I love hobby lobby. Great ideas for crafts for anyone. Watch out on those 50%off deals, not everything is really 50% off🙄 at the register. However, still got had to get some cute decor.

We just went in to this location not to long ago and we were ready to check out. There was 2 lanes open. One with the manager and another employee named Anna working on the next isle. We were waiting in the line at the managers checkout isle. The manager looked at us and told us to go to the next lane and the lady in back (who was white) of us was immediately help while we were still waiting in the next isle. We felt uncomfortable and felt that he didn’t want to help us because of our ethnicity. I would give them no stars but Anna who helped us was was polite and made us feel welcomed.

My thoughts on Hobby Lobby vacillate often. Sometimes, I can find SO many things I like. (This usually occurs at the end of spring/beginning of summer when everything is on sale for 50+% off.) Unfortunately, there are almost more times when I cannot find anything I need. Please understand: this is not to say that HL doesnt have beautiful and creative decor items: they always do! Unfortunately, they are almost worse than other large retailers in pushing out seasonal items so early that you cant find what you need for the upcoming season. I mean, seriously? They were already stocking Christmas items in May at one of my local stores!! And I went to find a fall item a couple weeks ago and could barely find the one lone, nearly empty aisle, because of all the Christmas decor. Sorry, but thats just a little much.In addition, I have to say that the folks who work at Hobby Lobby are consistently some of the most unhappy looking people Ive ever seen! They seem dead tired at 11 a.m. and if youre there at the end of the day, heaven help you. Rarely can I find anyone on the floor of whom to ask help - theyre all stocking elsewhere, ALL the time. I assure you, this is a commentary of many visits...it doesnt seem to be much better, ever, at ANY of the Hobby Lobby stores I go to. The few pleasant employees I have encountered are always on a mission, but I always thank them for their smiles.

Im a hobbiest, so it was mine thing to do on a lazy Saturday. I was there several hours just browsing the various aisles.... I actually purchased Christmas Fabric and several notions I likely didnt need. The store was clean with wide aisles and well lit. There was only one cashier until the line began heading to the back of the store. Two other cashiers joined the fun... the lines than moved quickly. The sales force were professional and polite and very young I might add.

This is a great store. You can find almost anything you need for crafting, simple decorating, etc . at this store. Staff are very friendly.Store is clean and well stocked. It has easy access from the freeway. Check it out!

I am convinced that it really depends on who you ask when youre looking for particular items. Was looking for candelabra replacement bulbs & a replacement cord for the same lamp that I was refurbishing. The 1st person I asked to direct me to these items said that they didnt sell light bulbs.....& proceeded to inform me that, This is a craft store, & they dont sell any type of electrical cords. I knew that they did, & so I asked someone else there. He directed me straight to both items.👍

Pretty great place for all your decor and craft needs. Heres a few things I made with stuff from the Hobb.

I found the things that I wanted to decorate my upstairs loft. The glass vase, the white stones for the vase, and the silk flower decor to match the Chinese umbrella. I love the outcome. Everything matches beautifully.

Excellent selection of specialty items at reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and the customer service overall was great!

Only June but starting to get Halloween, fall, and Christmas being put out.

I walked in literally five minutes before close. The employee that was standing at the front entrance waiting to lock up was very polite, cheerful, and surprisingly eager to assist me, despite the fact that I showed up right before her shift was ending. She was very knowledgeable and was able to tell me the exact location of the item I had come to purchase. Thankfully I snagged the last label maker on the shelf! It was reasonably priced, as well. Hobby Lobby never ceases to disappoint me. I prefer shopping here rather than at the competitors stores, such as Michaels or Joanns. The Ahwatukee store is my favorite location.

Food was very good, service was okay, a little slow but it was busy and our waitress was very nice.

Christmas 🎄 decorations are starting to go out on the shelves, so I cant wait to go back and shop for some!

Always a great place to get almost anything. I love walking down the aisles that I usually dont frequent because I always find treasure. The prices are reasonable, I really miss the coupons.

Good selection, but not enough help (long check out lines). Also merchandise not marked properly causing even more delay at checkout.

Go to this store. Ask for help. It eventually works out -- maybe randomly, but there are dedicated and long time employees that are amongst the sales team that some how will find you and help you in your shopping journey!

Nice craft store. Sales prices are really good for any item they put on sale. Just remember, if you go, they close at 8:00p and are not open on Sundays!

