Thank you!Only complaint at the moment, is it would be nice if even without state mandates they would take it upon themselves to have some extra care for the community and recommend some common sense safety measures to help ensure the safety of the customers during a public health crisis (masks, social distancing and/or lobby occupancy limits to prevent crowding). Especially due to the small size of the lobby and how fast it gets crowded in there, plus children (who can’t be vaccinated yet) are a target audience for their amazing products. The staff says they are vaccinated which isn’t 100% effective at stopping transmission, BUT it is much appreciated. Thank you.****However, I recently learned they have online ordering and offer curbside pickup. Woohoo! - I was frustrated (I do apologize) and brought my concerns up rudely online (no excuse, should have talked to them), and the owner was cool and pointed out they have this option, which was nice of him. I appreciate that this gives a customer like me who has multiple vulnerable family members a safer option to enjoy their fine product and continue to support a local business. Very cool! So stoked this amazing chocolate factory is in the neighborhood now. I think the best thing here is the chocolate dipped candied orange slices. But everything is amazing. Great place to get gifts or treat yourself.

Great customer service. This was my first visit to their store. I bought chocolate lemon and orange peel, dark and milk crispy bars and chocolate turtle almond crunch things. Fantastic flavors. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, homemade goodies!

We love this place! The have some of the best candy apples, and chocolate covered strawberries that we’ve ever had.. so happy to know they have a physical location we can come to when we need some treats.

This was my first time ordering online from this company. I decided to have my items shipped to me. The next day, a man from the company showed up at my front door and delivered my order to me. He was really nice and I love a company that will take the time to deliver an order to you. I will definitely be buying from them again. They have the best Caramel apples in my opinion. Limited selection, but everything was displayed nicely. If youre going expecting Belgian style truffle presentations, youll be disappointed, but the sweet American-style chocolate creations are good. The store is clean and neat, the service is great. The packaging is lacking, and I would have felt better walking into the store if the owners were wearing a mask to greet their customers during a pandemic. A welcome addition to the neighborhood. Hopefully, theyll improve in time since they just opened.

Anti-maskers. It’s fine in their personal life but in a business facility it’s irresponsible. The mask mandate was never lifted- only business opening/capacity restrictions. This place is violating that mandate.Calling someone a Karen for caring about public safety is someone who gaslights and has some sort of issue with treating a woman with respect. Not sure if the owner has an issue and feels the need to exhibit power over women. 🤷‍♀️. All I know, I will never purchase their items and I hope you choose to support a company that doesn’t berate their customers for believing differently and antagonizing them. The owner not only commented to this post but texted my phone and called me a Karen.

Buy 2 apples get 1 free, $6 each... Went to the mall, they were $7.50 each, no deal. They are very good.

There were about 12 employees working here today and the place was packed for a grand opening event. NONE of the employees were wearing a mask. Instead, there was a sign that said All Employees Have Been Vaccinated Yeah, so what? What about the customers? There were at least two young people (20s or younger) working in the back so I doubt they were even eligible for vaccination yet. But thats beside the point when there is a county-wide mask mandate still in effect and you CAN still transmit the virus after youve been vaccinated (these are candy-makers, not scientists, so dont believe the owner when they state since we have been vaccinated, we can neither transmit nor receive Covid-19). What an ignorant statement and what a selfish way for a business to operate in the community. We wont be back, even after COVID.

Went to grab some caramel apples. Called ahead to make sure they were open. They said they were open yet when we got there all the doors were locked. Taking my business elsewhere. Wont be back.

I tried to purchase some chocolates at a recent event, but was unable to do so because of the horrible customer service! Sadly, I had also intended to place an order for a large number of corporate gifts, but given their poor customer service, I will take my business elsewhere. A complete disappointment!

Saw sign as driving by this morning. I was surprised to see it was where the product was made. All the employees were super nice. An young man Mr Steele waited on us and was very pleasant. I ended up buying a dozen carmel apples. My grandchildren, daughter and husband let me know I could bring them every week. The product was great and will be back for more. I have driven by many times and never seen the sign before. Very good find today.

Please be aware they have summer and winter hours so the times listed online are inaccurate. Call a head I made the mistake of driving from the other side of town town to arrive and find this out. Also if they finish up production they close they do not remain open. I think the website or the Google page should be updated with accurate information by management.

We were hanging out at Glendale Glitters tonight with some friends and the kids wanted to get caramel apples. It was 10:03p when we placed the order with cashier and as she went to get the selections, some man with black and grey facial hair wearing a baseball hat, who was working to break down the stand, reprimanded the young lady exclaiming that, You cant do that! You have to stop! Im leaving! in an extremely unprofessional tone. At that point, the cashier, who appeared to be embarrassed at the scolding, had to apologize and placed one of the apples she had already picked up back on the tray.ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!A simple, We are closed folks would have sufficed. Not just was it a grotesque display of customer service but also mistreatment of your employees. Seasonal or otherwise, no one should be talked to in that manner.Understandably, the venue was closing but a number of shops were still making transactions. We went across the lawn to Ceretta Candies and got the kids caramel apples with sprinkles. That was my first encounter with SFCF. It will also be my last!!!Happy Holidays.Best wishes training your staff better.

I had attended the $5 Dollar Food Fest in Tucson AZ on March 26th at the Kino Sports Complex. Its my understanding that your policy was as follows....Receipt Policy: If you do not get a receipt for each Food Plate you buy, you will get that Food Plate for FREE. (ALL Vendors are required to provide you a receipt for each and every transaction. Otherwise, they have to give you the meal for FREE.). However, the San Francisco Chocolate Factory DID NOT honor this policy. I ordered a chocolate covered cheesecake, paid for my purchase, the clerk gave me my change and started waiting on other patrons. I turned to leave and then I realized that I WAS NOT given a receipt. I went back to the stand, got the clerks attention and informed him that I was not given a receipt and what the policy was on this, that was clearly advertised. The clerk was rude and told me that he will give me a receipt because he was not giving me my $5 dollars back. He then went to their register and printed off a receipt and literally threw it at me. I went to the ticket booth and was told that a manager was not available at that time and it might be a wait until the manager was available. This is very unprofessional and it all started with the man working at the San Francisco Chocolate Factory booth. All of your vendors should be abiding by your policy. I would suggest that San Francisco Chocolate Factory get more professional and polite booth workers.

I was at the chocolate festval and by far the best of all the factories was san francisco chocolate. Not just taste but price. Had a cheesecake and a banana and loved getting sick.

We go to Glendale glitters yearly for your chocolate covered bananas and this year a women at your booth was quite rude to my daughter and I didnt appreciate it. We actually left due to this and did not get bananas. We also brought friends with us and they were looking forward to it as well. Bummer

I just want to say I went to the chocolate festival and it said that the festival was open til 10 and it was 9:45 I asked for a chocolate dipped cheesecake and they told me they closed up the stand they lost out on 5 sales for the night. They were rude and disrespectful.
