Really nice place with excellent prices and very friendly and helpful staff. I was greeted and asked what game I was playing (FFXIV) and while they had just removed it from the large gaming library, they reinstalled it and helped me get all my account info set up. Best way to beat the heat!!

Great place that used to hold MK 11 tournaments in the before times (covid) with fast wifi and options to bring in your personal TV and console. did that when I frist moved to Phoenix and was with my sister. does get a bit hot inside though

Its a great place for PC gaming and card games. D&D, Board games, and a lot more to do here (obviously bring your stuff). PCs are amazing and run exceedingly well! Highly recommend this place and customer service is astounding. Ill definitely be coming back here. Great prices too!

My friends and I have played League and a few other games here, and always loved the employees. Awesome chill place to grind MMOs, or bring your own PC in and play.

Place is great I needed to get fast internet and they provided it. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable help me get setup and was up and running as soon as I plugged in.

As someone who went to this place as far back as 2010 Id say they are great at what they do and always provide great service.

Awesome place. My bf plays computer games and I do homework. Headsets, great conputers, snacks, and more than great prices. Cool hangout spot. Chill late night spot.

Great place to Rent their stations

I did at first give a 3 star review but since then I was denying entry with my service dog for no other reason than the owner said no dogs allowed period. So if you have a service animal I would recommend bringing them so you can be a part of our class action lawsuit against them.

Been here a couple of times and absolutely enjoyed the experience. Wonderful staff and very friendly and helpful. Pcs are okay. And other than the Furniture being a little beat up everything else is fine. Also NO LAG! Internet is wonderful.

Cyber Zone doesnt have the type of flash that some of the other cafes have. The furniture is not uniform. The rigs are not even uniform. But theyre running the strongest internet connection in the valley by a long shot. And yeah its not as pretty as say some competitor off of Warner but its not closed like Game Mamba, and its CHEAP. Like $2 an hour cheap. Like 80 hours for $100 cheap plus you can print and download and all the other things besides game.But if youre at Cyber Zone to game then youre in the right spot. The library is extensive. Everything you can think, even new titles VALORANT.If you want something call the owner a couple hours earlier and when you get there itll be there.Bottomline this is where youre not, but should be.

Cool little spot. Owners are nice and the crowd that comes are prettt cool also. Computers can be a little wonky sometimes. But overall a good experience.

Super chill and laid back . nice and cozy. 4 out of 5 stars because the hardware in the cafe is inconsistent. Regulars tend to go in there and specifically only want to sit at one computer. Which can make new customers feel uncomfortable because the regulars will ask and harass them till they move

Truly fun place great for freinds and family. I just had my bachelor party here and it was super fun. The owner is really helpful and is easy going to work with you. Just respect there bussiness and rules and the place is perfect. Thou more steam accounts would be nice it is stil an amazing place. Now my family wants to plan lock in 1 a month Becaue of how much fun we had. Thank you cyber zone for the great memories!

It was pretty good. The monitor I was given at my station wasnt set to 60hz, and the panel was clearly awful quality. It makes no sense to cheap out on a monitor of all things, the arguably most important part of a build.

Their computers may not be top of the line, but they run their games without lag. You would have to be a total fucboi to prefer graphics over performance. The staff is friendly and the community is welcoming.

Fun place to kill some time gaming

Cyber Zone is a great place to hang out with friends and game. Really friendly staff who often give freebies for no real reason at all. You always feel welcome, and have loads of fun.

I love this place the first time I came I did a smash ultimate tournament and Ive been hooked ever sence internet is really good and the computers are great absolutely love it here.

First time user. I will come back again when in need a faster internet connection.

It is a great place to unwind and check out for the day doesnt matter if youre a nube or expert everyone is welcomed and never judged maybe a little all in good fun. Everyone has a ubeat personality and keeps up the video game ethic so dont lose your head a be a tyler. Also no smoking inside so if you would like to smoke ciggaretts pr vape please do so in the parking lot or infront of the store in a designated smoking area.

Very simple place with a great hourly rate and good snack cost. Staff is chill and one employee there is really helpful and genuine. Place is good for smite, LOL, and Warcraft 3(w/frozen throne).

I was here a few times earlier this year (around February). I am an online student and just needed to get on a pc to do my classes since internet wasnt setup at home yet. First few visits were ok, noise level is tolerable, the pcs for my specific use were satisfactory. My final visit wasnt that great due to certain circumstances beyond the proprietors control. Purchased two hours, was on a computer and this guy reeking of pot sat next to me. Smell was so bad I started getting nauseous and light headed and decided to leave forfeiting my time. Had to go to a different cafe to finish my work. Better ventilation could have helped, but this guy smelled like an old used pot ash tray. It can be hit or miss on this one.

*I guess I didnt like this place because Im used to better gaming cafes outside the US but try to read my review and finish it to understand why Im giving this place such low rating.* I believe that this is the only lan gaming cafe here in Phoenix so I wanted to give it a shot. The places I used to go had computers with 144hz monitors and gtx1060 minimum, so when I went here for the first time, I expected something close or near that level but I was disappointed. The computers are old and theyre using those old screens that are like boxes and old Microsoft mouses and keyboards. I played some CS:GO and lagged like hell. However, the employees are great and they did their best to make my experience a little bit better. If it wasnt for the employees, I wont give this place any stars. So if you come here to chill with your friends and play old games that can run on any pc, this might be an OK place. But if you come here only for gaming, then thats probably not a good idea.

Place was rather meh. Got there and got 2 hrs of credit. Wanted to play but the game I wanted to play had a 6 GB update which was going to take an hour and half. Checked to see if another computer had updated the game, but none of them were. So decided to play another game on bnet and that too was outhe of date. The only game they had up to date was LoL which was super disappointing.Furniture was very beat up and trashy. Each PC had different hardware and a different build which is unusual for a pc cafe. It honestly looked like the builds came from the goodwill next door.The staff was friendly though and gave useless our money back. The hourly rate was good as well.Not a bad place if youre a league player or bring your own setup.

A personal friend worked at cyber zone for a long time. All the staff is awesome and its a great atmosphere to let loose and play.

Computer could not play overwatch. Mouse did not have drivers installed to update key binds. Many keys broken on computer. No headsets. Just bad.
