Definitely the place to go for your neighborhood corner market, pizzeria, or alcohol needs. The pastries and coffee are delectable and reasonably priced. The grocery… can be a little upmarket, but definitely the curio locale to visit after a date night. The pizza is healthy and vegan friendly, though the menu is polar opposite of Streets of NY: only a couple non-veggie options. But the bar is a hidden gem, fantastic drinks, selection, and Sara is a delight!
This is a must go to place in Phoenix! All the food here is great between the pizza, burgers, drinks, and appetizers. I visit this place anytime I get the chance to!They make their own in house Cashew cheese for their pizzas so its easier to adjust and make a good portion of the pizzas vegan. Would definitely suggest getting the chips and salsa as it wont be a disappointment! There is a Dine in seating on one side, and a small shopping section on the other side which includes ice cream and fresh dessert items; they also have candles, wines, and miscellaneous gift items which offers a great experience after eating. The parking lot out front can get somewhat crowded but there is also another smaller parking lot directly behind the building next to Postino as well - these can fill up quickly on the weekend evenings.Would definitely recommend this place to anyone if you are nearby!
I used to love this place. We just spent a small fortune, and the $12 salad..... barley filled half of the container. This is the 2nd time in 3 trips that this happened. Im done with the high priced nonsense. Portions used to justify cost. Now its just measly portions for same price. In fact more with rising prices.
Had an amazing time here. Met some friends that live here. They come her often and have always talked about how cool this place is. It didn’t disappoint. Fun food, Great Staff, and Great Gifts.
Creative, gourmet, artisanal pizzas served in a trendy, but casual cafe.First of all, THE CRUST 🙌🏽 So flavorful and the perfect texture! Crispy outside and soft, chewy inside. The red sauce was bright, fresh, and a tad tangy which balanced out the cheese and grease from the toppings on the Gladiator. We also got the Mushroom Party with the chicken sausage which was the yin to our gladiator yang. If you love white pizza, garlic, and/or mushrooms, this pizza is a must! Definitely a much richer flavor than the Gladiator, but it was well-balanced and delightful. My fiancé even commented on how good everything was and he is usually pretty indifferent. Well done LGO. We can’t wait to return & try everything else!
First time I have eaten here although I have been in the little store many times. My brother and I ordered a Margarita pizza and 6 wings. Both were excellent! Great ambiance to sit and talk and people watch. Our server was so nice! I apologize that I cant recall his name because he was great! After dinner we looked around the store and I purchased 2 desserts to take home, a slice of carrot cake and a slice of red velvet ( and both were yummy!) We both got a cup of coffee from the coffee bar and sat outside at a little table to enjoy it. Everyone coming in and out looked happy to be there at this wonderful little place. Also if you havent tried them, buy some of the English muffins!! They are sooooo good!!
Really fun place to come to with family. Pizza is really good available after 4 or on weekends at 11 I found out. Kent I think his name was super helpful. The girl who took my order was really helpful w my children. Will be back soon as I’m tomorrow.
This place has some really great food. Up until recently they did have some of the best ranch dressing. Unfortunately they changed it and the new dressing is horrible. That’s the only reason for the 3 stars. Bring back the old ranch!
I ordered 3 of these pizzas in the past 2 weeks. For a $25 pizza I expect more of the toppings I ordered. And they charged me $4 for the prosciutto which the menu says $3. See photo. Also you can’t exchange toppings either. LGO charges you every topping you add even if you delete toppings from pizza chosen. I would not recommend for pizza here at LGO. You get more for the money at Oreganos.
Delicious food with a large menu. Lots of fresh choices with something for everyone. Also, some very healthy options that might be a little pricey, but you have lots of fresh choices... Oh, coffee and mimosas! :)
Great place for salads, sandwiches, and pizza. Oh, and don’t forget to get something from the dessert case…they have fantastic sweet treats! Their sea salt dark chocolate chip cookie is my go-to!
Love their salads. The kale quinoa salad is one of my favorites.
LGO is pretty awesome. I’ve honestly only been a few times and enjoyed sitting in their little bar spot in the back. They had some delicious pizzas, and great recommendations to make them more delicious, I do wish there am was a little more beer options, but enjoy the full pitcher for the price of two beers! (Shared ..of course…??) not a fan of their wings, I LOVE that they are not fried, but the seasoning on them is a bit off. (But that’s just me, you may love them!)I have yet to buy things in the store, came close once as they had something I was like, oh cool! But the price was a bit much for my wallet, so skipped out on it.Their coffee is yummy too!
Great place to go in the morning and to meet up with friends. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I got a scone this time as it was recommended by the guy next to me inline and a latte with vanilla and it was great! My friends got a sandwich on the English muffin for breakfast and it look good too. Will be back next week for our same mom meet up.
So much fun, plus great food. Their breakfast sandwiches and coffee are the bomb! Then there is lunch & their pizza, so good. Then dinner and salsa. They also have a killer bakery, whether its a great cookie or a lovely cake they have what you need...