I was really disappointed with the service at this location. I found a decorative item that I really was excited about.It didn’t have a price tag but I Assumed that I could get a price at the checkout line. After waiting in line for 15 minutes because of The high volume of shoppers and lack of associates I asked the cashier if she had a price for the item. She didn’t have it in her book and after calling several different people Over the intercom with a code 4 and code 7, I decided to leave without it. I waited additional 20 minutes for them to try to figure out a price and unfortunately it never happened.This doesn’t mean I will never ever shop at hobby lobby again but unfortunately I might have to avoid this location.

I didnt find what I was looking for but I found everything that I didnt know I needed and got it anyway! It was a great clean store staff was kind and curteous, normally Im not a craft store fan but my wife is and so I support her when I can and honestly had a lot of fun in this one!

Great store but the prices have went up a lot with the pandemic. Ross is way cheaper for some of the exact same items. So I will shop there for those and only go back for what I cant find somewhere else. The store was clean and well organized. The employees are a little rude. They dont speak and one got a little attitude when I asked for help. I chalked up to her having a bad day.

I love this store always have for years. Love the products and The customer service i always get it is awesome. Yesterday my mom and i were shopping for little cute crafts for her birthday party for the weekend, I had saw a few floor customers doing inventory and they looked pretty busy. I had asked one of them where your jars were. She said over there in one of the isles and was pointing to the area then went back to work. Went over the the section and i did not find the item i was looking for so i had asked another employee where the item was and she looked a little annoyed, i was asking her and she did take me to the item i was looking for but no smile no question of anything else i can help you with..just rushed back to doing inventory. I am thinking this is not the way this normally is. I could see on there faces they were not happy they looked really stressed out. I have done inventory in retail but i understand it can be a little stressful, but anytime a customer asked a question i would always stop what i am doing take them to the product ask them if it is what they are looking for and if there is anything else i may help them with, always smiled and made sure they are ok with everything. If they said no i am doing good then i say if there is anything else please let me know and my name and then i depart. The ladies need to be reminded customer service is first priority not there inventory. Cashiers were awesome smiling happy great service with the, but the people on the floor doing inventory i just felt bad for them and looked stressed out and could not be bothered and no smiles. So just need a touch up on customer service there also was no music in the store that was another thing but probably needed the peace and quiet for inventory da, other then that all was awesome. Just like to see employees happy and enjoying there jobs and i hope that is something that can be passed on. Do an employee feedback survey find what you can do to make the place a more enjoyable place to work. Always important. take care god bless.

One of my favorite places to go in the winter. I shop for ornamental shoes and this is one of the places in the valley that carry them. Super staff too.

Hobby lobby is a must for any home crafter. They have a wide selection from arts and crafts to home decor. Add the app to your phone so you can see their flyer to always know whats on sale.

I love this place! They have some of everything you need and always have a coupon on their website. I like to airbrush paint and they have a small, but good selection of paints and equipment where as Michaels and Joannes dont. I highly recommend this place for your arts and crafts, and decorative needs!

Seriously Im so happy I dont have a Hobby Lobby in the city we live in. My husband and I can spend hours there. We do travel about 45 minutes to get to the closest one and we never leave empty handed or a without spending a few hundred dollars.

Items are chic and usually in stock. They just changed the coupon policy, which is frustrating for customers and cashiers. The managers are insolent and always watching over.

My 2nd favorite hobby lobby in the valley, only second to the one on Chandler Blvd... Still has a nice variety of crafts and crafting supplies. Unless you find a worker to help you specifically they pretty much keep to themselves and always seem to be unloading a new shipment or moving product around on the shelves

Went in with a older picture needing frame work done. Anthony in the framing department help me and gave me a phone call when the project was done. Pick up the picture and the work was AMAZING and the person that help me on the second time was equally as helpful and nice.

Like this place, It was so clean and organized. They are getting ready for Christmas and it will be like a crafting wonderland when they are done. Excellent prices too.

More times than Not they dont have what I need. Even when other times they Had the item. Next time they dont or its in a different local. Over priced. Understaffed. Nobody knows anything! That is as honest as I can get without hurting some snowflakes feelings.

Best craft store I found in US. They do have deals almost every week for a wide variety of products.

There was a young girl who checked me out, and she was so sweet, but there was an older lady named tammie who had to help the younger girl with my return and she was beyond rude. She has an attitude and was very disrespectful. Usually i love coming to this location but because of this experience not sure i’ll be coming back
