Ive had some good experiences with this kind of shaved ice in the past and truly was looking to recreate it. I had high hopes for this location, looking at it online. In person, it turned out a bit different.For starters, the interior of the store is not open. This requires you to order online and then wait for the order outside. I suppose with enough time in advance, the wait may not be too much, but for us, it was long. This was because we didnt know about the pre-order requirement.Of course, once it comes, you have to find a place to eat it, because its not likely youre going to take these sticky, sweet messes into your car to eat somewhere else. They probably wouldnt survive.This meant we found ourselves parked on the benches outside the store devouring our snacks. Maybe at some point the store will open and you can enjoy them inside with the artwork that adorns the walls, but for now, no.The Snoh itself was mostly what I had expected and wanted, with a few exceptions. I had not had it with most of the add-in ingredients available here. For example, mine involved Fruity Pebbles and Custard. It was an interesting combination, but I also felt that without the add-ins, the Snoh would have been pretty plain. Almost flavorless - even though mine was supposed to be Pistachio.If I were to end up here again, I would wait until the store was open and perhaps do some research on the flavors first.

Shameful. I was visiting town and wanted some shaved ice. What would have been a 5 star experience quickly turned into a one star experience. Unbeknownst to me, you have to order online when you arrive at the store. I was having issues checking out and called and got some help from a gentlemen. What I got was amazing. I was about to sing my praises until I dealt with Amber on my subsequent visit. I came back again to make another order and unfortunately same issue with checkout. This time a gal named Amber picked up and was unwilling to help and gave me an attitude when I was explaining that I had ordered something prior and returned and having the same issue. Her attitude left a bitter taste in my mouth and Im going to rate this experience as such. Amazing product but very poor customer service and no solution or offer to help. If you want to keep your customers, you better train your employees.

Love their wall! Literally feels like Im inside a comic book story. Im one of the super heroes trying to get in line / fight the bad guys and order our slushie, milk tea, and shave ice combos. This place is just as good as the ones we have in San Diego. The wall is what makes them unique and different.

I’ve been going here for years. Every time I try a new flavor of tea and always end up loving it. It’s affordable and so good! The people who work here are always nice and they are pretty fast :) also it’s Asian owned 💙

Sometimes for someone that has limited options available when it comes to dessert, it can be difficult satisfying your sweet tooth without making a trip to the grocery store and getting a candy bar or something generic like that. This place is anything but generic. The options are endless here and for those of you who don’t eat dairy, they have plenty of options for you as well (like me). I love that you can customize your order and I enjoy all of the ingredients you can pick from to make the order just perfect and the way you want it. You will never be disappointed in this place and it will always satisfy your sweet tooth, sometimes a couple days in a row ;) I highly recommend giving this place a shot and taking advantage of their contactless ordering options! The staff is always very friendly and very detail oriented when putting a custom order together. Thank you everyone for always providing me with a pleasant experience. P.S. people should really take a moment to appreciate the lobby being closed here and do research before they take the time to drive somewhere for food/dessert knowing we are in the middle of a pandemic and service at all places has been restricted, it’s no ones fault but your own for not doing your due diligence first and it’s most certainly not a shady practice. THANKS SNOH STAFF!

Clean Tea shop with shaved milk ice, and lots of cool art/decor.After having a huge dinner we decided to share a large Snoh combo. Taro and coconut shave milk, with mango, mochi, coconut jelly, topped with black sesame/condensed milk. For the price its pretty good considering we were able to share it with 6 people! The dessert is very light, not to sweet, and the toppings complimented out milk flavors nicely. If I had more room, would have tried the teas too.Check out the deco while you wait, the turn around was only about 5 minutes, luckily we were the first in line. Great place to snack on any hot, or cold day - if that exist in PHX.

It’s online order only and no one is allowed inside. You only find that out when you get there. Especially when it’s over 100 degrees, would of been nice to know beforehand.

The red bean is a very interesting topping. Not very sweet, but I recommend it to the adventurous. Good atmosphere and friendly staff I side too.

Very unique alternative to ice cream. I was skeptical at first, but it was delicious. I had the Taro shaved ice topped with pineapple, sliced almonds, custard & Nutella. Excellent treat for a hot day!

I Groupon it. tried it. Liked it. Taro boba milk tea is good. However the only thing I wasn’t too happy about was that they don’t have other milk variety. Just this non diary cream base. I would suggest that they could add a variety of different kinds of milk like for instance coconut milk almond milk nonfat ect. And so on and so forth. I have 2 more Groupon coupons to go so maybe I’ll bring my own coconut milk.

First time there was really good shaved ice really different of fun and taste like ice cream.

Been knowing about these guys for a while now and seeing them out at festivals but they get so crowded I never get a chance to try them. Finally pulled up to this location and well worth it. I love bubble tea and Im always cruising around town trying new boba spots. Snoh is quickly becoming one of my favorites for sure. Its so chill inside and staff are friendly. Ordered a smorissey snoh and a raspberry slush w boba, so good. Its a small drive to come here since Im on the west side but still worth. Gotta get the jar next time for sure.

