Pump 2 has a card scanner attached. I was taken for $30.14. Bank stated the amount was charged in Los Angeles, CA. Clerks were hospitable.

I gave this store the 5 star because every time I go in the girls are so pleasant I usually go in at around 3pm to 4 the store is always clean and the property also if Im not mistaking their names are Rowena and Cristal u need more workers like these two girls thank you

I literally love this gas station. Newly upgraded pumps. Moderate gas prices. Personable, professional, kind staff. With only two exceptions. I stopped by to pump gas last night. This is the second time Tierra has been rude and made this visit an unpleasant one. When I went to the outside window to purchase gas, she was not there to accept my payment. I looked around and toward the back to see if anyone was inside. I did not see anyone. I had to knock assertively. This hurt my knuckles. She came over from the left. She had earbuds in. I asked her if she had heard me. She said she had heard me, but she had been in the back. This was not true, because the back is located directly behind the glass. I was looking in that direction when I walked up to pay. I also looked to the left and right. The only place she could have been was to the far left of the store or behind register to the far left. She was dry, dismissive and short with me during the entire transaction. I paid. Then returned to my pump. She had not put the $20 on the pump that I paid for. I had to go back to the window and let her know she had not allocated the $20 to the pump. She simply said There you go and left the window. I was treated poorly and my time was wasted. I did not address her sub par treatment of me on the first occasion because I thought she may be having a bad night. It turns out this is a running trend and she is mean to me every time I come to get gas during her shift. This is unacceptable. Please coach this terrible team member on being better, customer focused, professional and polite. Shes making your team look bad. Thank you for reading this. There is nothing good to say about this gas station. The only thing it has going for it is that its right next to the freeway. They wont give you cash back. But you can buy anything under the sun from inside the store through the window at night. Okay. Stopped to get $40 in gas, a soda, and $40 cash back. Was refused cash back. Arbitrary policies like this do nothing but alienate customers. As a Chevron you dont have anything going for you to begin with. You shouldnt be alienating customers

I’m here at 10:10 the one door was locked walked around to front and window had a curtain on it went to other door and they locked it just as I walked up and said go to the window the girl was taking down the curtain I walk up and she walked away knowing good and well I walked was there to make a purchase. Well I’ll take my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service

I walked two miles to get gas and the clerk said he could only sell me a gas can by law to carry the gas in. 1030pm at night, i had my best friends dog with me and said i couldnt come in. I wouldnt let you in- despite not being closed. After I spent my 20 dollar gift card on a 15 dollar leaky new gas container, 79 cent bottle of water, and one gallon of gas, Im never going there again. He opened the door in an attempt to apologize with the excuse that he was being rude because he was being recorded. I told him I would make note of it on Google reviews. It doesnt cost anything to be kind. Dont waste your money on rude clerks.

I have lived by the station for 10 years. They have never been able to fill a propane bottle for me. I will never go there again. There is always an excuse. I took a brand new bottle to be filled and was told its too old. Go across the street to uhaul. This station is a joke.

I walked in after a long day of work to buy a pack of cigarettes with a manufacturers coupon and the clerk told me they didnt accept coupons for cigarettes. He then continued to make me feel uncomfortable and was very rude.

The staff here suffer with personality conflicts on such a high level and are very aggressively mean and have bad attitudes. Especially the prejudice scary looking biker that refused to give me change for a $100 bill. He was working around 10pm in the evening time when I went. I use caution when I get gas here. But I do not like coming to this Chevron because of the way that one man treated me that evening.

You guys have a racist clerk thats very disrespectful, he literally called me a dope head without even knowing me and he told me not to come back to the store even though I bought something. You guys need to fix this asap Ill be speaking with the manager tomorrow.

Just to let you know this gas station if you try to take cash back they will charge a fee I took $40 they charge me four dollars fee that’s ridiculous 😡

Cigarettes are more expensive at this location than the shell on the east side of i 17 freeway
