Very friendly people willing to work with you if youre past due on a payment as long as you stay in touch with them. Kinda pricey but thats the price you gotta pay when you dont have a good credit score to buy from somewhere else. Its better than nothing. Graciela and Jessica are great managers and will bend over backwards to get you a good deal. Lamont is very talkative and friendly whenever you see him. Dakota is quiet but funny and friendly when you get to know him. But you dont want Dakota knocking at your door when you dont pay

I have been dealing with your company for over 10 years have gone through a few manager but the one thing I dont like is everything you get new people in the store rules change

I was renting a bedroom set mattress and box spring.. but is very expensive every month. I was paying $214 the total amount was $3500. so I decided to go to Ashleys furniture. I got approved. Now Im paying $2000. and my monthly payments are $141 a month. Im saving money!! rent A Center is very expensive over priced . Low quality!! this is only for a person that has horrible credit and is not able to get an account with regular furniture stores. avoided it if you can!! Try first other stores.

Will never do business with them again. They say theyll work with you and they dont. I had a bed from them and was two days late. They came and got the bed. Very rude.

They told me we could get 2 laptop told them what was going on with our new job and the amount we had to start they said everything was ok we could leave with the 2 laptop but after starting the process they said we could only get one then when we had to leave as they where calling people to verify everything they told us for us to call to check on the application they wont call us to let us know if everything went ok not their job to follow up with us

Had an account with them. All the employees think they run the show. I made arrangements with the manager and other employees basically call me a liar. I dont ever want to rent here again. Heard other places are cheaper anyways.. this place sucks and is a waste of money! Dont come here!!!
