They came out last Tuesday July 28 to give me an estimate. And still have not received estimate. Nor a return call.😠
On 1/28/19 I called Rachel because I could not get a hold of Danny Scott the rep who assured me I would have a 9 inch overhang on my kitchen island. The installers were at my house and I was questioning the overhang. After seeing the 3.5 overhang as a finished job I called Rachel who was so rude and condescending. She said Danny would get back to me. Later that day she called me back and said Danny made a mistake and we couldnt get the 9 inch overhang due to a lack of materials. Her solution was to pay an extra $1000 to get the job right but I had already paid once including the installation fee. I said I would stop payment on the second half and she said fine I will just keep running the card, no class or ounce of integrity to work and get things right. No ethics. I understand mistakes happen w lack of communication but offer solutions. Turned them into the BBB who said they avoided all calls so they could not investigate. They know how to avoid them for sure. Huge mistake. And I googled them. Hope this saves someone. Danny will be your best friend until he gets it wrong and never answers the phone again. And Rachel needs a customer service class or etiquette class. Unreal.
We recently had Diamond Granite install countertops in our home. The experience was actually better than I thought it would be. Chris did a good job presenting the product and setting appointments up. The installers were in and out quickly and they were very professional. Overall, were very pleased with our purchase.
I interviewed many places for quartz replacing existing granite. With the majority they only did counters leaving me with having to find a plumber and coordinate everything. However, Diamond does it all! They are easy to work with. I got new sinks, the quartz I wanted and the replacement was done same day. So no living with plywood for weeks. Each and every tradesman was polite, neat and helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Zero Stars. I cant believe this company. We discussed an island. They told us we would loose 4 in of our island and we lost over 10 inches in addition to the 4 inches. We discussed benches under the island and had the talk and they text that they ran out of material. Danny who did the original visit discussed the island in depth w my husband and found out my husband was a Chef. Danny took his wife to Orange Sky at Talking Stick where my husband gave them top of the line service only to end up with no answers or call backs on a job undone. Who wants to loose their kitchen island. We had to stop payment and the girl at customer service said so I will run it again No word from the owner. Danny said Micheal measured wrong and I signed Michaels docs. He was at the house with a laser beam measuring tool. I guess you have to hire someone to measure after they measure. Such a big disappointment. I work in customer service and they wouldnt even call and give us options. BIG MISTAKE. The island is so short I cried. They took all my entertainment/serving area. My company says call BBB. I am looking into it now. They are not trustworthy. Dont do it.
The salesman Danny is awesome and that is why I chose this company. The counter tops look awesome. Deff go with the chiseled edges, looks so much nicer.
The quartz for my kitchen is wonderful, installation was great, however, customer support after was VERY lacking. They did not install sink, faucet, etc. I did have to find a plumber. Also, I called and requested if I had enough quartz leftover for a one of the bathrooms from my leftover quartz. I did not get an answer. I had to call and request it again. I was told he was looking for a piece of quartz. Really? Where is my quartz. He knew I wanted to use what was left over. I also called about my kitchen sink that didnt seem to fit into the new quartz counter. I sent photos and never received a call back. NOT HAPPY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
