Awesome all around scuba shop. Customer service is excellent. I have purchased quality gear at their shop, anything they didn’t carry they helped me to order, and their pool refresher coarse was super helpful after not diving for 5 years plus. Since then I have logged more 50 dives around the world and still recommend this shop to everyone.

My husband and I are new to diving and we found this shop because our shop did not do trips to San Carlos. We absolutely love the owner and staff. Everyone is very welcoming and patient. Even though they weren’t certifying us on anything this trip, they taught us so much. I highly recommend this shop.
Just returned from a dive trip to San Carlos with Deep Sea Scuba. What a fantastic experience. Dave,Michelle and all of the Deep Sea staff were excellent. Couldn’t have felt more welcomed and safe on our 7 dives. I highly recommend them for all things scuba diving whether you want training, equipment, supplies or repairs/service.
I have known these people for 6 years since my son was first certified at 11 years old. I dont trust anyone else in the Valley with my certifications and my gear. My son is now a rescue certified diver through Deep Sea Scuba and his training has been impeccable. The shop is well stocked with all the latest gear, its clean and tidy and the training by David and the staff is first rate. Their new pool is a great addition and is open for swim lessons. Veteran owned.
Direct and to the point service, personable and professional staff, the Proprietor will go out of his way to take care of you and see you leave happy, I visit regularly for this reason!I have never had an issue, or been lied too, when they tell me my tanks are ready, They are Ready! Have had the valves on my tanks rebuilt, and sometimes was only charged for parts, the owner and staff are outstanding individuals with great customer focus!Thank you David, and to all of your staff!
This shop is wonderful. I went in to ask about a class my husband and I were interested in. What I thought would be a quick in and out, turned into a two hour adventure of conversation and a tour of the facility. My husband and I returned later on that day to drop off gear for servicing and we were greeted with open arms (I just met these people!!) and were even invited to stay a while after closing to observe a Nitrox class and encouraged to ask questions.They will not sell you equipment you don’t need. Seriously, I had a conversation with Michelle on Saturday saying I want this computer. She said no, like hard no and here’s why. Get this one, it’s all the computer you need. And substantially less expensive.The dive masters are the best. As far as I know, they’re all Veterans. They treat you with dignity even when you ask a foolish question. They take their craft very seriously and want everyone to enjoy this wonderful adventure.I have been to several dive shops in town. Some are very businesslike, some are very clique-y… This one is a family.Plus, sometimes there’s dogs!!
First class dive shop who you can trust. Their instructors are top notch, their products are top of the line and isn’t marked up. They will go out of their way to make sure everything is right!!
Best dive shop in town. Went out of there way to get my certs done by my deadline. From the class room to the lake the professionalism was top notch. Instructors really know there stuff. They were able to answer every question I had and also made sure we had fun. I highly recommend this shop.
My grandson got his scuba certification through Deep Sea Scuba. The instructors and staff is very personable and knowledgeable and very patient! Their gear is top of the line and lots to choose from.
These guys are amazing! I cant say enough about them. When I walk I here, they never try to sell me anything and offer the best advice! You feel reassured that you are getting the best scuba equipment andatraining in the industry! I would highly recommend these guys!

David Sexton cares about providing quality. Great service and when you have any questions, talk to him because he knows so much about scuba diving. Hes has multiple certification and will make sure the job is done right. Ive taken many corse with Dave and what I notice is he goes above and beyond what expected. I recommend servicing your equipment with Dave because he pays attention to detail.
We brought our regulators here to be serviced in late March. We wanted them for a dive trip in early May. We called repeatedly and never got a response. We left messages, spoke with the owner and they never followed up. Yesterday, we called once again and the person said theyd call back in a few hours, no call back. Today my husband drove across the valley to get our stuff back, we no longer have any trust or confidence in these people. They couldnt find my husbands reg and had no idea if mine was ever worked on.Poor service, poor follow through and overall diaster.We live in Surprise but chose to go to this place because they live in our neighborhood, are a family run business and are vetrans; these factors make it so much worse.
Great group of people, really enjoyed my open water dives with them, looking forward to joining them on some trips!
Deep Sea Scuba wouldnt honor my quoted price ($399) based on what the owner and dive instructor quoted me over the phone. The secretary that called me back to schedule my appointment and said it would be double since THEY didnt have more people to make it a group. Which isnt my problem, since Im not scheduling groups, just myself. I would not recommend this place at all. They are never there to answer questions and seem to always want to call you back due to responsabilities and emergencies away from the business. Avoid this place
I had great service from this shop and very good prices. I think if someone has a problem with arriving and the shop is not open, maybe one should call first?
Cant recommend this company for scuba service. Lied about having service of scuba gear underway but in fact had done no work even after having the equipment for 18 days. Go somewhere else for service.
Excellent service. If you want no nonsense service this is where you go.
Ive tried to visit them repeatedly during their business hours as posted online and on their door. Every time the doors are locked and no one is around. Dont waist your time making the drive as they never seem to be open.
