What can possibly go wrong at Baskin-Robbins? Other than not having any cheesecake ice cream it was a perfect experience for a warm day! Cherries Jubilee was decadent and the non-dairy Strawberry Struesel made with oat milk was so rich and creamy and Delicious!!

Doesnt get any better than cold ice cream on a hot summer day! They have it all along with great customer service. They also give a discounted rate on scoops on Tuesdays from 5pm to close for Family Night. They also have ready made ice cream cakes. If you like waffle cones and bowls they have them here and can make them fresh.

Bought a rolled ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. Was very disappointed. Seems like that cake had set in that freezer for months. The chocolate layer of cake was dry and crumbly. The outer frosting was extremely sticky and kind of brittle. Also the cake was off centre so much in the display Box that the frosting was touching theThe sides of the Box show when I opened it the frosting tore off and it made it look unappetizing

A reliable ice cream shop that the kids will go for if nothing else with more excitng flavors and toppings is around. The store was empty, clean, great customer service.

Went in for a 1/2 gal of choc chip ice cream...service was fast and as far as Im concerned BR is among the finest ice creams out there!

We went on a Monday about 7:30 p.m. the girls behind the counter were very informative as to what to not give a toddler. They were super nice. we will be back thank you. Please tell the girls that work there also.

Nice place, good kids behind the counter and seldom crowded this time of year. A couple of tables and a bench outside. Everyone is masked.

A wonderful safe trip to pick up a beautiful ice cream cake and last day of school treat. The store is spotless and the person that waited on us was wearing a mask. We will be back.

Nothing better than BR ice cream, IMHO. Rich, tasty and chalked full of whatever is supposed to be in. My favorite is nutty coconut. Lots of different nuts along with the coconut. Prices are reasonable and competitive. Most locations are clean.

It says online that they close at 10pm and I went yesterday like at 9:45pm and they were already closed and mopping please update your hours!!

Been a fan since I was 10. peanut butter and chocolate ice cream is my favorite for sure but they make real milk shakes. The best in town. Vanilla ice cream with malt mix and chocolate Syrup. You have to specify order it like that. Else they use chocolate ice cream which odly enough doesnt quite taste the way a chocolate malt should.

Tried and true Baskin and Robbins. Polite and friendly. I try to have a scoop or two at least once a month...

Clearly stated needs (twice) involving my order. Fail! If I could give zero stars I would. Staff member that helped us appeared bothered and interrupted. It was about 8:30 at night. Place is open for another 1.5 hours.Just wanted to take my daughter out for ice cream. 😡

Disappointing. ....havent been there in a long time.... didnt know how to make a chocolate icecream soda.I should have sent it back and left. We sat inside because it was too cold to sit outside and the freezer made so much noise that it was hard to hold a conversation. My friend had a small cup of icecream and the bill for a medium soda and the icecream was over $10. )-:

This is a great ice cream parlor with a great selection and prompt and friendly service. Ive been coming here for over ten years and nothing has changed. Its a little noisy inside due to the freezers, A/C etc. but its more than worth it.

Who doesnt love ice cream? BR is the best and this location always has great service. They rotate flavors regularly and keep the favorites on hand too.

This particular location is small, but has all the items you might need on hand. The store atteacted a good deal of attention and business: initially we were worried for the pair of youngsters manning the counter, but they took special care of every customer in line, answered questions courteously, and went out of their way to go the extra mile for each person, all in a timely manner. So glad we made the stop!

The manager here is running a 1 star ice cream shop. He scoops ice cream with his bare hands with NO gloves on and he talks on his personal cell phone as he makes orders. He refuses to fix incorrect orders and refuses refunds. He has earned his 1 star rating by taking my money and not being sanitary.

Always order my nephews birthday cakes from here. Try to avoid other times as its so yummy.

Always buy all my kids ice cream birthday cakes here and I have just spoken with the manager while we were down getting some ice cream cones theyre very friendly personable the freezers are a little bit loud inside but she assured me that they are open 7 days a week from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Perfect spot to walk a few feet for a cup of great ice cream after haircuts from Peter at Classic Barber Shop right next door.

Everything was perfect, they had the chocolate/chocolate-chip cake, personalized it quickly, and stuck it back in the freezer for a few minutes to give it the best chance of making it home okay. They did all this while busily handling other customers. Full stars.

This is my THIRD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION! I don’t understand how one location could have this horrible of service. I went in for my 3.99 coupon deal and ordered. When she originally totaled my order it was 7.57 and then I scanned my coupon and it jumpe to over $8. When I asked her for clarification she never responded. I reviewed my receipt and noticed I was charged incorrectly. Every time I come to this location I’m charged incorrectly. Never again! Lesson learned! Stay away if you can!

Avoid this Baskin Robbins. They never have the right flavors for the season (i.e. pink bubble gum in summer, pumpkin pie in fall). Their scoops are smaller than other locations. They dont want to honor their parent companys website promotions or the promos in the BR app.

On Friday afternoon I ordered an ice cream cake for Fathers Day which was supposed to be ready around 11 am Sunday morning. When we got the shop around noon, there was no cake!! They couldnt even tell is if the cake was every made or sold by accident. Very disappointed. Ill try my luck and order from Cold Stone the next time.

Great ice cream but they didnt honor a valid real gift card instead told me card was no good. Funny how I called number punched in code & card is fine as is the sum of $10 also ok so this store needs to be investigated or something... Dont get the ice cream pies. Very small and hardly any ice cream in them. I paid for a graham cracker crust, a little ice cream and a few squirts of whipped cream. Very disappointing! I hate how everything today is pay more, get less. I wont be back.

This is by far the worse Baskin Robbins ever! I walked in today around 5:25 pm today to grab dessert for my family. When I entered in no one was out front to greet me. Once Noah came from the back he said can I help you? I ordered my first sundae and explained how I wanted it. He states thats not a sundae. I replied well you can charge me anyway but I need it to be this way. The scoops he gave me were litterallu half a normal size. Trust me I know I have frequented baskin Robbins a lot over the years. When I mentioned it to him..I received no response. So I ordered the remaining orders and noticed on the T.V. behind the counter was an ad that stated if you order two or more scoops you get a free waffle cone. I asked about it and he walked away from me to help another guest. Never responding or checking in with me to see if I needed anything else. Make the drive to another establishment! Its not worth it! I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! If I didnt have to run home for dinner I wouldve definitely spoken with a manager. No guest should be made to feel as if your a bother to them.
