Website and door Says they are open on Saturday till 2pm. Show room is closed due to Covid. Called 5 times before 11am to pick up a shower seal. No answer. No voicemail. I was out front and saw two cars parked. I knocked and knocked. No answer. Guess I will give my money to Amazon.

Trust the bad reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Mistake after mistake with this company. The shower doors we received look great, that is when all the parts are there. It was missing the door handles, instructions and hardware. So those got reordered and sent out. Over two weeks later the parts came in. Correct box and all, but incorrect color for the door handles. Now to wait probably another 2 weeks. Hopefully they send the right part this time.Update: 3rd time, WRONG COLOR SENT. Now its darker than the original. How incompetent are these people?! This is 100% unprofessional. Not to mention they keep giving excuses.

I have always enjoyed working with the folks here for my homes and my rental properties. I recently remodeled another home and need to finish it off with shower doors. Stopped by the showroom, which was closed, blaming COVID. A very unfriendly woman instructed me to submit a request online. So I did that, fighting through poor resolution photos and lack of detail shots. The response from ASD was “go to a dealer”. If they are no longer selling to the public, they need to remove signage from their showroom. With the tone of communication from this group this week, I will go to a dealer, pay more, and make certain I’m NOT buying a hometown product.

Arizona Shower Doors, let me know that they dont need my business. A change in quote / price was not revealed with a change order. When they arrived to install they insisted on payment for 2 doors. When we called to discuss it we were told we were trying to avoid payment rather than an ability to discuss the issue and come to a resolution.We simply requested the door that was not installed was given to us. A phone call where a company tells you they dont want your business says everything about a company.

Unbelievable!! This company has come out 5 times and cant seem to get it right. They measured incorrectly the first time so brought glass that didnt fit. I waited weeks for a replacement. Came out again and brought glass that was bowed and didnt close right at the bottom, didnt install proper gaskets in door hinges so water leaked out there and at the side where the glass was bowed. Then they claimed it was someone elses fault. The person I spoke with was rude as heck. They came back AGAIN today, and AGAIN brought the wrong size shower door. I am so ticked off. This job started in early March. It is now October 1st. This has been a terrible company to deal with!! If I had it to do over again I would never ever use their services!!

Fantastic company! They installed a custom frame-less shower door and panels for a Master Bathroom and did such I good job I had them come back and install a new heavy duty exposed barn door slider door in our hall bath. I purchased a shower door from this company 1.5 year’s ago and last evening I was sliding the door open to step into my shower and the glass door shattered and came crashing down on top of me. I had cuts all over my arms and legs and glass shards stuck in my skin and hair. If I could give 0 I would! I didn’t even get an apology of any sort! The company said it was my fault that I must have done something because that doesn’t happen. They offered to price me replacement parts. I refused and the shower door will be removed completely from my home today.

The showroom is nice but the representative that assisted us was not very friendly or excited to assist us. We provided measurements but they advised they had to do their own. They advised 3-4 days to make the door and could install in 7 days. They took longer than promised.They came out and measured. They were to install Friday after Thanksgiving. We removed the existing shower doors. They came to install but had cut the glass incorrectly. So much for their measurements!. They have to redoI had scheduled pictures of the home as we are selling the home. I had to cancel the pictures. We are now delayed in putting the home up and cant use the shower until they come out. No apologies. It appears they dont care how much they inconvenienced us. I wont use them again or recommend them!

Were remodeling our bathrooms and need to replace our walk-in shower enclosure in one of our 2 bathrooms. Our contractor recommended AZ Shower Door Co. & we trust his judgment. However, even so, as I always do, I read reviews about an organization. We were hesitant to make the drive to Phx based on some of the reviews, yet in my heart, I also knew we couldnt base everything on reviews. So, we made the drive down to the showroom and were greeted by Abraham. We explained what we were looking for and he showed us their various products, explaining the pros and cons of each for our specific shower configuration. This offered a sense of relief from what has been a somewhat stressful process.There are various things that goes into the customer and employee interaction. Im thankful we chose not to judge AZ Shower Door based solely on reviews. Called today, a couple of minutes before 5pm. All that I wanted was to have measurements taken for a glass door in my shower. Woman that answered said were closed, you can call tomorrow. Well, obviously their business must be booming, as clearly they dont mind losing a job due to their laziness. The call would have taken about 3 minutes. If youre closed (regardless of it being before your stated hours) how about you DONT ANSWER YOUR PHONE.

