Customer service here is horrible. Small store, prices aint great

Great place to get spare parts cheap. But the dude there gave me the wrong adapter cord and wrong rom chip for the laptop i bought there. So if you are looking for cheap parts be sure you double check that each one is the right size fit

Westech Recyclers is THE place for recycling anything electronic.Also, they have a store front where they sell used and thoroughly tested electronics. You name it; they have it.For $15 I scored a DE-lux coffee warmer that at some specialty kitchen places would sell for $60. Its brand-new in its original box.

I love going to this place but I wish they were open on Saturdays at least once a month...

Awesome staff and great atmosphere its more like that same feeling you used to get when you walked into Frys electronics up until 2010. I found some great items for my business and can always expect awesome pricing. I love this place. Been going here for over 10 years. They always have interesting items. My only complaint is that they are not open on a Sat. I think Saturday half day hours would benefit them in general.

Great prices on used computer parts. As of 6/10/2020 they were limiting the amount of people in to 2 at a time for 5 min each. I was rushed out when trying to ask questions about used HDDs. They say to call and set up an appointment so they can better assist you and shorten wait times.

Great place to get used computers!

I visited this place based on azcwr recommendations for a budget laptop to install Linux on. You dont need to spend a grand on a laptop to use Linux. With that said, you need to have decent knowledge of what you are looking at or have a smart phone to cross reference what you like, dont expect the laptop to have a battery that holds a charge or even contain a battery, have an HDD and in some circumstances even have RAM. All of those things can be had for minimal cost via the internet. They might even have chips there, Im not 100% sure because they were really busy while I was there. Be sure select a power supply cable b4 leaving. I picked up an HP HDX18 with a 9000Q (quad core) processor and DDR3 ram, it was in otherwise excellent condition, upon loading ubuntu I realized that most of the functions on the touch bar functioned. Although the CDrom doesnt spool. IDK if that matters much in todays world because of the advent of plug and play external cdrom drives.I wish I had known about this place earlier in life.

I used to go get used PCs from people on Craigs List. I discovered Westec about five years ago. I have probably bought forty PCs from them over the years. I have five in my house [many grandkids], I have hooked up my family and friends. Westec will refund or exchange items, but that hardly ever happens. Last week I got a I-TB hard-drive for about thirty dollars. It works great. I cant praise this place enough!Friendly, knowledgeable and above all CHEAP prices!!!

This morning something happened that made ​​me feel very bad, entered the store and saw a all in one pc and Im interested to buy it, i take the pc and asked the manager cashier by the power supply says no have and I see that he says angrily, bad day, I kept thinking, tells me there are some next to test, I take the computer and I check if it works, ask if you can set aside for tomorrow, and says no then put the pc to a table, to check its connections and another person comes in, and see, and seems also interested, I am with the computer in the hand and is the manager and me away from my hands literally and says sold and do not ask me if I want to buy, or anything, I just removes it from my hands, in a very disrespectful way, and I think it was not fair, ask for the manager, and tells me he is the manager . without doing anything, I leave the place thinking, as is possible, that give the place a business manager someone so disrespectful.
