Simply stunning gelato! So many flavors and they all looked delicious. All of them were light yet still rich. And the actual place itself is so nicely decorated. I mean, look at those napkins! They take the time to decorate the display case and spiral the napkins. I could come here every week and never tire of it!

The perfect place for dessert ANYTIME! The flavors are fresh, well thought out, and very tasty. There is a flavor or combo of flavors for you. I tasted the Lotus Cookie Butter, Strawberries & Champagne, Pineapple, Espresso Chip. All flavors were delish but I eventually landed on Cookie Butter and Pineapple!Clarissa was super friendly and helpful to give details about the flavors and what they’re made of. For example, the Strawberries & Champagne is made with a full bottle of bubbles and then topped off at the end so the gelato itself is fizzy. The atmosphere is perfect for a get together or first date. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to get quality gelato and sorbet desserts.

Every flavor is an amazing experience! The place is clean and located in a fancy outdoor mall. You can seat outside with your dog. Prices are fair. I wish they have a vegan option.

Ive been here twice and had a good experience both times. The staff was nice and we were in and out pretty quick despite there being people in front of us. I love the dark chocolate gelato, the strawberry & champagne sorbet and the lemon sorbet.

First visit here to see my friend Cass who works as manager there. I LOVE all the varieties of flavors and can you believe they make them ALL fresh everyday?! Try the pineapple sorbet and the little chocolate covered coconut Gelato balls. Delish!

Huge selection, artful presentation. Absolutely delicious. Theres usually a small line but it goes fast. Top notch customer service by friendly staff. Clean. Indoor and patio seating available. We usually grab our treats and go sit in the shopping center courtyard. The kids play on the turf by the fountaun and mingle with other kiddos. Fun experience for all.

Super personable dude when we were there, good recommendations. A couple of those Gelato pans looked like they needed to be swapped out after their couple of days of service though. But over all, really good customer service and great product.

Delicious! We sat outside with our dog and they gave a pup treat with whipped cream. It was too much so let our pup enjoy a bit but then stopped. Loved the flavors or the gelato...got marble cherry and a lotus cookie! Will be back!

Really popular, with quite the line. The sorbet was pretty good, and came with a cute biscotti as well. A bit pricey for the amount in the cup.

The ladies working were so friendly and patient and Id go back just for the customer service. The added bonus is the Gelato was awesome and my wife and kids loved it.

We go to frost about once a month and this time we had a very stale waffle cone and they barely put any ice cream in it or the medium container we also purchased. For $13 we should be getting better quality.

This is by far one of the best places to come for gelato! I recently came here for the first time and I absolutely loved my experience! The staff were super friendly and helpful (especially when choosing good flavors)! I ended up getting the large (3 scoops) size of rafaello, vanilla and coconut and it was TO DIE FOR!!! Thats on period!

I had a few flavors here. Between my date and I we ordered two flavors each. I tried the mango which was good. I dont remember my second flavor. Lol. But my date ordered salt caramel and it was pretty good. They dont allow sampling anymore. it would have been nice to be able to taste a few different flavors to be able to get the best that you may like.

Proper waffle cones, interesting flavors, real delicious proper ice-cream, generous portions, super friendly service. Perfection. A must visit place! Highly recommended!!

The gelato is average. They will not give samples due to COVID yet I had multiple samples earlier in the week at a different gelato shop in Old Town.I would not have chosen the flavor that I did had I been given a sample. Annoying.

Frost choose not to respect the right of every American that has health conditions which doctors advise them not to wear a mask. We were kick out for not wearing a mask. Wait staff were very disrespectful and rude! I have come to this place for years it is sad to see the lack of service as the years go on.