So i went to Arizona Shower Door Co to get a replacement shower door wheel. Sadly, they only have replacement parts for their brands, and only the new models. OK, understandable. I asked if they knew where I might find such a standard part. Nope.Feeling at a loss, I tried googling it (not expecting to find this specific part). #1 on the list was ACE Hardware - part number and everything, and its in stock. So I went and got it - perfect replacement part. I just wish Arizona Shower Door Co had the industry knowledge to suggest Ace in the first place.

Called for estimate, was to told bring measurements to their showroom or email information, REALLY!!!! You have to come out to verify info anyway, I do not need to drive 50 miles to your showroom. Clear glass, saloon style doors, brushed nickle finish on hardware what is so hard to understand. WHERE IS NEED TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO YOUR SHOWROOM TO POINT AND SAY THAT ONE......unbelievable.

I stopped to get a shower door sweep and the guy that helped me was nice. But they only have parts for doors that they make. When the sales person asked the other sales person if he knew where to get the parts his reply was never did. Really, never did? You sell shower doors and have no idea about any other doors or parts? If he doesnt know about his competition, how does he know why his doors are better? He doesnt, is the answer which means hes not well informed about why you should buy their products. When it comes time to buy a new door for our other bathroom, Ill look elsewhere.

My business works with Arizona Shower Door between 10-20 times a month with various door sales and installations. It can be a complex situation coordinating between customers and other contractors. At the end of the day this company delivers a quality product and they stand behind it if they make a mistake. I will continue to highly recommend their product and service. I do not recommend Arizona Shower Door. I took off work to meet the estimator, who treated me with such a disgusting level of disrespect it was extremely inappropriate. He was incredibly rude, disrespectful and VERY, VERY, VERY unprofessional. He spoke to me like I was 3 years old and attempted to argue with me on every word. I felt overly uncomfortable with him in my home, luckily my son was present and witness this unprofessionalism first hand. Avoid this company at all costs. Their YELP review is horrific. I will be filing a complaint with the AZ Contractor office and the state Attny General.

I was referred to ASD from Lowes. Very unprofessional company, VERY unprofessional estimator. I took time off work to meet the estimator at my home to take measurements. The estimator started with the first shower, then we proceeded to the 2nd shower. He was not able to accommodate my needs for the 2nd shower so I told him to skip it, I would find anther company to fulfill my needs for that shower. He got super authoritative with me, almost cursing me out for what I wanted to do in this 2nd shower like I was doing something illegal putting the shower door on the floor instead of the curb. He became very rude, even more unprofessional and condescending to me. We proceeded to the 3rd shower, he again was very condescending as the shower was not fully complete, but I told him I would like a rough estimate on the price so I would know if this companies pricing was competitive. He spoke to me like I was a 2 year old in trouble. Very rude and obnoxious. 2 weeks later, I still dont have my quote. Called Lowes to get it and ASD said they didnt want to do business with me. Fine by me, I just wanted the pricing to see if my other quotes are in line, but if their ego is so big that they can tell people I dont want your business, then more power to them. After reading the reviews on YELP, I can totally see now that this is a trend. Maybe they just dont want to cut their profit when dealing with Lowes customers so they make it all about the customer being difficult so they can get out of selling at a discount. Nevertheless, I do NOT recommend ASD at all. If this were the only shower door company on the planet, I would chose an ugly shower curtain over giving them my hard earned money. However, there are a ton of options in this space, and other companies are just pining for your business and will treat you with the respect and dignity you deserve as a customer. I have also wrote a letter to Lowes corporate, the AZ Contractor licensing Dept and the AZ Attny General. No one should be treated with the disrespect they dish out.

Nice showroom and selection. Installation is within a week and reasonably priced. A few hiccups in the process but most were resolved.

