K&J Windows replaced all of the windows, 2 french doors, and even turned a 12’ window in my living room into a sliding door, in my 1979 built brick house. From the outset they were great. Tony came to do the quote and was knowledgeable and able to suggest the right windows and doors for me. They sent out a gentleman — who’s name I forget — to do the measurements, and he was also able to discuss the placement of the slider and french doors. Although the install itself was delayed because of supply chain issues, the office always kept me well informed and worked with me to find good dates. Finally, when Dennis and his crew came out to do the install I was blown away by the speed of their work. They really worked well together, and the quality is just great. They were courteous and professional at all times. And they did a great job of cleaning up as they went, making sure that dust in the house was kept to a minimum. If I ever have a need to install windows and doors again, I’ll definitely be using K&J again.

We got quotes from 4 places including K&J. Cody came out and right off the bat I knew this was going to be different. The sales people from Window World, Anderson, etc. were like used car salesmen with uncomfortable urgency and aggressive sales pitches. Cody with K&J is obviously an expert with windows and doors, and he was patient and detailed in generating the quote for exactly the windows and doors we wanted. We had many questions and changes and Cody was patient and knowledgeable with his responses and advice.While other companys quotes looked like scribbles on a pre-printed form, the K&J quote had every window and door clearly described and pictured to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The Milgard windows are very high quality and we already notice an improvement in heat, noise, and energy efficiency. Final project price was thousands of dollars cheaper than the other companies.Installation took place on the promised time and date. Installers were respectful and professional and completed the work with good attention to detail, the windows were installed properly with every trim piece and caulk seam perfectly applied.Thank you K&J! The installation was fantastic! I am very happy with windows, they were just installed today! I must say that I was told the window install would happen within 10 weeks, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN!!! Yes they were installed almost 8 weeks after the original wait time !! I am not impressed with k&j because their only excuse was that it was manufacturer delays! The will not get the chance to do the other half of my house! My contract was with K& J, and all they did was blame on the manufacturer. BEWARE!

K&J did a fabulous job updating our windows. The windows themselves were the Amsco middle range product, that we chose based on budget and quality - they are great. Clean lines, work well, beautiful design. I was concerned it would make the house darker because they have built in heat and light reflecting, but it made no change in the amount of light coming in, and actually made it brighter because we do not have to use sunscreens anymore. The installers were extremely professional, had over 10 years of experience in the industry, were on time every day, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and did a fabulous job. We are thrilled with the change in our home after the windows were installed. Its like a new house! From initially working with the salesman (Tony), to the follow up questions and changes we made, to the installation, and follow up afterward, it was an incredibly smooth experience. And they quickly responded to my questions and changes I wanted to make from our initial bid. I would HIGHLY recommend K&J, I found them using on online search because I wanted to use a local small business, and am so glad I found them!Before and after pictures below. We had several window companies give us a quote, ranging from salesperson telling me about how bad their competition is to being quoted a product that was not a fit for our home, and then finally K & J talking about their company, what they do for their clients, not telling me about what their competition does wrong, and then offering a product (Simonton DayLight Max) that matched our project expectations. To help us with the final decision, we visited their showroom which was helpful in our decision process. After accepting the bid to do our windows, a date was set for the installation and they were right on time. The team that installed the windows was great, answered all our questions about the installation process, kept everything clean, and we felt took their time providing a solid installation. There was 1 piece of glass that had a few scratches from the manufacturer but they quickly ordered a replacement. I hated the thought about having to go through this process of getting new windows but it needed to be done to replace my 20+ year old windows and K&J was an excellent company and made the overall experience much better than we thought it would be.

From the first visit with Tony to the estimate and all the way through installation, this was an excellent experience. I appreciate how my wife was treated in my absence from the sales walk-through (not sure if that matters to folks anymore, but it does to me!) and Tony was a total pro. We had three estimates and this was not the least expensive, but we felt it was the fairest and we came away feeling we could trust K & J. They did not disappoint, and installed 10 premium windows in 7 hours, and again, the installation team was efficient and kind to my family while at our house. These windows look great and function beyond our expectations, as the hotspot bedrooms are noticeably cooler already!