What a great find during our day trip to Phoenix! The texture of the shaved ice is fabulous: smooth and fluffy and creamy. Tons of non-dairy options for my familys sensitive tummies and the flavor combos were fantastic. Every member of the family enjoyed a different combo. The winning combos: mango shaved ice, lychee jelly & strawberry glaze (light, fruity, bright and summery) and coconut shaved ice, almonds & chocolate glaze (nutty and decadent without being overly sweet or heavy). We will definitely be back and it will be worth every minute of our 90 minute drive to get there.

No where to sit, staff are lovely but seem overworked, and the variety/presentation isnt what what i would expect of a Bingsu place.

Expected more for the price. Boyfriend said the strawberry shaved ice had barely any flavor. Cotton candy shaved ice tasted off to me and my 9 year old said it was okay. I got the Boba Thai tea and its good but its hard to mess that up. Wont be back, ive had better for less money. Decor is pretty darn awesome tho!

First time snoher here, this was a nice new experience. I was thinking this was going to be like those shaved ice snow cones but it wasnt. They taste light like snow and not overly sweet like that colored syrup stuff. The flavor is blended into the snoh not pumped in. Lots of additional toppings available. Would definitely recommend if you want to try something new.

We love Snoh! I found it about 3 years ago when I was searching for a good boba place in central Phoenix. Not only is it good boba drinks, but the shaved ice cream is amazing especially in the hot summer heat!

Not sure why the have signs and all this and that.. but why not have a business open for business.. had to sit in my car order and wait..shady .. I rather go some where else ...

Very unique food! I found them on Instagram and have been following for a while, decided to make the drive and try it. I was surprised I couldnt walk into the lobby but the online ordering was fast. Weve only tried the Snoh so far but I plan to go back and try the drinks too!

Very disappointed with my experience. Drove out of the way to go, fought with parking, only to find a sign on the door saying the lobby was closed and to order online. I sat in my car to order and found that several toppings were not available. I understand businesses are struggling, but the business plan they have is not sustainable. I don’t go back and will recommend that my friends don’t either.

This place is so unique and offers great combos on their shaved ice cream. Also lots of flavors that you would find in Asia which I absolutely love. The lavender milk tea is my favorite. It’s such a treat to come here

Awesome flavors and styles of drinks/deserts

I liked my boba tea, the decor, and the customer service was nice too.Where this spot lost two stars is one of the guys working there used the towel that they use to wipe areas down to also wipe his forehead and hair. I don’t think he realized customers could see this from the front and he was in the back kitchen area. That grossed us out so much I can’t bring myself to go back. Thankfully the person who made my drink was not him.

Drove down to get some snoh and the doors were locked with a sign that says to order online. After minutes of trying to load the website it wasnt working. A guy came out and asked if we were here for a pick up. We said no. But let him know the site wouldnt load and he said he could take our orders. We placed our orders and waited outside. Then he came to the door and gave us our snoh. We had 3 transactions and he comes out and says, to give him only one card. He took the card, came back out and gave it back, no receipt, not another word. Then went back and sat down inside. Wish I could give no stars.ALSO, He forgot my M&Ms ! Horrible customer service. In a time where businesses are trying to stay open, you think he would have been nicer!

Absolutely amazing, completely different than regular shaved ice.

Really unique offerings, for kids and adults alike. The shaved ice isnt super heavy like traditional ice cream. Try the Vietnamese Iced Coffee.

This is an interesting place. It is not your typical shave ice. The shave is more fluffy like snow. I had the Zookeeper it was amazing. The service was great.

The place makes great shaved ice with great flavors, its very clean and the workers are very nice.My problem is with the owner. I came in with my girlfriend and he spend 10 minutes trying to hit on her in front of me. He was very sure to get the point across that was the owner and he makes a lot of money. He was also very concerned about what type of car I drive, which he made sure to ask my girlfriend, never acknowledging me. This irritated me and I know I made it clear. To avoid conflict we left shortly after.My girlfriend likes to go in for a coffee before work, which she says taste very good. But she just informed me the owner was there again this time and once again she couldnt have a drink by herself. Once again He was very curious about what car does your boyfriend drive? And would not leave her alone.Not only is it unprofessional to hit on your customers, its disrespectful to hit on one whos in a relationship and made it clear. We like the products and think the workers are very nice, but you cant expect customers to return if they arent treated right. I hope the next time were there with the owner, we can have some shaved ice in peace.

Love this place. They have dairy free desserts as well, so good for those that are lactose-intolerant and want something cold and delicious. I like the pistachio with almond cookie crumbs and condensed milk. Really different and unique stuff. The best part is that you dont get that overly full feeling that ice cream gives you. Its light, refreshing and satisfying. I really like this place.

It was okay. Id recommend a flavored tea vs the sweet green tea. The green tea was very floral and bitter. I didnt enjoy it. =) My waste of four bucks.