Called them to get a piece of glass for my newly remodeled shower. The piece of glass was 8 tall and 6 wide. This should be no problem for a glass shop that is named Arizona Shower Door. First I was told that they would only do the glass in 3/8. I insisted that they do it in 1/2 due to the size. They finally agree. After 3 more phone calls they said they wouldnt commit that much man power to delivering and installing my new glass wall. I was told that new piece of glass was going to weigh over 400 pounds and they would not commit 4 men to install.. Crazy that they didnt want a 1800.00 sale. Guess they have too much money.

Awful experience. Been shopping for a while.... knew exactly what we wanted. The gentleman there did not want to help from the beginning, was rude and when he found out that we had a contractor, wanted nothing to do with us. Even if our contractor was involved in this scope of the project, which he is not, we are still a customer inquiring about products. This company does not care about customers..... seems like they only care about contractors.

I had the most amazing experience this week with Arizona Shower Door. The negative reviews scared me, but knowing that our homes previous owners had used Arizona Shower Door, I knew the best route was to bite the bullet and give them a call to repair my shower door. Not only was everyone from the office staff to the installers friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, but my door was picked up, repaired, and re-installed in less than 24 hours. I couldnt be more pleased!

They came and measured and then the person who came decided we weren’t interested so the measurements weren’t posted to our Lowe’s account. Fact: we never said we weren’t interested far from it! And we weren’t given anything to sign about their visit to say we decline their service. So what ended up happening was they had to come out again to measure which was a lot of wasted time. Then I called to enquire what the status was and the perdón in the phone hangs up on me! Then after getting them to come again to measure for the shower door were told they won’t install the shower door because I complained about trip one! In other words, I’m the punished one for getting angry and complaining of their mistake! These people think they’re doing is the customers a favor. They really should require their driver to sign their response to the trip and give us a receipt of their visit. This would have avoided them coming out to measure twice. This was their boo boonot ours. As long as they blame customers for theirmistakes they’ll be getting more complaints. The hanging up on me was very unprofessional.

I was very surprised to read the negative reviews. I talked with the Denver office and the support was fantastic. Sissy, in the office, got back to me right away with a resolution. Jason, the driver who delivered my order, was timely and polite. I strongly recommend this company.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. The closure mechanism that was installed on our door fell off before we even used the shower. Easy -- schedule someone to come out and fix it, 10 minutes later, done, right? Nope. They made a simple situation an absolutely nightmare. Back and forth thru emails so Id have a tracking of our conversations, and they actually threatened to void our warranty AND pursue us for collections on an account that theyd already been provided our credit card number for payment! We used them because our contractor referred them -- but based on the online reviews Id read, we should have gone with another company.

Unprofessional. May be suitable for the do it yourself homeowner, but probably not; for their price points, the average customer better suited at a Lowes or Home Depot. They have Nothing high end and are not familiar with custom work at all, according to their telephone representatives. They want you to come to their showroom, they do not send anyone to you to estimate in your home, wont quote over the phone or do much of anything over the phone. Go someplace else. One wonders how some businesses stay in business.

Dudes in the office are completely useless. Needed to get two enclosures on a Friday that were ordered a week ago and ready for pickup. Will call closed 2 hours earlier than the office. Had to cancel and find an alternative even though the doors were easily available.

I am a glass company been in business for ten years and i have never dealt with worse customer service or quality of product. The last 4 showers i have ordered through them have had problems. Wrong size or scratches. And they tell me its not there fault or that they cant do anything for me. I strongly recommend looking somewhere else!

Installers for Casa Grande area were Absolutely Horrible. Rude, Loud, Condescending, and refused to resolve my $5,000.00 investment in leaky custom frameless shower doors.Ironically, or not, their sales rep was the polar opposite. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable.

Worst experience so far as job not done yet. Wrong size glass and so it couldnt be installed. The horribly smelly installer was taking apart and dropped glass shattering all over bathroom. They dont even call me, I had to call them and when manager John gets on phone he doesnt apologize, he only says Im aware it. Highly recommend going elsewhere and also dont use Sears for remodel either.....they are worse.

Had to call their main office in Arizona to find out why their rep never called me to take measurements for the shower door installations. Was told their guy called several times and leeft messages. No messages were ever left on my phones. Do they know what customer service and follo-up is?????