Good spot to meet a friend for lunch. The dining room is seat yourself, and it was fun to shop the grocery side while waiting for my food to be ready. They have a cute quirky selection of items that would be great for gifts, and I definitely want to come back for those hard to shop for friends and family at Christmas time.
Excellent Gelato. Difficult to psrk
The best breakfast sandwich in the West!!!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Cold Brew on fire. Great little place I found
Love the feeling and ambiance of this place. Expo was difficult to understand as a first timer, it was so loud already but listen our for your name was even more difficult and there wasnt clear direction for busting your table? Do we do it or leave it? Food was cold, they were busy so maybe it was an oversight. Coffee was delicious, pastries were also good. Our cashier was extremely helpful but the rest of the staff seemed lackluster so that doesnt help when youre trying to navigate a restaurant for the first time.
I have been coming to this place since 2004, and it is one of my all time favorite places. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. And definitely buy a pack of English muffins to bring home!
La Grande Orange is just a classic organic delicious eatery!! They always provide the freshest ingredients with unique dishes. They never disappoint with there amazing quality and freshest ingredients. Best Tuna Melt on the planet and their pancakes are amazing too. Fresh squeezed orange juice and great coffee too. U just cant beat it!
La Grande never disappoints! I tried the curry chicken salad for the 1st time and it was lovely. Great flavor! My husband had the cheeseburger with fries and the baked chicken wings which are always terrific. Outstanding service, too. Cant wait to dig into the chocolate cake and chocolate walnut cookie for dessert!
It was my first time here for lunch and the pizza was so good! The sourdough crust was so delicious!
Cute little shop with coffee, pastries and goodies. I got an oat milk latte. So fun to see house made oat milk that uses molasses.
The pizza was delicious. Mine was a bit salty but I still loved it and ate it all. I got the Roasted Corn pizza with Sun-dried tomatoes instead of roasted tomatoes. My boyfriend got The Rocketman pizza and liked his as well. There are many vegetarian and vegan options, which is nice! They also have these mini cupcakes that are adorable and tasty.
Food is average. You order from a counter and pick up your own food. You bus your own table but they charge prices like a full service restaurant
Nice place. I dont go there very often due to the parking situation.
The food and service here are excellent!Just to share a recent experience, the last time I was here with my family enjoying dinner, everything came out wonderfully. However, one pizza out of the 3 we ordered came out slightly well done...Not to worry, the manager was on top of everything! Not only did he immediately take care of the pizza on our bill (after offering to have it remade) but then brought us out a gift card and took care of our next bottle of wine.It is a breath of fresh air to recieve this type of incredible service and attention to detail !
O my goodness. This pizza is just too good. Only thing that truly sucks is how far it is away from me. This is one place I feel absolute confidence in telling people to go there and know they will enjoy all of it. The crust and toppings are top notch. I will always make my way out here when craving great pizza.
Pancakes taste like rubber and everything was really expensive for what it was. The key lime pie didnt have much of a lime flavor either. It was very crowded with all the shelves and I couldnt find anything. It was my first time there and I dont think Ill be coming back.
Great place for a delicious lunch after a hike. Moderately priced large menu with salads, sandwiches and pizza that all taste super fresh. The cookies are incredible. Good for takeaway but theres also a large room of seating. Cute shop with shirts, books, cards and souvenirs as well. New cake shop, too.
First time I was here and went crazy on the deserts! There was others I wanted but I had to draw the line at $38. LOL!Taking the wife here for the next date night for sure! Watching them cooking in the back you can tell there is so much love that goes into this food. Thats what makes this place different from others. So go now!
I want to start off by saying how amazing this place is . Their food is amazing BUT this lst time i went i was a little dissapointed with the service ..My little sister and i went . We were greeted and seated the girl was super nice however we waited 15 -20 min . To be asked if we wanted water or if were ready to order . At this point i was a little upset and we were about to leave and then our server came . She seemed very rushed and never came back to see if we needed anything else or anything . I had to go look for her to get my check .Why did i still give a 5 star ? Because honestly i love going here it was just this onne time i was dissapointted .
The Margarita pizza was unique. Very solid and chewy. Just my opinion.
Great spot with tasty sandwiches, coffee, and desserts! They have a small shopping area with fun and unique items. I love that they carry vintage candy.
The staff is friendly. They have arugula pizza which is good. The salads are delicious!
Great place to meet friends! Nicely spaced outdoor seating area! Today, I had the cherry pumpkin seed bar and it was delicious. Last week I had the pecan sticky bun which had lots of nuts but was overbaked and too buttery for my taste. Lots of good, morning energy here!
Over priced but decent food not jaw-dropping but ok
If you don’t know - now you know!! LGO is THE spot!!!!!!!I don’t even know where to start there’s so many great aspects to this place! They are known for being a French Grocery store where they’ve got excellent wines and pre-made healthy meals! My personal favorite is their excellent coffee bar and baked goods! (They have a WHOLE bake shop next door!!!!!)Along with all of the cakes, cookies, macaroons and sweet treats you could think of, they’ve got an amazing selection of gelatos and sorbets!! Always rotating flavors to keep it fun, you can’t go wrong with any selection here!Bonus - head next door to their pizzeria to have dinner with the fam bam and then finish the night with ice cream and sweet treats!
