You are treated with great customer service, given a brief overview and then you are welcome to walk around and see ALL of the selections they have. I am often reminded that doing a remodel is meant to be fun. However, with the myriad of time sensitive decisions to make, the related costs, combined with the covid-related supply chain uncertainties and difficulties surrounding timing everything well, a remodel can be stressful in my opinion. It is for that reason that I can recommend Aracruz Granite, and Shakara Thomas in particular.I found Aracruz at the recommendation of my fabricator. The company is organized, and has plenty of friendly staff to ensure that new visitors are greeted and well looked after. I was also advised to ask for Shakara. I am happy about that. She was super helpful, provided enough time to consider our options, and on one occasion when we were rushed for time, was able to provide viewing options quickly, all while calmly explaining the process along with the pros and cons of particular stones. I don’t give reviews often, but am happy to do so when I am genuinely grateful for exceptional service, as I am in this case.

Thank you Liliana for all your help with choosing our granite at Aracruz. You are very knowleadgeable and very patient. My wife and I had a very good experience. It took us a while, not sure if three hours or more, because theres quite a selection, but we are realy happy with what we found. We went through a few because we were considering 2cm granite, then went to the quarts building (many selections there too), then we ended up with 3cm granite. But had to call our fabricator for each change. Liliana was very helpful with showing us the slabs we wanted to see (which means puting request on their very organized computer system for the forklift guys to pull the slab and place it to look at it). We did not feel rushed at all, in fact loved to be left alone to look around and get the help when we needed it. If there was a hold note on a slab, Liliana could access the system on that mobile device and immediately tell whats the status on it. Should I mention we were impressed by the confortable cool air blown by those many coolers. Also we liked that we could also buy a sink to be done with it all at once. The sink selection is plenty big too.(My review is getting long, I better stop here, but I could keep talking about the good experience and the nice staff)

Our customer service rep was very patient and made sure our requests were handled quickly!I did like the appointment to keep the crowds down as this can slow the selection process. When we had challenges with the delivery of a portion of the tile, Andy was exceptionally helpful. He researched the issues and even went so far as to pick up additional tile from a supplier so that we could pick up the tile while in Phoenix recently. I made an appointment so that I was guaranteed to have help with any questions I may have. Instead when I got there I had to wait 30 minutes before anyone came out to greet me. Then I was sent out on my own to find something I liked. When I finally did the person that was supposed to be helping me disappeared. I had to flag down help, and showed him what I picked. He said he would set it aside for my contractor. Guess what... when my contractor went to pick it up they had nothing set aside for him. What a joke.

I walked into Aracruz looking very confused (as I knew nothing about granite), and right away she got up and said I can help her to the receptionist! The stone consultant Armando Martinez explained the differences of Quartz vs. Granite vs Marble in an easy way for someone that needs to make a decision on kitchen countertop. Aracruz warehouse had a lot of variety of selection from classic to modern styles. The staff is really professional and they have good safety protocols for the customer.

We had a great young man help up going through the warehouse, explaining all the differences in the different types of stones and pricing. We selected our granite within 45 minutes and put a hold on them. The experience was very good.

Best service I ever had!  My 1st visit I was helped by Beatriz, who has fantastic customer service skills.  She took the time to help me find the perfect pieces of granite while staying within my tight budget! She never rushed me or pushed me towards a piece I didnt want. I couldnt been happier!Measuring wrong, 2 short, I had to go back the next day but knowing I bought the last 2 close out pieces, there was little chance of help, but then came Shakara (Beatriz was off).  Shakara was even more amazing! Even though she knew there were no more pieces left, she still took her time to help me. She asked if I could give her 15 - 20 mins, shes going to check on a few things.  20 mins later 2 pieces of granite was on display for me to see!  PERFECT! Shakara went out of her way,  made some calls and got me a piece 4 longer.  She did what others said could be done!   Both ladies are amazing. Aracruz is a Great place to get Natural stone, They have a great variety of colors and textures to choose from. They also carry engendered stone, tile backsplash and sinks. Customer service is always top notch. Alicia is always awesome and helps me find exactly what I need.

We had the best experience at Aracruz granite. Isabel and Liliana, were amazing!!! Isabel found some slabs they thought they were sold out of, and then was gracious when we decided on another slab.
