There are no words! :)Jaime saved the year and that’s saying a lot for 2020. We moved into a home with an unfinished kitchen in the middle of our remodel. Then we were told our island was too big for any quartz surface which was what we wanted. We went to the yard and to our surprise they had rare super slabs. They recommended Jaime... he responded to the text immediately and by some miracle he had the materials picked up, fabricated, & installed in a week!!!!! JM Granite was a pleasure to work with. I picked out my slab one day, JM Granite picked it up from the slab yard the next day and started fabrication the same day! We hired Jaime at JM Granite to fabricate and install our quartz in our master bathroom. He is a preferred vendor at The Yard, so we figured we would be in good hands. Jaime was so great to work with. He was professional, very responsive and pleasant to work with throughout our project. He took the time to provide us with a complimentary in person quote and worked with us on the price to help us stick within budget. The slab we purchased had some impurities that he said he could not buff out. Thankfully he had some leftover pieces of the same quartz from another job and used it to make it work. I greatly appreciated this as many other contractors would have called us and said we have an issue and we would be left figuring out what to do. JM granite got us out of a very unfortunate experience with a previous fabricator. They listened to our issue and solved the problem within a couple of days. I couldn’t be more thankful for JM granite for getting my client’s countertop installed after the previous fabricator stole our previously purchased material. They were polite, sympathetic and fast.
