Ive used this printer several times over the years and have always been happy with them. About 10 days ago I went to see Patrick to order more business cards for my wifes acupuncture clinic. I paid for the cards at that time with cash. He didnt offer a receipt so I said no receipt? thats ok Ill work with you on the honor system and left. Today my wife went to pick up the cards and he charged her for them. We have the cards but had to pay double for them. You could say it s my fault for not getting a receipt, however Patrick showed that he is dishonest. A person who is dishonest in one thing will be dishonest in other things too. Needless to say I will never do business with him again. Thank you Patrick for a lesson well learned.
