Metro Institute provides online testing for the Michigan Department of Agriculture and they are an absolute abomination! I have had (3) different technicians take tests with Metro Institute and their on line platform only works about 25% of the time. It is complete nonsense and an absolutely terrible process. Trying to get a return call or tech support in a timely manor is completely impossible! Every time the test process fails to work you are required to pay again. The test has never worked on the first try.... EVER! This process has cost me hundreds of hours in lost time and wages and Metro Institute does not care! Unfortunately there is no other option in todays world, but this is where life has taken us in the last 19 months.

Came here 3 times, once for a class and twice to take a certification exam. Staff is professional, and everything went fine. The exams are done on a computer and you have to leave your cell phone and electronics outside the room. They should have a locking box or locker to put these in but instead you just lay them on an open, unwatched desk. Id advise leaving your electronics in your car. The class was informative but rather boring like most recorded classes. However, I did pass so it was worthwhile.

Great training and continued education. Their staff is knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are competitive. The classes are entertaining and best of all jimmy johns delivers.

The CEU’s were top notch this year. They offer classes right up to the last day possible for renewal. It’s a million times better then doing it online or paying way more elsewhere. Well done boy’s. Well done
