Forget being on time, held up my bathroom remodel. Did a good job, but poor communication. Would not recommend.

Very quick to come out and measure my kitchen, but that’s about it. The man who took the measurements said they would send an email with my estimate.. after waiting a few days I requested an ETA on when that email would be sent and he said he’d send it the next day. That was almost a week ago and I’m still waiting.
