My experience was nothing short of amazing. Shannon helps me out with everything and help me order my console. She also helped me order it to the store because it live at apartments and shipping it to them would not be convenient. GameStop rocks!!! Cant wait !

Lol she had me convinced it was never created for my system until my mom found it for me online to order. Thats okay though... This game stop is located inside the mall which kind of explains the higher prices. I normally go to the one in Peoria. I feel like their prices are better. I guess the name of the game is location, location.

This is seriously the worst gamestop. First time I ordered Rune Factory 2 online and when I got to the car i realized it was Rune Factory one which was $10 cheaper. Second time just a couple minutes ago I ordered online and was charged regular price even though I used my pro member ID online to purchase. I get into the car and literally on the box pro member price is cheaper. This game stop is a 40 minute drive from my house. It will be the last time I order from them.Also I realize its only $2 but whats the point of paying for the membership if Im not getting the perks?!

GameStops always my to-go place for all video games and game accessories. this store is a small store but it will have what youre looking for. I come here often to make trades and buy new games 😊 I recently bought devil May cry 5 and super Mario 3D All Stars.

This place has not changed since I was 13. Only the layout to fit more devices and games. Same structure of sales. Go in and buy games trade and sell.

For unwilling to help me with what I was there for because I came from a different state even though the GameStop from the state where I moved said that they should have been helping me due to corporate policy they refused to wont be going back again

Customers service was great. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable. But i cant stand gamestop policy, buy a $70 game, trade-in next day for $12? They dont do trades unless its the same game. I had 2 copies of spiderman when it was released, i took one back to trade for something better, nope they would take for $18, not enough for the other game i wanted. Felt jipped. I dont do gamestop anymore.

If I can give 0 star rating I probably would. Now Ive been to the GameStop at 43rd Avenue and Indian School, they told me that they would be able to buy two of the same game and they be able to give cash not just store credit. I was at the Christown Mall GameStop location and I was told that they only do store credit and cannot take two of the same game. The staff behind the counter were extremely rude and I would be surprised if they knew anything about video games at all. They are extremely rude to buy 3 and 5 year old boys. I would highly recommend taking the short drive to 43rd and Indian school so you can have a better experience

Product didnt play & employee said no refunds. I left th game on the counter and walked out.3 people coming in told them what happened & they turned & walked out.

Mall location. Bought two used games and neither one worked when I got home. They did replace them with two different ones and so far they work.Overall not a bad place just slow at the counter and I wish they would check the used games before they resell them.

We visited the christown mall that has game stop located inside...the store is actually closed for customers to go inside you have to do online purchases then have your items delivered to the store. I forgot to get the associate name the female that helped us was very kind, friendly and helpful she gave us diff. opinions to how we can purchase our head set. We were able to order our head set then and there and pick it up the same day..thank you

They were actually really kind and easy to work with. I bought a used controller that didnt work so when I went to return it they easily helped me find another xbox one controller that looked almost identical and works like a charm! I love the lime green :) thanks for being nice GameStop!

The games can be a bit pricey although you can get a good deal on used games sometimes. The used selection is decent. Most of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable.

I get why this place only has 3 stars or less. They are rude, only care about themselves and ignore customers to talk to their fellow employee. I had gone Im there over the holidays and there was a few employees who I really liked, one was a girl always with a smile greeting people and who seemed knowledgeable about the Switch which is why I bought one. Now theres this boy named Tyler who cant suggest one thing I would like and terrible skills. Why hire someone who doesnt know what customers would like or about a game system you sell? The people they have working there are absolutely terrible with their attitudes. If this store is near you, listen... Go to the next closest because this store is also tiny. They also care more about upsetting customers, I wanted my preorder money back from a game and they said no. I heard them later say it wouldve hurt their sales and numbers. Never going back. They dont care about customers at all about this location.

This place is nice and cool bought my PS4 pro here and other more inventory. My only issue is that sometimes when I arrive it smells like ganja, and for the young kids its not appropriate, please customers or employees keep your stress at home.

Huge fiasco trying to get a certified refurbished Xbox 360 wireless controller that ACTUALLY works! I know they are used but had hoped going to a big chain theyd at least have been tested in some small way. Ive gotten controllers where buttons are entirely frozen, one had a cracked casing, missing FCC & CE sockets and 2 which had the D-pad fall off! Im returning the most recent exchange for my money back and going to Zia.

Waited in a long line to buy something. That fat dude the employee with glasses, I dont know his name, told me I could no longer purchase it since I had problems paying with my phone. And I asked if I could pay with card, and he said I couldnt purchase it. The worst customer service I have ever received!!! If you plan to waste your time with rude employees, I recommend it.

I only go here for pops and certain collectables. Who buys hard copies of games these days? They need to start selling retro games to compete with places like Bookmans.

I have always been a fan of video games and GameStop is the best place to go for them! The workers are always upfront and honesty is definitely a welcomed quality. The store can be small and get packed easily, but I think its that smallness, that closeness, where GameStop really gets its charms from. Theres so much to see and experience at GameStop. From the walls of new realeases and pre-owned to the racks of figures, plushies, and other fun items featuring your favorite game characters. I never get tired of visiting Game Stop. And if you havent been before, then what are you waiting for?

Place is always busy, kids everywhere, and understaffed. Salespeople are nice but make mistakes. I bought what was supposed to be a PS4 game and she put the PS3 version of the game in the case instead. Selection is OK, but used games arent worth getting most of the time, as they are only a few dollars cheaper. Ill usually only stop here if Im desperate and Ive been everywhere else.

This Game Stop has everything from controls, games used and new, t-shirts, posters, merch, toys. Not to mention a helpful staff who is knowledgeable and helpful. They answer your questions and find you your games. The only problem is the trade-in system and never getting your moneys worth, on certain items.

Worst store ever,this place should be burned to the ground! I spent around $400 dollars getting an Xbox one and 3 extra controllers, got a game pass or whatever and only one of the 4 controllers I got have a working headset port and thats only when the controller wants to work, 2 of the controllers wont go down and bounces on the screen instead and the other wanders all by itself! They are all wireless and I bought everything except the charging stations used so apparently Im screwed. What a waste and to think I waited all year for taxes because I cant afford this kind of stuff normally for my kids and family, if only we all had $400 dollars to throw away!

The place is incredibly tiny. Its a small little store next to bed bath and beyond near the Costco food court. The staff are somewhat friendly but not very knowledgeable. I asked one rep about a used Xbox sitting behind her and she clearly had no knowledge of gaming. Even questions like. is this a 500 or 1tb model? she was incapable of answering.I got my pre-order for pokemon lets go here. It was not a smooth process. They also had us standing for a good period which was not easy with my disability.

A little crowded at times but the staff was helpful and always willing to go the extra mile

Don’t shop at this Gamestop or any for that matter. They are thieves... sold me a copy of a game... broken... got another copy... broken too. When confronted they did nothing to help nor did they apologize. They offered me $25 for a game i had bought from them hours earlier for $65.

I felt welcome as walking in i was even offered an ad, i bought a few preowned games gta 5 and 3 for 15.99 games i give a 4 star because the games are for a gift and i want them to be equally enjoyed. The employee wasnt too knowlegable about the preowned games under 15.99, no worries tho.

Let me start off and tell you, Dave, the manager, is a real great guy. He is a fair and equitable individual, and will always make sure you are treated right.

I would give it zero stars if I could; horrible customer service. Lied to me about getting my money back on a pre-order. It is the closest location to my home but I will never go back. I would rather drive a little extra for people that actually care about their customers.