I forget how delicious the shaved Ice is here, seriously my favorite is the cotton candy! As you dig into the sweet treat you can see it pull apart just like a soft cloud. Great for family outings, with multiple boardgames and puzzles available. The art on display is nice to look at while you wait. I will be back, again and again!

The main thing that I have to deduct points for is that they tend to be out of stock on some of their ingredients pretty often and no lonver have my favorite menu item: Gotcha Matcha. :,(

Love love LOVE Snoh!! Best place in the valley for shaved ice. I dont know how they do it, but it tastes like fluffy ice with any topping you like. The place is also small, so you may not find seating. The artwork at this place is amazing, and they also have some board games you can play while youre hanging out. Connect 4 anyone?

I’ve been here three times and all my experiences were great. I was nervous about coming here, especially after reading the other reviews. Love their milk tea drinks! I also love the atmosphere, especially when strong women do bong soon is on tv.

Very nice place to hang out especially on an Arizona summer day. The people here are really nice. This Thai tea is really amazing.

Delicious shaved ice in familiar and unique flavors. My go tos are the honeydew, mango, and taro, and with so many toppings combinations, you cant go wrong. The interior is great, with artwork of the teenage mutant Ninja turtles, X-Men, and a number of other superhero and cartoon characters. It has a fun vibe with delicious treats.

Got a real good deal off Groupon for my first time at snoh. Id recommend mixing and matching your own and checking out the glazes they have. Its the best dessert 🍨 place. The gf loved their Boba 💕 I loved atmosphere

I recommend the rewards mason jar for only $5. The place is clean, very artsy and hip, the service is excellent, but maybe, too excellent? They only have one order and pay register and the staff never give an facade of a customer needing to order. You could wait in line for eternity! The boba itself is great and the desserts are wonderful. It is a little pricey but my girlfriend and I go nowhere else for where we live.

Their drinks are NOT dairy free!! Their advertising says that all drinks are dairy free but I asked the cashier after drinking and they specified they are actually /lactose/ free. Thats a very big difference! I have an allergy to the whey protein in dairy and that has nothing to do with whether or not it contains lactose. Needless to say I got fairly sick :(

Came here for shaved snow, and it was delicious! We tried the matcha, taro, and thai tea, and all were amazing, though the thai tea was my favorite. The black sesame glaze is EVERYTHING. So happy to have found this spot in Phoenix :)

The pistachio milk tea is amazing. I usually add boba to it. Sort of pricey, around $6.50 for my drink but very good. They could stand to be a bit more friendly, but overall a good place to stop by.

When you step into this place you immediately leave Phoenix and are transported to Chinatown in San Francisco. The flavors are unique and tasty. The desserts are light and creamy.Bonus: the art work is an amazing mash up of Nintendo and Marvel.

Drinks are always good but the staff is pretty rude and unfriendly. Standing around talking to each other instead of assisting customers. Acting mad when you request to get your order fixed since they were too distracted by their conversation to get it right the first time. This has been a problem only the last couple months it seems. Sad to see, as I used to enjoy coming here.

Hidden gem! When the temperature is hot, this is a cool place with cool desserts and drinks. Really unique in all ways.

Ice cream was good. ....but the service left a lot to be desired. We had never been before..and since its not a normal ice cream shop it world have been nice if we were helped out with understanding the product and the ordering process. When I did ask a question I was given a curt answer with as little words as possible. it wasnt until after we had gotten our orders that we saw other people ordering a large on a plate that tables of 3 or more were sharing. This would have been better, and more fun, for my family, but we didnt know about it, unfortunately.So, we may be back, but not because it was such an amazing experience the first time.

The pistachio ice cream here is amazing. The boba is very good. Ive also tried the pomegranate slushie it is a good balance between tart and sweet.

Me and my family went in the other night and ordered a few different drinks and they ALL tasted like straight up ice with just a little bit of flavor. The taste was so watery. We all like boba but we didn’t enjoy any of the drinks they made here.

We all love this stuff. The airy cold treat makes young and old and not so old and not so young feel good all over. Very nice people, but a bear to get in and out of the strip mall -- easy to miss so keep your eyes on the prize driving down Camelback.

Went in not knowing what I wanted. I was recommended getting the Almond Milk Tea. . . It was excellent and I highly recommend it. Also got the Mango Tango at last minute and Im glad I did. The Carmel, mango and mango pudding is the greatest combo. Dont pass this place up. Go!

Not Hawaiian Shave Ice. This is Vietnamese shave ice, which I had not had before. It was very good (I had the taro flavored) but not what I expected. It is kind of a mix between Hawaiian Shave Ice and ice cream. Very unique texture and flavors. Worth a try even if you are looking for the Hawaiian type.

Brick toast is a bit expensive at $8 but totally worth it!! Can easily share with another person, its way bigger than you think.The snoh is really really good. This is one of our favorite dessert places!