Great company. easy to work with and they did exactly what they promised. Jose and his crew were terrific. They left everything cleaner than it was when they came in. They even helped me retrieve my puppy a couple of times,. It wasnt their fault that he was loose. I definitely recommend them.

I have done a lot of remodels for myself as well as fix and flips. K&J did a great job. Our sales rep (Cody) was great. Somethings took a bit of time on the estimates, but everyone is busy right now and we had some custom products we wanted bid so I get it. Good pricing, great products, and their installers were awesome...on time, did a quality job, were super professional and cleaned up after the job. I recently finished getting new windows installed from K&J. They were one of a number of different companies I contacted and who visited my home. Right out of the gate, I found K&J’s sales representative, Cody, to be honest, very competent, and understanding of my needs and budget.I have to admit I was a little concerned because K&J’s rate was MUCH better than some of the other offers I received. They were around $8K less than the top bidder for my install. However, every interaction I had with their company was beyond stellar. The two gentlemen who showed up to finally install my windows were the icing on the cake. They were extremely professional, respectful of my property, and clean. They finished the job in record time, with exceptional quality, and left me with beautiful new windows that keep both the heat and sound out.Well done to the entire team at K&J!

Great company. Zero pressure sales staff helped me to figure out the best options for my house. The price was reasonable and installation was fast. When the installer checked the windows, he found one that had a minor flaw from the manufacturer. He ordered a replacement and came out and installed it. Great service from every person I dealt with at this company.

Fantastic from start to finish! Tony came and brought samples with him and went over the different price levels and there was no hard sell. We chose what we were interested in and he gave us a bid based on that and the prices were much lower than we expected. There was no trying to talk us up to the next price level. The installers Solo, Carlos and Larry, led by Nick were great, they covered everything and cleaned up after they were done and left the house looking better than when they came. Nick thoroughly showed and explained all the features of the windows and made sure we understood everything before he left. They definitely deserve the great reviews they have, we highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience from the first contact to the last! From the time Cody came out for the estimate to the final install by Nick and his crew, everything was handled professionally and kindly.Cody helped me with the information I needed to get the new windows approved by my HOA. It took a crazy amount of time (due to the HOA approval process, NOT K & J!), but Cody kept in touch, making sure I had everything I needed, answering HOA questions, etc.Upon approval, a final measurement was scheduled and that went off without a hitch. Installation was scheduled, and I received a reminder call the day before. Nick and his crew (Carlos, Scott, Solo(?)) arrived on time and were ready to work. Taking time to ensure my property was protected, helping me move furniture I couldnt move on my own, etc. They went to work and didnt stop until the job was complete. They cleaned up, and removed all the debris. They were respectful of my property and my neighbors.I could not recommend them more!

I called K&J window because of all the wonderful reviews on Google. They scheduled Tony to come out to my residence to show me the available products they offer. Tony was nice and courteous, and had told me that he would email an estimate in one or two days. On the third day I called K&J windows to see if my estimate was ready, and Tony let me know that he would send the estimate that night via email. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the estimate as promised. I’ve received a couple of quotes for other window companies on the same day or next. My question to the owners of K&J windows is If i can’t get an estime after you come to my house, how can I choose your company to replace my windows?

Fair prices. Awesome service. Friendly, knowledgeable installers. Will hire them again soon to replace bad windows & doors installed by a general contractor who chose to abandoned us in the middle of our room addition job.

Everything about the experience was out of a how to run a successful business manual. People on the phone were great. People who sold the product were great. The installers were great. Everyone knew what to do, how to do it, and how to treat the customer with great respect. Smooth operation from beginning to end. How did I get so lucky!

