Ordered online, and next day went to the curbside pick up spot, checked in on email and got my product brought to me in the car. Very easy! 😉👌

The current construction nearby is horrific. The store could have a better set up... its a little confusing as is. The selection and sale prices are great once you find them.

Still open in the Paradise valley mall. The selection looks like they are cleaning out the stockroom. Clearance was pretty reasonable in price. Coupon didnt work on items.

Staff is super helpful and the department stores very clean. But the mens department upstairs is very warm.

My hair turned out amazing. I had my eyebrows waxed they look great. I had my roots done, brows done and my hair trimmed. It was my fault for not asking how much it would cost beforehand. My total was $175. Im not complaining about the cost it was just a shock because the most Ive paid there before was much less. So buyer beware. Make sure you know your cost beforehand. They do really great work there.

I ordered 2 mattresses back in July apparently the beds we purchased was out of stock but we got no notification about the order being canceled. Went in the store to reordered and again the canceled with out informing us! This is not exceptible! From the first order it should be delivered at the end of the month and it looks like we wont be getting them cuz we keep getting canceled and we never authorized! This in unexceptable! Never buying mattresses here again

The good news is that this (and Costco) are the only stores remaining open since the closure of the Paradise Valley Mall. No issues with parking! However, the inventory of products available seems to be dwindling, and staffing is almost nil.

Good place to shop, nice quality and had a sale. Clerk said they owned the building so wont be closing with the rest of the mall. Glad to hear it, theyve been around for a long time.

Had what I was looking for. The Christmas decorations were stunning. Cardboard One dimensional objects hanging by wire here and there just bring out the spirit. Thankfully no Christmas music because I never get tired of the 20 year old pop hits playing.

I would like to share that the jewelry clerk named Bryan was super nice. He helped me looking through jewelry and made me feel safe during these times of COVID. I hope he gets a raise for being so customer friendly and attentive. My husband and I had a great experience with him and hope to return to the store again.

Only dropped into this store yesterday with my fiance for a quick help at the jewelry counter and just requested a ring size for fitting and it was quick painless easy going and a pleasure to assist. It was less than 10 mins and we where out and that was nice because of these times we are a bit more weary about things and the lady that helped us was wonderful, polite and kind.

I havent been in a JCPenney store in FOREVER. I went in here to look around and possibly pick up some new t-shirts. The store wasnt busy and I was able to find what I was looking for. The store is very well kept up and maintained.It would suck to see JCPenney go under like Sears. I hope the company can turn things around and survive for many years to come.

Went here to get family pictures. Ive been going here since I was a kid with my mom and dad. Now I am taking my kids. The photographer was great with my kids and I have one that is 2. She was awesome get my kids attention for the pictures. I also go to this store for clothes also. Love this store.

I ordered a mattress from here and it was too soft for me, so I wanted to return it for a firmer one. Came in within the 48 hour return window and had to wait about 1.5 hours for a sales person and two different managers to figure out how to even process the return and order a new one. Then about another 45 minutes to find the product online that was on the showroom floor. Then, when we finally purchased the order, $700 later, they had placed the order for the wrong sized mattress. They told me that even though they cancelled the order immediately it would take 5-7 days for the money to return to my card. So I’m supposed to pay another $700 and be out $700 for a week... thankfully my bank was helpful enough to put the money on my card immediately. The actual sales person was very apologetic and kind but I will never order.. anything here again. It was very unprofessional and very disorganized. Please order mattresses elsewhere.

A few days ago my Son and I came in to find a pants That i saw online. We are regular customers and as I talked to the cashier Cassandra she pointed and gave very unclear direction. When I was asking Cassie for more directions another associate Autumn approach us and said Id be more than happy to direct you with a warm greeting smile. She made me feel more comfortable and I had trust in her by Autumn just being really confident. I showed her the pants I was looking for she walked us to the pants and even made conversation and was very joyful. Afterwards she helped me find my size and brought extras to the fitting for me then Autumn compliment me! and even suggested a shirt. So I took the offer, we found such a beautiful shirt for a very good price. when I was getting ready to leave she also help check me out because no cashier was on site! Autumn even told me and my son to have a nice day. Ive never had such good service like this before and I want Autumn to be recognized for it. She was the only associate I saw besides the cashier Cassandra( who wasnt that much of help) I dont know where the other associates were, but I know Autumn has been doing such a great job just by my experience with her and definitely will be coming back!

I came here the day of my Birthday to get a perm, well this is what i got. No curls, just waves, the lady rolled it weird, i normally go under a dryer not this time, my shirt was soaking wet and there was no manager to handle the situation. I only get a perm once a year and it always looked beautiful and curly, well not this time!!! $90 for waves ☹☹☹Never coming here again!!!

I came here to get a nice outfit for an interview that I have tomorrow and found exactly what I was looking for, including shoes! A top, pants, jacket and shoes (that my husband thinks are sexy!) We had already been to Dillards, and Robinsons looking for Christmas ties. Dillards didnt have any, and Robinsons had two.But when you get to the second floor at Penneys you enter there Christmas area. They have a wide selection of Christmas ties. WOW!The store is uncluttered with room to walk and see what your shopping for.Hats off to Penneys for a great shopping experience, and I dont like shopping.

I read looking for boys shorts preferably on sale and I was in a hurry. I found 2 pairs and then found a clerk who very kindly showed me where to find the begin area for boys shorts. Found what I needed and was able to check out quickly.. again with a clerk who was extremely helpful!

Huge sales going on right now, I was able to get 2 pairs of jeans, 2 shorts, 2 purses, 1 wallet, a bathing suit, pajamas pants, and a pair of chucks for under $50. Theres always a coupon on their website, and they have so much on sale it would take all day to look through it all. The cashier we had, Mari, was very sweet, personable, and was quickly running two registers at the same time to accommodate how busy her line was.
