This is by far my favorite cigar shop in the valley and the new location has an expanded lounge and an even larger walk-in humidor. Also ample parking and big screen TVs to hang out and enjoy while youre smoking in the lounge.The old location was on Cave Creek and Bell road.

So I ordered cigars online. What an amazing company! The cigars are great. They are exactly what I was looking for. Not only were the cigars packaged nicely, but care was taken to send bumper sticker. The cigars were humidified with two boveda packs at 69%. I purchased over 40 cigars with all of them coming in perfect unbroken condition. I cannot ask for a better experience. I will be using them for almost all my cigar needs from now on (of course they don’t carry everything so that is where brick and mortar stores come in, but the selection is AMAZING and very little left for wanting)!

I came across Cigars Daily through YouTube and really liked Tim and his informative videos. Gave it a shot and got my first humidor, Boveda packs and cigar sampler from them a day later. Fast Shipping for sure! I opened the box and only found the Acrylic Humidor.......wait where is all the other stuff I ordered? I opened the humidor box and found everything neatly put inside the Humidor sitting at 66% humidity. I opened up one of the Boveda packs and 3 hours later sitting at 69%. Unfortunately, I have never been to the store. It is about 1,780 miles and 28 hours away from the house. But have ordered from them many times. Service is always great, shipping is always fast (thank goodness USPS hasnt really hurt them there) and product is always fresh and excellent. Someday will make the 1,780 mile trek to stop in and say hi.

Cigars are always in great shape and all ship with boveda packs for free. Great customer service if you ever have issues. They go the extra mile on everything. They pack their boxes with paper to reduce sticks moving around. Seal the cigars and boveda humidity pack in a plastic bag and then wrap that in a bubble wrap pouch. I’ve never received the wrong order. In fact, today, they emailed me an hour after I placed my order and informed me that one of my selections were actually out of stock. They recommended a stick to me as a replacement and it was actually more expensive than the one I originally ordered. They gave me the choice of that stick or one of my choosing.