I cannot put enough emphasis on how very pleased we are with K & J Windows. We do our homework and had multiple companies show us their products and give us estimates. The salesperson Tony was not high pressure and very informative. The office staff was consistently friendly and helpful. To top it off we had the greatest crew of installers that weve ever dealt with! Mike, Nick and AJ were polite, professional, respectful of our home and belongings by making sure there were drop cloths on the floor and plastic covering furniture, and did not leave the job until they knew we were 100% satisfied. The product we went with has an excellent warranty and K & J says they stand behind their work. I have no doubt that is true. PS I didnt even want to get new windows, it was my husbands idea and now that they are in, I have no regrets. The noise reduction alone is worth every penny.

They were great! Tony was not into the hard sell at all and got us what we wanted: affordable windows that would make our home more energy efficient. He did not try to needlessly upgrade us and when we made changes to the contract - twice - he accommodated us without issue. He answered all questions. Likewise for the installation crew. They brought extra people to make sure they were finished in a day. All of the crew members were friendly and hardworking. Also, a small trim piece was missing from the order so they did not take final payment of the balance due until everything was fully installed and finished a few days later. I highly recommend this company!

My wife and I had some major remodeling done in our back yard and had been thinking about some new windows on the back elevation only. As we considered this more we decided to get estimates for the entire house.We met with several window companies for estimates and options. With met with Tony L. and were very pleased with his expertise and patience with us ;) I think we went through 5 or 6 variations which changed the proposal each time. Tony was very accommodating and we made the decision to move forward with a whole house window replacement.Final measurements were taken before the order was placed and we were given an install date. There were a few times I needed to call the office and Jessica was very helpful and answered all our questions. Our window installation began the EXACT DAY & TIME it was scheduled (we are painting contractors and know how difficult scheduling is so this was very impressive for us).They told us it would take 3 days to complete. It took 2 3/4 days. Zeb and his crew did a fantastic job. The windows look great and installation went extremely well. Window replacements arent inexpensive. But we are very happy we took this step as we plan on staying on our home for a very long time.I would give my highest recommendation to K&J Windows for their sales, service, and install teams.

I cant pay enough wonderful kudos to K&J Windows. I recently had fiberglass front entry doors installed. There were some challenges to the installation. Cody came out to inspect the job and assured me the doors and hardware would be installed to my satisfaction. Cody went above and beyond to find a transition piece from my tile to the threshold, resolve a deadbolt issue, and insure that the doors were installed to perfection. Chris and crew installed the doors beautifully and were fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend K&J Windows. Their commitment to excellence and customer service is unmatched.

I contracted with K&J to put in replacement windows two years ago, and just had them put in another one. They are great at recommending the best window for the location but also giving me options. I referred my neighbors to them, and my neighbors loved their service, too. Theyre on time, they clean up after themselves, and they are very friendly. Their pricing is excellent, but even if they were a bit higher than the competition, theyd be worth it for the service and follow through. You cant go wrong with K&J.

Our front door is gorgeous and well made. Our only complaint is the finishers of the door. They only offer small samples on their website of colors and stains. Very hard to pic a proper color off a 1 inch square on your computer screen. When the door came completely the wrong color of what was expected K& J informed me that the company that stained it would not work w me to darken the door and basically I was stuck w it as is. I think that is incredibly bad business. If the customer is always right and the customer is not happy w the color then the finishers should come out and simply darken it. Especially after spending thousands of dollars with K&J and purchasing 3 doors from them a little darkened stain does not seem to be too much to ask. I was told my K& J they would no longer be using this particular company to stain their doors. I have not called to confirm this w K&J but it seems a high price to lose a contract just because u won’t darken a stain for a customer. K&J will work hard for you just make sure you see larger samples of colors and styles before you approve.

Great customer service! They were patient allowing me time to consider all of my options and answering ALL of my many questions before making my final decision. The installation went very smoothly, too. Im very happy with the results!

Told install would be done 8 - 10 weeks. That got pushed out two more times. Finally, product arrives and one window was mismeasured. New window will take another THREE MONTHS before it can be installed. All the while, its someone elses fault. Never responded to recent emails or phone calls. Youre lead to believe install crews work for them, but they subcontract out. Be sure and get ROC numbers for the install crews, too. I can almost guarantee if any of these windows and doors start leaking, the blame game starts with its the window manufacturers problem. What I wouldnt give for a trade company to actually step up and say, Yep, we messed up....heres how we can make it right. This is not that company.

