Poorly run business, Stay Away! The owner writes us after trying to get a hold of him for months w/a story how he moved locations. This is BS. He didnt inform anyone about the move, new location is still closed. He has held everyones mail with absolutely no way of contacting him other than the number and email he provides which again he never responds to. Any attempt to schedule a time to pick up our mail he has had for months is futile. His new location is NoT Open or at least everytime i go during normal business hours. Pathetic!!!!!👎👎👎👎👎

SCAM. They held my drivers license and government ID mails for weeks with no way to pick it up. Showed up twice and they were closed. Called 11 times it’s not picked up. I reported this business to the business bureau and anytime mailbox corporate office. It’s highly illegal what they are doing.

Appears this business is no longer, I went to get my mail from here and the business is completely empty. Unable to obtain any of my mail or packages.

Fraudsters and scammers. Stay Away.

Absolutely Worst place to ever have a mailbox at. I am a manager for a local company here there’s been numerous times that this place is not been open and we haven’t been able to get our mail which is payments from customers. We haven’t been able to get our mail for the last three weeks. The company I work for might close down if we have to go one more week without payments. I myself have gone 2 weeks with no pay because of this situation. I’ve heard The owner of M&M is on medical leave For a knee surgery but couldn’t notify anybody renting his mailboxes so we could’ve got the mail forwarded. This has to be the poorest service in a business I have ever seen. No consideration for the effects that his actions have caused. And this is not the first time that we haven’t been able to get our mail there’s been many other times when he’s just close down for a few days and we’ve been stuck waiting with no answer of when he will return.

Its just Deplorable honestly Outrageous but not New. I too Own a few businesses of my own by other Surnames, but this is by Far the Worst Management, all these excuses I just cant anymore with this place. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy, honestly with all my years of Experience in Management and BusinessYou Sir by far the very worst Management skills ever. You have one Business too Many Excuses..I will be taking my business elsewhere..Close or do something because I already been waiting on very important Mail. Its been weeks.

Great place to go. Better than a PO box as it can be used as a residential address as well. Great staff members! Great pricing!

My boyfriend and I came here today with the plans to rent a mailbox. Everything was going well, but the woman running the register couldnt run our card for some reason, so we told her we were going to go to the atm at CVS (literally a block over) to get cash out and we were going to be right back. She said that was OK. We made our way back, only to find the place locked up tight. Apparently, they close at 3 pm & it just wouldve been too much trouble to remind us of that.Well, we were still sitting in the parking lot right outside the door, looking on Google for other mailbox businesses, when she exited the building. My boyfriend asked her to please, PLEASE, can we finish the transaction, we really need the box. She said no, the register is already closed up, you need to come back tomorrow, to which he reminded her of their store hours and that they were closed on Tuesdays. He asked her to please at least let him know what the box number is so he can have something get started on its way here. She said she couldnt do that.All in all, this place is just awful, and I hope they fire that woman. Shes doing their business no favors.

Best customer service Ive experienced in A LONG TIME!I was going to send photos in a Priority Mail box, but the gentleman working on Saturday afternoon helped me find a less expensive way to mail these photos to my friend.Very patient and nice, I typically go to UPS, but will use M&M Mail Services from now on.Kindness goes a long way and it can be hard to find some days. Thank you for making my day, sir!
