inside and out, which I did not expect.My 2 cats were very curious as to what was going on and had to be right in the middle of things, the guys were very nice to the cats.I have been telling everyone about the wonderful experience I had with this company and would be pleased to recommend them to everyone.This company really comes through with flying colors.Carol Ameline ~ Sun City West

Krasiva Windows & Doors recently installed our windows. No problems. we are satisfied.

After being prompted by a random street walker, I agreed to have someone come out to give an estimate for windows as I was in the market anyways. After several calls to make sure that BOTH my wife and I were going to be there, we established a date and time for the estimate. Initially I was told that we both needed to be there to ensure that no decisions were made without the significant other also liking the product etc. Right.On the date of the estimate two guys showed up: Trainer/Salesman and trainee. First, the trainer totally removed himself from group conversations to face directly and speak to the trainee. Way too much on the job training. Arent you here to waste MY time? Secondly, the reason why the company was so in need of my wife to be there is so that the trainer/salesman could use his used car salesman techniques on her. During our consult, this guy started explaining how complicated a job like this is as he listed the countless tools by name to my wife. It was absolutely aparant to both my wife and I that the salesman was attempting to quickly overwhelm my wife with information. However, she knows the difference between single pane and double pane and a cat claw and crowbar...because the salesman made no attempt to explain the difference or what the tools were for or why we would need to reframe....his only effort was in creating an atmosphere of uncertainty...then lets make a deal.Originally, we allowed the consult because over the phone we were told we lived in a new area where the company could use some homes as marketing tools with a significant discount given to us. After waiting for the salesman to deliver his pitch (and train his trainee) I asked about the deal because he certainly was not going to bring it up. Alas, in order to be part of the deal we would need to spend a bit longer discussing types of windows and, and, and, and....ever sat through a timeshare presentation to get that gift card or free trip? Well, this was that only with less information given, no products shown, no measurements taken, and the tactics of a used car salesman. No offense to used car salesman...you can at least see the product they have to offer.I have no doubt they have excellent windows and do fine work based on the info from their website. I just expect more from the person sent by the company I am supposed to make a deal with when spending 10-20,000$.
