I ordered my ecm mid April2021 I needed it by may 1stHe dodged my phone calls for a week then after I call him from a different number he says his computer is down. Fast forward to today may 27 2021 and I have texted and called him every single day for 2 weeks after I again called from a different number and he texted back and said he’ll send a tracking number. 2 weeks have gone by and Michael has not answered a single call or text I am Calling the bank to report this transaction as fraudThe Google reviews said he was a great guy but all he has done is pipe me

He is a very smooth talker .He sold me a v1 tuner that was supposed to be new with 2 licenses on it.WHAT A JOKEFirst of all it was not new second it had no licenses on it and it was inoperable.It had been diagnosed by efilive that is was bad. I contacted him about it and I had to argue with him about it refund. That he would not give me even though his add showed returns welcome. Out of 450$ I got 240$ back. So that is why I am posting this. Be very careful about doing business with mike.

I purchased a used ECM for my 2004 LLY Duramax. I sent my VIN and had it pre-programmed. After installing the replacement, I had some issues due to an unknown previous modification that was not compatible with stock programming. Michael diagnosed the issue after I sent photos of my air box configuration and reprogrammed another ECM for exchange. Problem solved! Also purchased his Induction Air Flow mod (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) for the poorly designed LLY Turbo induction system. After install, this mod had my truck performing better than it ever has! I bought a grade A E60 controller from them and had them program it to get their warranty incase it was garbage and failed right out of the box. Provided them the vin as they requested. Got the ecm plugged it in learned VATs, truck started and two things were instantly wrong. One the glow plugs would stay on until you cranked it and two set a check engine light for no comm to TCM. The pickups a manual doesnt have a TCM. So I used my V2 and pulled the tune and was a basic Auto trans tune loaded to the ecm and had to pay again to have it programed to factory at a dealership. Used their contact us tab on the website laid out what happened and no response for two weeks. Sent my Core off and get an email after they get it saying that they cant credit me my core back. Called there phone number got an answering machine, emailed them back and got nothing. These people are nothing but thieves and liars and I hope they end up starving on the streets for their terrible business ethics.