K&J replaced all of the windows in both my house and my brothers house. They were flexible and willing to work with me to make sure we got options in my budget. Im very glad with how the windows turned out, they look beautiful and are keeping my house noticeably cooler during the hot summer days. I was sent Cody with K&J Windows information by a friend. I have an old 1930s home, so was looking for a very specific look, but was on a tight budget for what I wanted. I was also on a relatively tight timeline. Cody worked with my budget, timeline and preferences and presented me with numerous options to pick and choose from. We added and subtracted multiple times to get things down to what I could afford, while still being very happy with the aesthetic. Not only did they do everything they said they would when they said they would, but they installed my windows 2 weeks early (never happens in construction) when they had a couple install appointments cancel and extra time open up. My experience with this company and Cody in particular was amazing, and will be going to them for all my window needs in the future!

My wife and I received two quotes from two different companies, K&J being one. Here is why we went with K&J:1. We appreciated the transparency of the salesman (David). I did research on the windows he recommended and people had good things to say, which further verified his suggestions. He knew we were on a budget and still made sure we received quality product. When I requested a Change and to receive a new quote, he was right on top of it.2. The quote from the other company was significantly higher (around $1600). After comparing apples to apples and the quotes side by side, I could see what the competitor was doing to charge many unnecessary fees for the same amount of product and work.3. K&J DOES NOT CHARGE A CLEAN UP FEE! Make sure you watch for this, as it isn’t a cheap fee. It let me know that they weren’t trying to nickel and dime my family. The competitor required $125 for a clean up fee.4. They moved our install date up as soon as they had an opening.5. This was the most important thing to me. My wife was home with our two young children when the installers came. I received a text stating how polite they were, and friendly to my family. They cleaned up as they went, and even installed the master bedroom window first, so that she would have a private place to be with our newborn. They were sensitive to the fact that young children were present and gave reminders to the young man working with them, not to leave any chemicals where my child could reach them.I know this is long, but I hope it is of significant help as you make your decision. We will easily recommend K&J in the future as well as consult them when we are ready to replace our doors.

We went through windows and door options and he send me a proper quotation promptly. After looking at other companies that offer the same product. ( I opted for the Daylight Max from Simonton windows )But I really chose K&J Windows for their high rating and customer satisfaction. Price were competitive within $100.The day before the office called me to confirm morning installation. The crew arrived even early and completed the whole process of 5 windows within 4 hours. They were professional, polite and courteous. Windows were washed and they vacuum before they leave.I highly recommend these people, time will tell now how good are my new Simonton windows but I sincerely believe I can count on K&J windows in the future

Cody, the guy who came to give me my estimate, was knowledgeable and friendly without pressuring me to sign any contract or overcharge me for every little thing. Our experience with K&J in putting in a kitchen picture window (2 corner windows) was near perfect! Salesman Tony carried himself well and came for a 2nd visit to answer questions my wife had. Each of the scheduled times by him and the installers was fulfilled as expected. The Simonton windows they put in the kitchen are awesome and my very detail-minded wife loves them! Installation crew was fast, professional and courteous. FYI - Simonton Windows (manufacturer) is very highly rated with a double lifetime warranty - the best in the business as far as I could tell. All this with the total cost a good deal less than Anderson or Pella (and with a better warranty)! Very highly recommended.

Disappointed with customer service! I called made appointment a few days before appointment they call and cancelled. They didnt even attemp to change it to a later time! As a business owner we always we go above and beyond to make it happeed. Take your business elsewhere.

They will do anything to make a buck, including paying off customers that leave anything less than a 5 star review and firing terminally ill employees that actually have morals.

They DO NOT REPAIR WINDOWS. I SEARCHED FOR HOME WINDOW REPAIR AND THEY HAVE PAID TO BE LISTED ALTHOUGH THEY DO NOT REPAIR WINDOWS.THEY SEND YOU TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO THEY CHOOSE.
