Every person who has come to our home has been genuinely nice and professional. I have been impressed by their communication skills (both the business and each tech we have met). They have kept us informed with arrival time call/heads-up, clear description of problem and solutions, any delays due to obtaining parts (which they expedite as much as they can), honesty when a problem is confusing and willing to call up the line of expertise to find best options (and explain), costs and time estimates. I ask questions and they give patient, complete answers, never patronizing. Top notch. On one occasion, they did the research for us on a Trane warranty we didnt have paperwork for...and made necessary contacts to save us much expense. Highly recommend!
I’ve been so pleased with the service calls I’ve made. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so responsive, respectful, and professional. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been especially cautious about our interactions with others but the service staff have come masked, maintained distance, and worn shoe coverings in and out of the house. In addition, they explained the issues, provided helpful instruction about maintaining our system, and even hooked up an option we didn’t know we had on our unit! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. When it was time to pay, we felt the cost was incredibly fair. Should we need future repairs, this will be our first call!

We had a very positive experience with these fine folks. When we were getting our new unit, the Mears men went back to the distributor several times because the units they received were damaged in shipping and they were not installing a damaged unit on our house, even if the damage was just cosmetic. That told me a lot about their ethics. They took extreme care at every juncture and when they found something was not right they made it right at no additional cost. As an example, we had a breaker issue and the Mears men replaced it for me. I didnt see the charge for the part on my invoice and I called to question it. I was told that they took care of it for us as part of the service. Clearly, they didnt have to do this. This is greatly appreciated. Further, we shopped around before deciding which unit to buy, and at the end of our due diligence we found that Mears offered the best price; they then backed that up with exceptional service. I am very pleased with this company and the men who did the work. I highly recommend this company.
Nathan was the service tech who serviced our unit. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Courtdeous; wore cloth booties and gloves into the residence. Explained service procedures and work accomplished. A good representative for the Company.
My home and business have used this local Sunnyslope service for 4 decades plus. i am now retired and no longer in business but would recommend their professionalism and honest prompt service.
Fantastic, exceptional and professional service! I called around an hour ago and was greeted by a very kind and courteous customer service representative who told me a service technician would be calling within 15 min to setup a visit and the charge would be $69 whether there is anything wrong or not. The service technician Shane called me within 5 min and followed up with courteous informational calls to ensure that I knew I could utilize my home warranty to reimburse me.Shane the service tech showed up within the hour to promptly check the usual things, the thermostat, the air filter and then he went up on the roof. He proceeded to drain the unit and clean the coils, performing the regular maintenance to the air conditioning unit. After a thorough inspection and fine tuning, he said that my air compressor shut off due to overheating. He proceeded to recheck his work and thereupon go check my split unit in the garage which has the air filter to see if there were any points that would cause it to overheat.He replied that he has seen this before, but if it happens again to call them and he would surmise that it would be the compressor thats the culprit. I asked him what regular maintenance intervals does he recommend and he said they usually come out and check the unit in the Spring, just before the Summer, and in the Fall, just before the Winter. But for my Split System, hed only recommend once a year due to the unit on the roof not operating at all during the Winter. Oh and it only cost me $89 for all that he did!! :DThe whole experience was a delight considering the uncomfortable prospects and I will definitely use them for regular maintenance, highly recommended them to friends, family and coworkers!
I love this company. I am a senior citizen and Richard and Greg that have come out to fix my air conditioner and now my heater have been so nice and respectful toward me. I cant say enough good things about this company.

The driver almost killed me and my fiance, great company standards I only hope that when you are training your drivers you include the fact that turn signals are important and so is the speed limit,this man who willbeposted online for your reference is a dangerous driver and will have no problem cutting you off and flipping you off while laughing at the fact he almost killed you with an extremely idiotic driving decision
Ive been using Dial One Mears air conditioning and heating service for several years and Im thoroughly satisfied with their customer service and the technical expertise of their technicians. RJ performed our spring startup service today and true to Dial One Mears form, he left no stone unturned during his inspection and thoroughly briefed us afterward. Thanks to Dial One Mears seasonal services, my wife and I have had no issues with our AC unit. And that says a lot given the brutal heat of Arizona summers. I would definitely recommend their services.
Ive been using Dan, the holy grail of a/c techs: master certified, self employed, super honest and very reasonable. When he told me he was retiring, I went into a panic. Most of my previous experiences with a/c service companies was not good. Fortunately, he did refer me to Dial One Mears. I called for a noisy compressor and seasonal tune up; they were out to my house the next day (on time), and Clarence (my tech) was exceptionally professional, polite and thorough. He identified and remedied the vibration noise, serviced and cleaned both units and replaced a worn contact switch. In and out in about three hours, all for a reasonable charge. Dans retirement is safe. Ill be using Mears from here on.

A new Lennox AC / heat pump was installed this year. The fan blower is designed to run (with Fan ON) on a low speed until the cooling or heating cycle comes on, and then it shifts into high speed. I wanted the fan to run at the same sounding speed all the time, since when the cooling mode cycles off at night the change in fan sound from high to low wakes me up. The only AC service provider in the valley who knew how to fix this problem was Dial One Mears. The Manager called Lennox, got all the details and fixed the problem without violating the warranty. Now I only get woken up if the power goes out in a storm via APS.

We purchased a unit from them in October 2014.the experience was great and the person that came out to the house was very knowledgeable.he gave us three choices and he knew the differences between the units and was able to discusspros and cons of all three units.the price was very competitive and well explained.on the day of installation things went very well considering the house was configured for a smaller unit.there some small problems in the beginning but on each occasion a tech arrived in only a couple of hours. and was able to trouble shoot what happened and fix each problem.since then the system has worked perfectly.not only does the house cool very well now but I have saved some $100.00 a month in utility bills.they also explained to the advantages of a second register and they were right on targetthe house cools better and more evenly.I also really like the computerized thermostat as I can program in the temp and it cools to that tempwithout me having to adjust it. it even has a cool app for ones cell phone.this is a great company made up of quality individuals that are knowledgeable and helpful.I would recommend this company to anyone that needs an a/c unit or simply service on an existing unit.again great company and great to do business with. i would give this company five star ratingwith no hesitation.sam garber