Been going here for years. I usually only order one thing and that’s a vegetarian sandwich I absolutely love that sandwich and I drive from 19th Ave. to get one once in a while hopefully it always stayed on the menu
I love love LOVE this place. The food is always good and the cute grocery shopping area is a lot of fun.
Lots of good stuff to choose from and the staff is very friendly. The chicken, burgers and pizza are all awesome
My family LOVES La Grande Orange, every time we visit Arizona for our vacation home we eat here! Amazing service, amazing food, you can’t get any better than this!
Absolutely one of the best places in all of Phoenix. Coffee is good, pastries are good and the food is good.Parking can be difficult but that’s because it’s so popular!
Great Food, Great Staff, Great Place. Great Great Great. Fun place to bring people.
Yeah just yeah. Used to love it. Now I hate it. Even hesitant to go to Ingos just because its an LGO establishment also.
Amazing…the food, the shop, the atmosphere! Do not miss out on this gem!
Very dope space! Im calling it a space because its much more than meets the eye, very cute cafe vibe but also cute pizzeria. Its like 4 worlds merged in one. Definitely add this to your list of places to pop in and shop and eat!
Not a bad stop and shop kind of place. Good food and dont order pizza before 1100. Breakfast was good.
I love LGO. Cannot beat their English Muffins. LGO and every concept within is killing it!! Yeah, it’s hard to park. Okay, I’ll deal with that if it means getting one of the most amazing delicious pizzas ever.
It was pretty busy when we went. There is a lot going on in this place. Parking can be tricky, we got lucky and found a spot right away. Be ready to say excuse me a bunch when walking through. If you like vegan or vegetarian this place is for you, gluten options as well. If you like different pizza, like corn and avocado different, this place is for you, they do have a meaty pizza and the margarita was good. Inside and outside seating options.
Salad with fresh vegetables and roasted Turkey, incredible but the cherry pistachio gelato is phenomenal.
LGO’s pizza is one of a kind. If you love sourdough crust, then this is the pizza place for you.
This pizza restaurant is my favorite place in the city. The pizza they were serving was a mouth-watering one. The food came out quickly and the staffs were very welcoming. The place itself was so comfortable, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The rates were also competitive. This place is a must-see place in the area. Im sure Ill suggest this place to my mates.
Fun little store! Stopped after dinner and had a glass of wine and dessert or great place to grab a cup of coffee or snack. Been here twice when Ive visited from out of town and will come back again.
Excellent little market and restaurant! Pizza was delicious! Ill definitely be back!
I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. The Parisian Cheesy Eggs tasted so artificial and had no flavor to it, the yogurt especially tasted like spoiled milk. The pineapple and bread on the side was good though just not the rest of the food.Rating: 2/10
Great food and atmosphere...love the breakfast.
I love their pancakes (crepes) never fails Every time I get them they are so delicious and light and fluffy! I also got some fresh lemonade and bought a few items from the bakery to take home! I recommend this to all my friends!
I liked it because my drink was beautifully made. I wonder if I couldve added an espresso shot. I will visit again for some dessert. PLANET EARTH IS THE BEST IN THE UNIVERSE
Always great food. Wish they would serve the green chili cheeseburger for lunch on Fridays.
First time there in about 12-15 years, theyve redesigned the interior due to Covid. Had a pepperoni pizza that was better than I remembered. Pizza prep isnt rushed but well worth the wait.
GREAT pizza. Wonderful place for a date.
Great operation. just stopped in for english muffins which are the best in town.
One of my favorite places in Arcadia. Such a good structure with the market, bakery, pizzeria & back bar. Good vibes & great food.
Got a recommendation to come here. Didn’t have a great experience. Parking was a nightmare. Standing room only inside. Rude employees, very impersonal. Probably should have a capacity limit imposed for safety since the aisles surely couldn’t be wheelchair accessible? Food wasn’t good for being pricey... dang!
The vegetarian Corn Pizza is now my all time favorite pizza ever.🍕 Madam Croquet for breakfast rocks as well. 🙂 quick curbside pickup too. You guys Rock!
Love going here, always great eats. They are still doing the ordering from the grocery section and that was annoying. Far less table service.
LGO has managed to keep its vibrancy while putting in place safety measures. The nature of the place means you will occasionally get close to one other people, but on nice days the whole front is opened up and it feels like youre outside more than in a building. The place has charm and soul, which we all need a big dose of right now.We ordered the fennel pizza, which was crusty, toasty, and delicious. And my wife loves to browse the boutique while we wait.
Please train your service staff to be nicer and more patient. Every time I order I feel like they cant stand me or working there. Either way the vibe is deterring.
Amazing food! Definitely worth eating here.
First trying their pizza it was bomb delicious🥰🤤😜
